IGNOU PGDSLM Handwritten Assignment: MES-004 to MES-008, Five Papers Covering All 30 Credits

Original price was: ₹500.00.Current price is: ₹320.00.

Shri Chakradhar Publication writes the IGNOU PGDSLM assignments by hand for all five School Leadership and Management papers, MES-004 to MES-008, at ₹320 per subject in hard copy with courier included, for the current cycle or any earlier one including backlogs, in English or Hindi.

  • Thirty per cent of every MES result rides on the paper you hand in. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. An MES paper left unsubmitted leaves that share of the course unearned.
  • Fifteen long answers taken off your evenings. Each PGDSLM paper sets three questions of about 500 words, close to 7,500 words across the diploma, and the set arrives written out, with a free IGNOU-format front page and a copy of the question paper.
  • Your own letterforms, checked before you pay. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge. The sample comes back on WhatsApp first.
  • Answers built around your school, not a generic one. PGDSLM questions ask about your staff, your budget and your state’s school administration, so the desk asks for a few lines on your school before writing starts.
  • A plain answer on the 2026 paper. IGNOU’s own PGDSLM index lists booklets up to January and July 2024 and nothing newer, so the desk asks which paper your study centre has issued before any answer is written.
  • Every credit is covered. All five courses carry six credits each and each one sets a paper, so the whole 30-credit diploma fits in one order. The Extended Contact Programme sets no paper at all.
  • One paper or all five, same rate. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.

Description

In short. The IGNOU Post Graduate Diploma in School Leadership and Management (PGDSLM) is a 30-credit School of Education programme of five six-credit courses, MES-004 to MES-008, and every one of them sets an assignment of three questions answered in about 500 words each; Shri Chakradhar Publication writes those answers by hand, matched to a photo of your own writing, and sends them in hard copy at ₹320 per subject with courier included, for the current cycle or any earlier one, in English or Hindi. The newest PGDSLM booklet on IGNOU’s own assignment index is the January and July 2024 edition, no PGDSLM paper prints a submission date or an assignment code, and the compulsory Extended Contact Programme carries no credit and sets no paper, so it sits outside any order.

Fifteen Written Answers and Five Question Papers: Inside a Full PGDSLM Order

A complete PGDSLM order is five separate bundles, one per MES course, packed together in a single courier envelope. Each bundle holds three things. The first is your answers to the three questions on that course’s paper, written by hand on ruled sheets in a hand matched to the sample page you sent. The second is a front page in the IGNOU format, filled in with the course code, the course title and the session line exactly as the paper prints them, with blank spaces left for anything only you can fill, such as your enrolment number and signature. The third is a printed copy of the question paper the answers respond to, so the evaluator and you can both see which questions were set.

The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. No soft copy or PDF is sold. That is deliberate: the product is a set of written sheets for you to read, check, sign and hand in, not a file to print. If you order one MES paper, one bundle arrives. If you order all five, the envelope holds five front pages, five question-paper copies and fifteen written answers.

How much writing that represents is worth knowing before you decide. The 2023 and 2024 PGDSLM booklets set three questions per course and ask for about 500 words per answer. Three answers of that length come to roughly 1,500 words per course and about 7,500 words for the whole diploma. A head teacher who is also running a school in term time usually finds that the volume, more than the difficulty, is what makes PGDSLM assignments slip past the cut-off.

Several PGDSLM questions are not abstract essays. The 2024 papers ask the learner to illustrate conflict management among their own staff with a case study, to prepare a line item budget for a school, to develop performance indicators for their own school, and to describe how the administrative bodies controlling schools are arranged in their own state. MES-006 asks for an achievement test on a topic of the learner’s choice in both the 2023 and the 2024 booklets. Answers of that kind are only useful if they describe a real school, which is why the order message asks for a few lines about yours, covered further down this page.

One Price for Every MES Paper, Because All Five Carry Six Credits

Pricing PGDSLM is simpler than pricing most IGNOU diplomas, because the programme has no elective choice, no project course and no laboratory course. The prospectus lists five courses at six credits each, and the arithmetic closes exactly: 5 × 6 = 30, the total the prospectus states. Every one of those 30 credits belongs to a course that sets an assignment, so there is no credit-bearing part of the diploma that a written set cannot reach. Diplomas such as PGDHE or PGDEMA, which add a project or a contact programme with credits attached, cannot say the same.

