IGNOU PGDEML Handwritten Assignment: All Eleven MEV, MEVE and MED-005 Papers at ₹320 Each

Original price was: ₹500.00.Current price is: ₹320.00.

An IGNOU PGDEML handwritten assignment set from Shri Chakradhar Publication covers any of the eleven papers listed for the PG Diploma in Environmental Management and Law (MEV-011, MEV-003, MED-005 and MEVE-001, 003, 004, 011, 012, 015, 017 and 019), written by hand at ₹320 per subject, in hard copy with courier included, for the current cycle or any older session.

  • Thirty per cent of every course depends on the paper. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. A paper missed also keeps you out of that course’s examination.
  • Eleven borrowed codes, sorted out for you. PGDEML papers come from MAEVS, MSCENV, PGDENOH and PGDESD booklets, and none of the six live files read prints PGDEML on its cover. Each set answers the exact file you hold.
  • The right sheet size for each code. SOITS papers ask for A4, MED-005 allows A-4 or foolscap with a 4 cm margin, and the engineering-school MEV-003 asks for foolscap.
  • Handwriting you approve before paying. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge. Nothing is paid until you have seen the sample.
  • Three things per paper in the box. Each code arrives as handwritten answer sheets, a free IGNOU-format front page and a copy of the official question paper. No soft copy or PDF is sold.
  • Pay only for the papers still open. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. All eleven PGDEML codes come to ₹3,520, and a record carrying ten comes to ₹3,200.
  • Papers left over from an earlier year. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject.
  • No invented courier figure. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.

Description

In short. An IGNOU PGDEML handwritten assignment order from Shri Chakradhar Publication is written one bundle per course code, at ₹320 per subject with courier included and a free IGNOU-format front page and a copy of the question paper in every bundle. The Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Management and Law lists eleven four-credit papers in section 8.40 of the Common Prospectus July 2026 (MEV 011, MEVE 019, MEVE 011, MEVE 12, MEV 003, MED 005, MEVE 004, MEVE 003, MEVE 001, MEVE 015 and MEVE 017), which add up to 44 credits against a printed total of 40, so the price is ₹3,520 for all eleven or ₹3,200 if your admission record carries ten. None of those papers is set in a booklet of its own: they come from five other programmes’ booklet series across three IGNOU schools, none of the six live files read on 7 November 2026 names PGDEML on its cover, and only the MED-005 paper and an engineering-school version of MEV-003 print any submission date at all. The set is written against the exact file you send, on the paper size that file asks for, in a hand matched to a sample of your own writing that you approve before paying.

Eleven Possible Bundles, One Courier Box: What a PGDEML Order Contains

A PGDEML order is built paper by paper. If you name three course codes, three separate bundles travel in the box, each tied on its own so that each can be handed in on its own, because the study centre records every course as a separate submission.

Each bundle holds three things. First come the answer sheets, written by hand, with every question you are asked to attempt answered in sequence and numbered the way the paper numbers it. Second is the front page, supplied free with every order and laid out in the IGNOU format, with the course code, course title and assignment code already entered and the personal fields left blank for you. Third is a copy of the official question paper the answers were written against, so the person at the counter, and you, can see at a glance which file the bundle answers.

That third item matters more on PGDEML than on most programmes. Because the diploma has no booklet of its own, two learners holding the same course code can be holding different files: for MEV-003 there are two live papers for 2026 with different questions, different assignment codes and different instructions on where to hand them in. Keeping the paper inside the bundle removes any doubt about which version was answered.

What the box never contains is a digital file. No soft copy or PDF is sold. The answers exist on paper only, written for the one learner who placed the order.

₹3,520 for All Eleven, Less if Your Record Lists Fewer: Pricing a PGDEML Order

The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. Every PGDEML paper is a four-credit course, so every paper costs the same to write, and the total is simply the number of codes multiplied by 320.

The complication is the number of codes. Section 8.40 of the prospectus prints eleven courses at four credits each, which comes to 44, and then prints a total of 40. IGNOU’s live PGDEML page lists the same eleven, each at four credits, and prints no total at all. Neither document says that one paper is optional or which one it would be. So the honest pricing is two figures: ₹3,520 if you are writing all eleven, and ₹3,200 if your admission record or the study material dispatched to you carries ten.

There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. A learner who has already submitted six papers and owes five pays ₹1,600 for those five, and a learner clearing a single MEVE paper from an earlier cycle pays ₹320.

