Some newer programmes reuse course codes from older ones. The four-year BCom (BCOMF), for example, uses the same commerce codes as the CBCS BCom, so search by your course code if your programme has no category of its own.

What Is Inside a Solved IGNOU Guess Paper Set

A solved guess paper set covers one IGNOU course code. It is built from IGNOU’s own past term-end papers for that code: the questions and themes that keep returning across sessions, each with a solved answer written to the paper’s pattern and marks. It is revision material for the last weeks before the exam.

The best guess paper for you is the set listed under your exact course code, solved, and in your medium; check all three on the product page. What a set cannot do matters just as much. It cannot tell you which questions will be set in your exam, it is not an IGNOU publication, and it does not replace the course blocks that the questions are written from. Use it after you have read the blocks, to revise the topics IGNOU has asked before.

Old Code or New Code: Buy the Set for the Course You Are Registered In

Buy the set for the exact course code in your registration record or examination form, and cross-check it with your hall ticket once that is out. IGNOU still examines some older codes next to newer ones, and its December 2026 date sheet places matching pairs on the same day, so a set for one code is not automatically right for the other.