What ₹320 covers, for each MES paper you order, is the handwritten answers to that paper’s questions, the free IGNOU-format front page, a copy of the official question paper, the handwriting matching from your sample photo, and courier to your address. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. A learner who needs only MES-007 because the other four were submitted last cycle pays ₹320. A learner who needs the whole diploma pays ₹1,600.

Four things sit outside the rate, and none of them is something the publisher can sell. The first is IGNOU’s own programme fee, which the prospectus annexure gives as Rs. 6,200 for the programme and which is paid to the university, not here. The second is the term-end examination form and fee. The third is the Extended Contact Programme, which is a compulsory attendance component with no paper to write. The fourth is the act of submission itself: the set is handed in by you, at your study centre or wherever your Regional Centre directs, and the declaration on the front page is yours to sign.

Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page. If a cut-off is close, say so in your first message, and the desk will tell you what it can confirm for your address before you commit to anything.

Model-Answer Reference or Head Teacher’s Own Submission: Choosing Between Them

Two different products are sold under PGDSLM course codes, and learners often search for one when they need the other. A solved assignment is a soft-copy reference file of model answers for a course code and session, meant to be read on a screen or printed for study. A handwritten assignment is the answers written out by hand on A4 sheets and submitted in hard copy at the study centre. The first helps you prepare your own answers. The second is the set of sheets that actually goes in.

What does IGNOU’s own PGDSLM paper say about the form of the answers? Very little. The only instruction printed against each course in the January and July 2024 English booklet is “Answer the following questions in about 500 words each.” It does not mention handwriting, typing, paper size, margins or where to submit. The answer to whether a typed or printed set will be taken therefore sits with your study centre, not with the paper, and it is worth asking before the cut-off rather than at the counter.

What is not in doubt is that a downloaded model-answer file is a reference, not a submission. It answers the session it was written for, it is in nobody’s handwriting, and it was not written about your school, which matters on a paper that asks you to budget for your own institution or describe your own staff. If you want the reference file to write from yourself, the store’s MES reference answers shelved under the PGDSLM assignment category is the place to look, and this page does not sell those files. If you want the sheets that go in, this is the page.

MES-004 to MES-008: The Complete School Leadership Syllabus, Paper by Paper

The five courses below are the whole of PGDSLM as section 8.16 of the IGNOU Common Prospectus July 2026 prints it. There is no optional course and no specialisation, so every learner on the programme registers the same five codes. The English titles are the prospectus titles. The Hindi titles are those printed in the January and July 2024 Hindi booklet, which is set in a legacy font; they are given here decoded into standard Devanagari, so copy them from your own printed paper rather than from this page if your front page must match letter for letter.

Swipe sideways on a small screen to read the Hindi titles and question counts.

The content of each paper follows its title closely. MES-004 deals with the head teacher’s leadership role, conflict in school settings and the school as a learning organisation; the 2024 paper asks, among other things, about the new demands NEP 2020 places on school leaders. MES-005 is about people: induction of new staff, motivation theory and the management of stress, with the 2024 paper turning one stress question towards students facing examinations. MES-006 covers curriculum, teaching-learning resources and assessment, and is the course with the recurring achievement-test question. MES-007 is the finance and governance paper, where budgets, financial rules for school heads and governance policy appear. MES-008 looks at performance indicators, adolescent socio-emotional problems and the administrative structure that controls schools in the learner’s state.

The study material for each code is available on the store too, for learners who want to read the blocks before checking a written set. The five-book MES 4 to MES 8 study material combo collects all five courses, and the single MES 4 study material book on Head Teachers as School Leaders suits a learner who has one course left.

The Extended Contact Programme: A Compulsory Component With No Paper to Write

PGDSLM has one more element besides the five courses, and learners regularly ask whether it needs an assignment. It does not. The prospectus describes the Extended Contact Programme, or ECP, as a non-credited but compulsory component based on the theory courses, made up of lectures, discussions and individual and group activities. IGNOU’s live programme page lists it beside the five MES codes with zero credits. Because it carries no credit and sets no TMA, there is nothing in it that a written set can cover, and it is never part of an order on this page. Attendance is between you and your Regional Centre.