Three costs sit outside the ₹320 and belong to IGNOU rather than to this publisher: the programme fee, which the prospectus gives as ₹7,000; the term-end examination fee, which IGNOU’s programme page says is not included in that fee; and any re-registration or late charges the university sets.

Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.

Model-Answer File Versus Ink on Paper: Which One a PGDEML Learner Can Hand In

Two products with almost the same name circulate for these codes, and a PGDEML learner searching for help with MEVE-012 or MEV-003 will meet both. They do different jobs, and only one of them goes to the counter.

A solved assignment is a soft-copy reference file of model answers for a course code and session, read on a screen and used as a guide to write from. A handwritten assignment is the answers written out by hand on A4 or foolscap and submitted in hard copy at the study centre. This page sells the second and does not sell the first.

On a narrow screen, drag the table sideways to read the third column.

IGNOU’s own instruction settles which of the two can be handed in, and it does so in the same words across the SOITS files a PGDEML learner downloads. The 2026-27 MEV-003 and MEVE-001 papers, the MEV-011 paper and the MSCENV elective booklet each say: “You should write the answer in your own handwriting.” The School of Sciences paper for MED-005 is blunter, stating that “The Assignment Response should be hand-written”, and the engineering-school MEV-003 booklet asks that the work be “hand written in your own hand writing.” A typed or printed answer file does not meet any of those instructions.

The honest scope of a reference file is therefore narrow: it is something to write from, not something to submit. If a reference file is what you actually want, the store has no PGDEML shelf of model answers yet, and the closest route is the store’s general IGNOU solved assignment shelf, searched by MEV or MEVE code. Some learners buy both, using the reference file to revise for the term-end examination and the written set to submit, but nothing requires that.

The Eleven Codes in Section 8.40, and the Five Booklet Series That Set Them

Section 8.40 of the Common Prospectus July 2026 places PGDEML under the School of Interdisciplinary and Transdisciplinary Studies, with English as the medium and graduation in any discipline as the entry condition. It then prints the course table below and nothing else: no programme description, no statement of objectives, no column saying whether a course is core or elective. The table is reproduced in the prospectus order, with the codes and titles exactly as that section prints them.

Drag sideways on a phone to reach the last two columns.

Before the table was trusted, its credits were added: eleven rows at four credits make 44. The section prints “Total Credits 40”. That gap is not an extraction error, because the same eleven codes reappear, each at four credits, on IGNOU’s live PGDEML page, which prints no total. It is the first and most practical of the disagreements listed further down this page.

The fourth column is the reason PGDEML needs its own product page at all. Seven of the eleven codes come from the environmental science family run by the same school for M.Sc. Environmental Science and MA Environmental Studies; four come from the environmental and occupational health family set for PGDENOH and MAENOH; and one, MED 005, is a School of Sciences course from the Environment and Sustainable Development diploma. A PGDEML learner therefore downloads papers headed with other programmes’ names, and is right to do so.

Forty Credits Printed Over Forty-Four: Working Out Which PGDEML Papers You Owe

Most diplomas with a credit gap explain it in a single line: choose one elective out of two, or take a project in place of two papers. Section 8.40 has no such line, and the prefix does not help either. The letter E in MEVE usually marks an elective in the M.Sc. Environmental Science structure, yet in PGDEML eight of the eleven papers carry it, and the section never calls any of them optional.

Three readings fit the documents. The table may carry one course too many, which would make the printed 40 right and one row a leftover. The total may be a misprint for 44. Or one paper may be meant as an option the section forgot to describe. Nothing published so far settles which reading is correct, and this page does not pretend otherwise.

The practical rule is to work from your own record. The courses registered against your enrolment, visible on your admission record and on the study material IGNOU dispatches, are the codes the university expects assignments for. Count them, and price the order from that count: eleven at ₹320 is ₹3,520, ten is ₹3,200. If your record shows eleven, write eleven. If your study centre or the programme coordinators at the school tell you a particular paper is not required, leave it out and the price drops by ₹320.

Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. That weighting applies paper by paper, which is why an unsubmitted PGDEML paper costs the whole 30 per cent of that course rather than a share of the diploma.

Twenty-Six Points Where the PGDEML Documents Fail to Agree, Including This Store’s Own

Everything in the box below was found on 7 November 2026 by reading the Common Prospectus July 2026, IGNOU’s live programme page and six live assignment files against one another, and by checking this store and its sister site against them. They are listed so that you can check your own papers before ordering, not to suggest that any reading is settled.

Twenty-six disagreements in the PGDEML record: nineteen in IGNOU’s documents, two from third-party sites, five on this publisher’s own properties. Check each item against your own admission record and downloaded files before relying on it.

1. Section 8.40 lists eleven courses of four credits each, which is 44, under a printed total of 40.

2. Section 8.40 carries no course-type column and no elective rule, so nothing in it says which ten papers would make up the 40.

3. IGNOU’s live PGDEML page lists the same eleven courses at four credits each and states no total at all.

4. The live page gives a duration of 12 to 24 months; annexure row 165 of the prospectus gives one year minimum and three years maximum.

5. On the live page, the description attached to MEV-003 introduces the Master of Science in Renewable Energy and Environment and its 66 credits, not PGDEML.

6. Not one of the six live files read for the eleven codes names PGDEML on its cover. They name MAEVS, MSCENV, PGDENOH and MAENOH, PGDESD, and MSCRWEE.

7. MEV-003 has two live papers for 2026: the SOITS file coded MEV-003/TMA-01/2026-2027 and the engineering-school file coded MEV-003/TMA/2026, with different questions.

8. Those two MEV-003 papers disagree on the physical set: the SOITS file asks for A4 only, the engineering-school file for foolscap with a 4 cm margin.

9. They also disagree on where it goes: the SOITS file says the Coordinator of the Study Centre allotted to you, the engineering-school file says your respective Regional Centre.

10. And on dates: the SOITS file prints none, while the engineering-school file prints 30 April 2026 for the June examination and 30 September 2026 for the December examination.

11. MEV-003 is titled at least four ways: Environmental Law and Management (section 8.40), Environment law and Management (IGNOU’s live page and the MSCRWEE paper’s header), Environmental Law & Management (the MSCRWEE course list), and Environnemental Law and Management (the 2026-27 SOITS cover).

12. MED-005 is titled three ways: Integrated Environmental Management Urban and Rural (section 8.40), Integrated Environment Management Urban and Rural (the live page), and Integrated Environmental Management: Rural and Urban, with the order reversed, on the 2026 booklet.

13. MEVE-003 is Agricultural and Allied Sector in the PGDEML table but Agriculture and Allied Sector in the MAENOH table, on the live page and on the paper itself.

14. Section 8.40 prints MEVE 12 in two digits in a table where every other code has three; the booklet and the live page print MEVE-012.

15. MED 005 is a School of Sciences course inside an SOITS diploma. Its booklet names PGDESD only and prints dates, 30 September for the January cycle and 31 March of the next year for the July cycle, that no SOITS paper in the PGDEML list prints.

16. The 2026-27 SOITS papers for MEV-003 and MEVE-001 carry an inside line stating the questions are valid for the January 2019 and July 2019 sessions, while their covers and codes say 2026-2027.

17. The 2026-27 cover of MEVE-001 also misspells Environnemental, the same slip as the MEV-003 cover.

18. The MEV-011 and MSCENV elective files are headed January 2025 to July 2026 Sessions and valid to December 2026, so their own wording ends before the January 2027 cycle begins.

19. Eligibility is worded two ways in one prospectus: graduation in any discipline in section 8.40, any Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in annexure row 165.

20. Third-party: one widely read aggregator table lists PGDEML against MEV-003, MEVE-001, MEVE-003 and MEVE-004 only, omitting the other seven codes.

21. Third-party: the same table gives those four papers due dates of 30 September 2026 and 31 March 2027, which no SOITS file opened for this page prints.

22. In-house: the store’s only PGDEML category is a books shelf whose web address spells the diploma environmental-management-low, with low in place of law.

23. In-house: until this product, the store carried no PGDEML handwritten listing and still carries no PGDEML solved-assignment, guess-paper or previous-year shelf.

24. In-house: the store’s PGDEML book combo writes the codes in a short form, MEV 11, MEV 3, MED 5 and MEVE 1, that no IGNOU paper uses.

25. In-house: the store’s general handwritten category page still quotes courier and writing times in working days, which this page deliberately does not.