Two things about the ECP are worth knowing. The first is a naming slip: the PGDSLM entry in the Common Prospectus July 2026 heads it “Extended Contract Programme”, while IGNOU’s live PGDSLM page, and the same prospectus in its PGDHE table, call the same kind of component an “Extended Contact Programme”. Contact is the correct word; the PGDSLM spelling is a misprint. The second is that the programme’s origin explains its practical flavour. The prospectus records that PGDSLM was developed with the Education Section of the Commonwealth Secretariat, London, aimed at heads and principals, which is why so many of its questions ask about your school rather than about theory alone.

Learners comparing diplomas within the same school sometimes look at the management diploma next door. The written sets for the educational management and administration diploma cover PGDEMA’s MES-041 to MES-044 and its single elective, which share the MES prefix but none of the PGDSLM course numbers.

Sixteen Places the School Leadership Record Fails to Agree, Four of Them This Publisher’s

Reading IGNOU’s own PGDSLM documents against one another, and against this publisher’s own pages, turns up disagreements on duration, eligibility, the name of the contact programme, the form of the course codes and, most practically, on which assignment paper is current. None of them changes the five codes you owe. Several of them change what you should check before you order or submit.

Every disagreement found while preparing this page, IGNOU’s and the publisher’s own, listed so you can check them against your own documents.

1. Maximum duration. The prospectus annexure gives PGDSLM a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years. IGNOU’s live programme page gives a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 24 months. If your enrolment is more than two years old, confirm with your Regional Centre that your registration is still live before ordering a backlog paper.

2. The contact programme’s name. The PGDSLM section of the prospectus prints “Extended Contract Programme”; IGNOU’s live page prints “Extended Contact Programme”, and the prospectus itself uses “Contact” for the equivalent PGDHE component.

3. Eligibility. The prospectus states “Graduate /Post Graduate Teachers”. IGNOU’s live page names the target group as graduate teachers and leaves its eligibility heading empty. The e-Vidyabharti programme sheet for PGDSLM gives two routes: prospective or in-service head teachers or principals with a graduate degree, or graduate and postgraduate teachers.

4. Duration on the e-Vidyabharti sheet. That sheet gives the duration as one year and prints no maximum, a third figure beside three years and 24 months.

5. No newer booklet. IGNOU’s PGDSLM assignment index on its webservices server lists English and Hindi booklets for 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024, and a 2025 heading with no file beneath it. No 2026 PGDSLM paper was located at the School of Education assignment path on ignou.ac.in, and the extract of the university’s central assignment download table read for this page showed no PGDSLM row.

6. No date, no code, no marks. Neither the 2023 nor the 2024 English booklet, nor the 2024 Hindi booklet, prints a submission date, an assignment code string or a mark for any question.

7. Course codes in four forms. The prospectus prints MES 004 with a space; IGNOU’s live page prints MES-004 with a hyphen; the e-Vidyabharti sheet and this store’s own product titles print MES 4; and the 2023 and 2024 booklets print MES – 004 and MES – 008 with a spaced dash while printing MES-005 to MES-007 with a plain hyphen, in the same document.

8. MES-006’s title. The prospectus prints Managing Teaching – Learning with a spaced dash; the booklets and IGNOU’s live page print Managing Teaching-Learning, closed up.

9. The school name on the cover. The 2023 English booklet names the School of Education on its cover; the 2024 English booklet, as extracted, names the programme and the session but no school.

10. The instruction line. In the 2023 booklet, three courses print “Answer the following questions in about 500 words each”, while MES-005 and MES-006 print a shorter line with the word “about” missing, so the same booklet reads as approximate on three papers and exact on two.

11. Hindi titles that are not direct translations. The 2024 Hindi booklet heads MES-004 as विद्यालय प्रमुख के रूप में प्रधान शिक्षक, the head teacher as head of the school, rather than a rendering of school leaders, and heads MES-007 with विद्यालय प्रशासन, school administration, where the English title says governance. The Hindi booklet is also set in a legacy font that garbles when copied, so a pasted title will not match the printed one.

12. Term-end examination headers. The June 2022 MES-006 paper prints “Maximum Weightage : 70%” and says all questions carry equal weightage; the June 2024 MES-007 paper prints “Weightage : 70%” and says all questions carry equal marks. Both agree on the 70 per cent figure; the wording around it changed.