26. Sister site: ignouproject.com has no PGDEML article, so the companion reading offered on this page is the MAEVS one.

Programme structures, course codes, submission dates and rules change, and only ignou.ac.in and your Regional Centre can confirm the current position for your enrolment.

Two of these change what you order. Item 1 decides whether you pay for ten papers or eleven, and items 7 to 10 decide which MEV-003 file the set should answer. Both are settled from your own record and your own study centre, which is why the order message further down asks for the file you hold rather than the code alone.

Why Only Some PGDEML Papers Print a Deadline, and What Fills the Gap

Many IGNOU booklets print a pair of submission dates on the cover and that is the end of the question. PGDEML has three regimes inside one diploma, because its papers come from three schools, and the table below sets them side by side as they were printed on the files read on 7 November 2026.

Swipe the table left on a small screen to see the size and submission columns.

For ten of the eleven papers, then, the SOITS file is silent on the date and says only that the assignment must be submitted within the stipulated time before you can sit the term-end examination. The date that applies comes from IGNOU’s Student Evaluation Division, which announces a last date for each examination on ignou.ac.in. Press reports described the December 2026 cut-off being moved from 30 September to 31 October 2026; on 7 November that later date has also passed.

The working rule follows. If you are sitting the June 2027 term-end examination, as a learner admitted in July 2026 normally would, plan around the university’s announcement for June 2027 and around 31 March 2027, the one date a PGDEML paper (MED-005, July cycle) actually prints. If you are clearing an older paper and have missed every announced date for December 2026, the set should be written against the paper valid for the cycle in which you will actually submit, not the one you missed.

Papers expire as well as fall due. The MEV-011 and MSCENV elective files say on their own covers that they are valid to December 2026, and SOITS replaces such files each cycle. Before ordering for January 2027 or later, open the assignment download service, check the date line on your file, and send that file with your order.

Three Shapes of Assignment Code Across the PGDEML Papers

The front page asks for an assignment code, and the study centre uses it to match your sheets to the right course and cycle. A diploma that draws on five booklet series ends up with three shapes of code, and the right string is whichever your own file prints. Here are the six read for this page, exactly as printed.

Assignment code formats printed on the live PGDEML papers
PaperAssignment code as printedWhat the tail refers to
MEV-011 (MAEVS cover)MEV-011/TMA-01/January 2025 to July 2026 sessionA span of four admission cycles
MEVE-012 (MSCENV elective cover)MEVE-012/TMA-01/January 2025 to July 2026 sessionThe same span, used by all five MEVE electives
MEVE-001 (PGDENOH/MAENOH cover)MEVE-001/TMA-01/2026-2027An academic year
MEV-003 (PGDENOH/MAENOH cover)MEV-003/TMA-01/2026-2027An academic year
MEV-003 (MSCRWEE cover)MEV-003/TMA/2026A calendar year, with no TMA number
MED-005 (PGDESD cover)MED-005/TMA/2026A calendar year, with no TMA number

On a phone, scroll the table to the right for the third column.

Two points are worth settling before you copy anything. First, the programme field on the front page is yours, not the file’s: a PGDEML learner writes PGDEML there, the programme on the admission record, even though the paper is headed MAEVS, MSCENV, PGDENOH or PGDESD. Second, the assignment code is the file’s, not yours: copy it character for character, including the long session phrase on the SOITS environmental science papers, because that phrase is what distinguishes one cycle’s questions from the next.

The front page in each bundle arrives with the course code, title and assignment code already entered from the file you sent, and the programme entered as PGDEML. If you hold the engineering-school version of MEV-003 rather than the SOITS one, say so in the order, because the code, the questions and the sheet size all change with it.

A4, Foolscap and the 4 cm Margin: Writing a PGDEML Set in a Hand That Passes as Yours

Every PGDEML paper asks for your own handwriting, and an order may run to eleven bundles that will all carry your signature on the front page. A set written in a hand nothing like yours would sit oddly beside the declaration you sign.

Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge. A short matched sample is sent back first, and nothing is paid until you have seen it and agreed that it reads as your own.

Sheet size follows the paper, not a house default. The ten SOITS papers are written on A4, as their instruction block asks, with every page tagged in order. MED-005 is written on A4 unless you ask for foolscap, which its booklet also allows, and in either case with at least the 4 cm margin on the left, top and bottom that the booklet reserves for the evaluator’s comments. The engineering-school MEV-003 is written on foolscap with the same margin, because that file asks for nothing else.