13. In-house: this publisher’s own sister site. The PGDSLM course page on ignouproject.com, owned by the same publisher and last modified on 4 August 2024, gives a maximum duration of two years and a fee of Rs. 6,000. The prospectus gives three years and Rs. 6,200, and IGNOU’s live page gives 24 months and INR 6,200. The sister-site page also repeats the prospectus misprint “Extended Contract Programme”. Both are queued for correction.

14. In-house: a handwritten offer at a different price. The store’s MES 4 solved-assignment product for 2025-26 offers a handwritten version at ₹350 with a delivery window stated in working days. The rate for a handwritten PGDSLM paper is ₹320 per subject, as on this page, and no delivery figure is promised for any order. The same product describes its file as something a learner can submit at the study centre, which this page does not say about any reference file.

15. In-house: a session IGNOU has not published. All five PGDSLM solved-assignment products on the store are labelled 2025-26, English medium, while IGNOU’s own PGDSLM index shows no 2025 booklet. No Hindi reference file is stocked, although the programme runs in English and Hindi and the store sells Hindi guess papers for all five codes.

16. In-house: the handwritten category page. The store’s main handwritten category page still states delivery times in working days and a ₹350 list price, and describes its sets in the first person as study reference material not for submission, which contradicts the way this product page and the store’s programme pages describe the same service.

Of the sixteen, the fifth matters most for an order. A learner who downloads a PGDSLM paper today is almost certainly holding the 2024 edition, and the 2024 papers are what the desk will write against unless your study centre has issued something newer. If it has, photograph the paper and send it with your order, and the answers will be written to the paper you actually hold.

A Paper That Prints No Date: How the PGDSLM Cut-Off Is Set Each Term

Many IGNOU booklets print two submission dates on the cover. PGDSLM’s do not print any. The 2024 booklet carries the line “ASSIGNMENTS (JANUARY 2024 & JULY 2024)”, which tells you the paper serves learners of both intakes of that year, and nothing about when the answers are due. That is a School of Education habit rather than a PGDSLM oddity, but it leaves learners searching for a date the paper never gives.

In practice the cut-off follows the term-end examination you are sitting, and IGNOU sets it in its cycle-wide notices rather than in the booklet. The figures that circulate for PGDSLM in recent cycles are 31 March for the June examination and 30 September for the December examination. For the December 2026 examination, a news report published on 2 October 2026 states that IGNOU extended the 30 September deadline to 31 October 2026. The notice itself could not be located on ignou.ac.in while this page was prepared, so treat 31 October 2026 as reported, and confirm it with your study centre.

Scroll the table sideways if the last column is cut off on your screen.

Papers do not stay current forever. IGNOU replaces assignment papers cycle by cycle, and a set written against an old paper answers the wrong questions if your study centre has moved to a newer one. For PGDSLM the replacement has stalled at 2024 on the university’s own index, which makes it more important than usual to check which paper your study centre expects before anything is written. If you are sitting the December 2026 examination, the reported extended date leaves little room, and the honest course is to message the desk with your pin code first and decide once delivery to your address has been confirmed.

No TMA String to Copy: Filling the Front Page for an MES Paper

Most IGNOU booklets print an assignment code such as a course code followed by TMA and a year, and learners copy it into the assignment-code box on the front page. The PGDSLM booklets read for this page print no such string anywhere, in English or in Hindi. Each paper identifies itself only by its course code, its course title and the session line at the top of the booklet.

That leaves the front page to do the identifying work. The free front page that comes with each written paper carries the course code, the course title and the session line as your paper prints them, so an evaluator picking up the sheets can see at once which course and which paper the answers belong to. It does not invent a TMA string that IGNOU never printed. If your study centre insists on something in the assignment-code box, ask it what it wants written there and pass that on in your order message.

The course code itself is printed four ways across IGNOU’s documents, as the conflict list above shows. The sensible form to use is the one on your own admission record or fee receipt. IGNOU’s live programme page uses the hyphenated form, MES-004 to MES-008, and that is the form this page uses throughout.

The other front-page fields are yours: enrolment number, name, address, study centre and signature. The declaration you sign there is the reason the next section exists.

Principal’s Handwriting, Reproduced From a Page You Photograph

Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge. The point of matching is not decoration. The front page carries a declaration with your signature on it, and a set in a hand nothing like the one on your other papers invites a question you would rather not answer. A head teacher’s hand also tends to have habits, such as how numbered points are set out, how headings are underlined, and how figures in a table are written, that a matched set should follow.

Before any writing starts, a short sample in the matched hand comes back to you on WhatsApp. If the slant, size or spacing looks wrong, say so then. Nothing is paid until you have seen it and agreed.

A page with a short list or a small table on it gives the writer more to go on

PGDSLM answers often contain a numbered list of steps, a short case narrative and, for MES-007, a budget laid out in rows. A page from your own register, diary or lesson notes that shows a list or a small table gives the writer far more to work from than a single paragraph of running text. Photograph it flat, in daylight, with the whole page in frame and no shadow across it. One clear page is enough; two pages written on different days are better, because they show how your hand varies.

A learner who wants to write some papers personally and order others can do exactly that. The handwriting sample is matched once and used for whichever MES papers you order, so the sets you write yourself and the sets that arrive by courier sit together without an obvious change of hand.

Hindi or English Questions, the 2024 Booklet, and Papers Still Owed

Unlike PGDET, PGDHE and PGDEMA, which the prospectus lists in English only, PGDSLM is offered in two mediums. The prospectus and the live programme page both give English and Hindi, and the university’s PGDSLM index carries a Hindi booklet beside the English one for every year from 2021 to 2024. The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price. A Hindi-medium learner pays ₹320 per subject, the same as an English-medium one, and the answers are written in Hindi against the Hindi paper.

The Hindi booklet’s legacy font matters more than it sounds. Text copied from the Hindi PDF comes out with vowel signs misplaced, so a course title pasted from it will not match the printed page. Copy the Hindi title onto anything you fill in yourself from the printed paper, not from the file. For revision in Hindi, the store’s Hindi edition of the MES 4 guess paper is one of five Hindi guess papers stocked for the diploma.

Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. For PGDSLM, the session question is unusually concrete, because the newest paper on IGNOU’s index is the 2024 one. A learner who joined in January 2024 and still owes MES-008, and a learner who joined in July 2026 and has been told to use the latest available paper, may well be answering the same 2024 questions. A learner holding a 2021, 2022 or 2023 paper because their study centre issued it is answering different questions, and the set will be written to that paper if you send it.

The one limit is your registration, not the paper. If your enrolment is close to or past 24 months, check the maximum duration with your Regional Centre first, because the prospectus and the live page disagree on whether you have two years or three.

What a Principal Sends First: MES Numbers, Exam Month, Medium, Address

An order needs less information than most learners expect, and one extra detail that is particular to this diploma. Put these in your first WhatsApp message:

  1. The MES numbers you still owe, from MES-004 to MES-008, as they appear on your admission record.
  2. The term-end examination you are sitting, June or December and the year, which tells the desk which paper and which cut-off apply.
  3. Your medium, English or Hindi.
  4. Your pin code, so delivery to your address can be confirmed before you pay.
  5. A few lines about your school: the state, whether it is a government or private school, the classes it runs and roughly how many teachers it has. PGDSLM questions about your staff, your budget and your state’s administration are answered from these details.

Then send the photo of your handwriting, and, if your study centre has given you a newer paper than the 2024 booklet, a photo of that paper as well. Nothing else is needed at this stage: no enrolment number, no fee receipt, and no payment until you have seen the matched sample.

The fifth point deserves a word of caution. The written answers describe your school as you describe it. If the staff numbers, budget heads or administrative structure in an answer are not accurate for your school, correct them before you sign, because the declaration on the front page says the work represents your own understanding.

Photograph one page of your writing and see the PGDSLM hand before paying.

Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge.

Send your sample page for a matched PGDSLM set at ₹320 per subject

Checking, Signing and Handing In the Set Once It Arrives

When the envelope reaches you, open each MES bundle and check three things before anything else. First, that the question-paper copy is the paper your study centre expects, the 2024 edition unless you sent a newer one. Second, that the course code and title on the front page match your admission record. Third, that the answers which refer to your school describe it correctly.

Then read the answers. You sign the declaration on the assignment cover page, so you should read and review the content before submitting it, and satisfy yourself that it represents your own understanding of the course. Reading fifteen answers is a good deal quicker than writing them, and it is also the revision that will help most in the term-end examination, where the same topics return in a three-hour paper.