The question pattern changes between families too, and the writing follows it. The SOITS environmental science papers set eight questions and ask for any five at 20 marks each. The SOITS environmental health papers set seven and ask for any five at 20 marks each. The engineering-school MEV-003 sets seven, any five at 20, with 500 words for a 20-mark answer. MED-005 is the exception: all eight questions are compulsory, seven at 10 marks of up to 500 words each and a final question of six short notes at 5 marks each of up to 200 words.

Which page of your notes to photograph before an environment-law order

A full page of running sentences works better than a list or a signature, because joined letters, spacing and slant only show over several lines. A page from your own notes on any of these courses is ideal: written in the pen you normally use, laid flat, photographed straight on in daylight, with the whole sheet in the frame. If you write differently in English and in capitals, include a line of each.

English Only, ODL Only, and Environmental Law Papers Owed From Earlier Cycles

The prospectus gives PGDEML a single medium, English, and IGNOU’s live page says the same. Every paper read for this page was in English. The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price. For PGDEML that is English alone, and no Hindi PGDEML paper surfaced in this research.

Mode is single too. IGNOU’s page lists the diploma as open and distance learning, and no online-mode PGDEML listing surfaced. Hard-copy submission at the study centre is what the SOITS papers describe; if your Regional Centre has asked for a scanned copy instead, the written set can still be scanned by you, but ask before ordering so that the format is not wasted.

Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. PGDEML was reported launched in early 2023, so a learner admitted in 2023 or 2024 who still owes MEVE-015 or MED-005 can have it written now. The one condition is that you send the paper for the cycle you are submitting in, because IGNOU expects the current questions from anyone submitting late, not the questions of the year you joined.

The programme page adds one eligibility note that surprises people: it states that PGDEML is not offered to international students. The prospectus does not repeat that line, so anyone applying from abroad should confirm it with the university.

Codes, Cycle, Paper Version, Photo and Pin Code: The PGDEML Order Message

One WhatsApp message with five lines is enough to price a PGDEML order and start the sample.

  1. The codes still open on your record. Write them as the paper prints them, for example MEVE-012 rather than MEVE 12.
  2. The cycle and examination you are submitting for. For example, July 2026 admission, June 2027 examination.
  3. Which file you hold for MEV-003. The SOITS paper coded MEV-003/TMA-01/2026-2027 or the engineering-school paper coded MEV-003/TMA/2026, or simply attach the file.
  4. A photo of a page you have written. One page, as described above.
  5. Your pin code and delivery address. The pin code decides how the parcel travels.

Leave out anything private: no login details, no birth date and no identity card scan are asked for. Name, enrolment number and study centre code go on the front page, and you can either send them with the order or fill them in yourself when the bundles arrive.

Want the sample on one environmental law paper before committing to the rest?

₹320 per subject. Nothing is paid before the matched sample is approved.

Ask for a handwriting sample on a single PGDEML paper first

When the PGDEML Box Is Open: Checking, Signing and Choosing the Counter

The parcel reaching you is the middle of the process. What happens next is yours, and it is quick if done in order.

Start with the bundles against your list: one per code, each with its front page and its question paper. Then compare each question paper with the file you downloaded, which matters most for MEV-003, where two versions exist, and for any paper whose validity line has changed since you ordered.

You sign the declaration on the assignment cover page, so you should read and review the content before submitting it, and satisfy yourself that it represents your own understanding of the course. Read each bundle through. If anything does not match your file, message the order number before you sign anything.

Then complete the front page with the fields only you can fill: enrolment number, name, address, study centre and date. Keep a photocopy or a phone scan of every bundle, as the booklets recommend, and take each course to the place its own paper names: the Coordinator of your allotted Study Centre for the ten SOITS papers, and the Regional Centre for the engineering-school MEV-003. The MED-005 text read for this page names no submission point, so ask your study centre where that one goes. Ask for a receipt, and keep it until the marks appear on your grade card.

After that the timeline is IGNOU’s. No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU.

PGDEML Books, the Shared-Code Sets and Other Routes Through This Store

A written set answers the assignment, not the examination, and most PGDEML learners need something for the 70 per cent as well. For the term-end papers, the PGDEML diploma books shelf lists the course-wise guides, and the eleven-guide combo covering every code in section 8.40 keeps them together in one order.