Fill in your enrolment number, name, address and study centre on each front page and sign each one. Submit the sets at your study centre, or as your Regional Centre directs if it has published other arrangements for the cycle, and ask for an acknowledgement. Keep a photocopy of every set you hand in. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. A lost set with no copy kept is therefore an expensive combination.

After submission, the record of what the study centre received shows up on IGNOU’s assignment status service in due course. That service, and everything about how the sets are evaluated, belongs to the university.

Books, Guess Papers and Reference Files a PGDSLM Learner Can Pair With This Set

A written set covers the assignment. The term-end examination is the other 70 per cent, and the store carries material for it under PGDSLM shelves that are worth knowing by name. The PGDSLM course books gathered on the diplomas shelf hold the study material code by code. The PGDSLM guess papers, sold in English and Hindi editions are meant for the term-end paper, which in the June 2022 MES-006 and June 2024 MES-007 papers read for this page sets four compulsory questions in three hours: questions one and two each offer a choice, question three asks for any four short answers out of six, and question four has no choice.

Two gaps on the shelves are worth stating plainly. There is no PGDSLM project shelf, correctly, because the diploma has no project course. There is no Hindi reference file on the solved-assignment shelf, which is a gap for Hindi-medium learners and is in the publisher’s correction queue.

School of Education learners sometimes hold more than one diploma or move on to a second. The educational technology diploma’s handwritten product covers MES 131 to MES 134 for PGDET. For a mixed list, such as a PGDSLM paper alongside a code from another programme, the open-format handwritten listing that takes any code and cycle is the simpler route, and the full index of programme-wise handwritten sets shows every programme with a product of its own.

And if you would rather write the MES answers yourself, the sister site’s ignouproject.com walk-through for learners who prefer to write the answers themselves sets out how to plan, write and assemble an IGNOU handwritten assignment from the paper up.

Questions Head Teachers and Principals Put to the Desk Before Ordering

January aur July admission dono ka PGDSLM assignment same hota hai kya?

Yes, for the same year. Each PGDSLM booklet is headed for both intakes of its year; the 2024 booklet reads “ASSIGNMENTS (JANUARY 2024 & JULY 2024)”, and the 2023 booklet is headed the same way for 2023. A January learner and a July learner of the same year answer the same three questions per MES course. What differs is the term-end examination each sits first, and therefore the cut-off that applies.

IGNOU’s site only shows PGDSLM assignments up to 2024. Where is the 2026 paper?

None was located. IGNOU’s PGDSLM index lists English and Hindi booklets for 2021 to 2024 and an empty 2025 heading, and no 2026 PGDSLM file was found at the School of Education path on ignou.ac.in. Ask your study centre which paper it expects for your examination. If it names the 2024 booklet, the set is written to that; if it hands you a newer paper, photograph it and send it with your order.

What is the last date for PGDSLM assignments for the December 2026 exam?

The PGDSLM paper prints no date. The December cut-off commonly applied is 30 September, and a news report of 2 October 2026 states that IGNOU extended it to 31 October 2026 for the December 2026 examination. The notice itself was not found on ignou.ac.in, so confirm the date with your study centre, and give the desk your pin code at once so delivery can be confirmed before you decide.

Can we submit our PGDSLM assignments online?

No PGDSLM paper read for this page says anything about online submission, or about submission at all. For learners in the distance mode, sets are normally handed in at the study centre or as the Regional Centre directs, and some study centres have issued their own online-submission guidelines in past cycles. Only your Regional Centre can say what applies to you this cycle. A handwritten set is a hard copy for physical submission.

Hindi medium PGDSLM questions kahan milte hain, aur kya set Hindi mein likha jayega?

IGNOU’s PGDSLM index carries a Hindi booklet beside the English one for 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Yes, a Hindi-medium order is written in Hindi against the Hindi paper at the same ₹320 per subject. Copy any Hindi title from the printed paper rather than the PDF, because the Hindi file’s legacy font garbles when pasted.

My MES-007 paper has no assignment code on it. What goes in that box on the front page?

PGDSLM papers print no TMA code string, so there is nothing to copy. The free front page carries the course code, title and session line as the paper prints them. If your study centre wants something specific in the assignment-code box, ask it, and pass its instruction on when you order.

Does the Extended Contact Programme need an assignment, and is it included?

No on both counts. The ECP is compulsory but carries no credit and sets no paper, so there is nothing in it to write. It is a contact component attended through your Regional Centre. Only MES-004 to MES-008 can be ordered.

MES-006 asks me to prepare an achievement test. Is that written out as well?

Yes. The achievement-test question appears on both the 2023 and the 2024 MES-006 papers, and it is answered like any other: the test is set out by hand, with its items and a short note on what it measures. Say in your order which class and subject you teach or supervise, so the test is built for a topic you could plausibly have chosen.

MES-005 ka solved PDF print karke study centre par de sakte hain kya?

A solved file is a reference for writing your own answers, not a submission. It is typed, it is in nobody’s hand, and it was not written about your school. The PGDSLM paper itself is silent on handwriting, so whether any printed copy would be taken is for your study centre to say. This page sells only the handwritten set, at ₹320 per subject.

In one line, how does a PGDSLM reference file differ from a written set?

A reference file shows model answers to read on screen; a written set is three answers per MES paper in your matched hand, with a front page and the question paper, ready for you to check, sign and hand in.

How much writing is the whole PGDSLM, and what does it cost?

Five papers of three answers each at about 500 words per answer, roughly 7,500 words in all. At ₹320 per subject the whole diploma comes to ₹1,600, courier included, and any smaller number of papers is priced at the same rate.

I joined PGDSLM in 2024 and still owe MES-008. Which paper will the set answer?

The paper your study centre expects for the examination you are sitting. For most learners that is the January and July 2024 booklet, because nothing newer appears on IGNOU’s index. If your centre has issued a different paper, send a photo of it. Before ordering, check that your registration is still within the maximum duration, which the prospectus gives as three years and IGNOU’s live page as 24 months.

Is PGDSLM a two-year or a three-year programme at most?

IGNOU’s documents disagree. The prospectus annexure gives a maximum of three years, IGNOU’s live programme page gives 24 months, and the e-Vidyabharti sheet gives one year with no maximum. Your Regional Centre is the authority for your enrolment, and it is worth asking before you order a paper from an old cycle.

Before paying for five MES papers, can the hand be checked first?

Yes. A short sample in the matched hand comes back on WhatsApp after you send your photo, and nothing is paid until you have seen it and agreed. If it looks wrong, say so then and it is adjusted before the PGDSLM papers are written.

When will the PGDSLM parcel reach my school or home address?

Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page. If you are working to the reported 31 October 2026 date, say so in your first message.

Will the study centre accept this PGDSLM set, and what marks will it get?

No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU. What can be said is what the set contains and that it is written to the paper you name.

Prospectus, IGNOU Papers and Price List: How Each Line Here Was Sourced

Three kinds of source sit behind this page, and they are kept apart because they carry different authority. Where they disagree, the conflict list above says so rather than choosing silently.

From the IGNOU Common Prospectus July 2026. Section 8.16 supplies the programme’s purpose, its development with the Commonwealth Secretariat, the eligibility line, the medium, the five course codes with their titles and credits, the 30-credit total, the description of the Extended Contact Programme and the programme coordinator. The prospectus annexure supplies the one-year minimum, the three-year maximum, the Rs. 6,200 fee and the January and July admission cycles. The credit arithmetic, five courses at six credits making 30, was checked against the stated total before the table on this page was written.

From IGNOU’s live pages and papers. IGNOU’s own PGDSLM programme page supplied the 12 and 24 month durations, the INR 6,200 fee, the target group, the hyphenated course codes and the zero-credit ECP line; the programme guide it links to returned no machine-readable text. The PGDSLM assignment index on IGNOU’s webservices server supplied the list of booklets from 2021 to 2024 and the empty 2025 heading. The January and July 2024 English booklet and the Hindi edition of the same 2024 booklet supplied the question pattern, the instruction line, the code forms and the Hindi titles; the 2023 English booklet was read for comparison. The June 2022 MES-006 and June 2024 MES-007 term-end papers supplied the examination pattern and the 70 per cent weightage line. The university’s central assignment download table was searched for a PGDSLM row and none was found in the extract read. The reported 31 October 2026 extension comes from a news report dated 2 October 2026, not from an IGNOU notice.

From this publisher’s own commercial terms.