Because PGDEML has no previous-year or guess-paper shelf of its own, revision for the MEVE electives runs through the M.Sc. Environmental Science guess papers, which share the MEVE question bank.

The shared codes also mean that other written sets on this store already carry PGDEML papers inside their own programmes. Four of them, MEV-003 and MEVE-001, 003 and 004, sit in the PGDENOH written set for the environmental and occupational health diploma. The five MEVE-011 to MEVE-019 papers are in the M.Sc. Environmental Science set built around the MEVE electives, and MEV-011 opens the MA Environmental Studies set that starts from MEV-011. MED-005 is covered from its own school in the Environment and Sustainable Development diploma set for the MED series, and the engineering-school version of MEV-003 in the Renewable Energy and Environment set that issues its own MEV-003. Any of them prices a PGDEML code at the same ₹320; this page exists so that a PGDEML learner can order all eleven in one place, with PGDEML on every front page.

Codes from outside this diploma, or a mixture from two programmes, are handled through the customised written order that accepts any course and any session, and the index of programme-wise handwritten sets lists every other programme.

If you would rather write the papers yourself, the papers are free on IGNOU’s assignment download service, and the sister site has no PGDEML article yet, so the nearest companion reading is the ignouproject.com walkthrough of the MEV and MEVE codes shared with MAEVS.

Fifteen Things Environmental Law Diploma Learners Want Settled First

PGDEML mein kitne assignment hote hain, gyarah ya das?

Section 8.40 lists gyarah papers, sab 4 credit ke, lekin total 40 credit print karta hai, jo das papers ke barabar hai. IGNOU ka live PGDEML page bhi wahi gyarah codes dikhata hai aur koi total nahi deta. Isliye apne admission record par jitne codes registered hain, utne hi assignment likhne hain: gyarah ho to ₹3,520, das ho to ₹3,200.

My PGDEML table adds up to 44 credits, not 40. Which paper can I leave out?

No IGNOU document published so far names one. Section 8.40 has no elective rule and no course-type column, and the live page prints no total. Leave a paper out only if your admission record does not carry it, or if your study centre or the SOITS programme coordinators confirm in writing that it is not required for your enrolment.

None of my downloaded papers says PGDEML on the cover. Have I downloaded the wrong files?

Almost certainly not. PGDEML has no booklet of its own: its papers are issued under MAEVS, MSCENV, PGDENOH and MAENOH, and PGDESD covers, and every one of the six live files read for this page names those programmes instead. Check the course code and session line, write PGDEML as your programme on the front page, and copy the assignment code exactly as the file prints it.

PGDEML solved assignment aur handwritten assignment mein asli fark kya hai?

Solved assignment ek soft-copy reference file hai, jismein MEV ya MEVE paper ke model answers hote hain, aur aap usse padh kar apne haath se likhte hain.

Can I print a typed MEV-003 answer and submit it for PGDEML?

No. Both live MEV-003 papers ask for the answer in your own handwriting, the SOITS file in those words and the engineering-school file as hand written in your own hand writing. A printed page does not meet either instruction, whatever its content.

Is a reference file worth buying if the handwritten PGDEML set is coming anyway?

Only for revision. The written set already contains the answers you will submit, so a reference file adds nothing at the counter. Some learners like a typed copy for the term-end examination, where the remaining 70 per cent is decided, but the store has no PGDEML reference shelf yet and nothing requires both.

There are two MEV-003 papers for 2026. Which one does a PGDEML learner write?

The reading taken here by default is the SOITS paper coded MEV-003/TMA-01/2026-2027, because PGDEML is an SOITS diploma and that file comes from the same school. The engineering-school paper coded MEV-003/TMA/2026 belongs to the MSCRWEE series and names the Regional Centre as the place to submit. If your study centre has given you the second one, send it and the set is written against it, on foolscap, as that file asks.

What is the PGDEML assignment last date for the June 2027 examination?

Ten of the eleven papers print no date, so the date comes from IGNOU’s announcement for the June 2027 term-end examination on ignou.ac.in. The only printed date that reaches June 2027 is on the MED-005 booklet, which gives 31 March of the next year for the July cycle, that is 31 March 2027 for a July 2026 admission. Working to that date for all eleven papers is the safe course.

MED-005 ka paper PGDESD ka hai. Kya PGDEML wale bhi wahi likhenge?

Haan. MED-005 School of Sciences ka course hai aur uska sirf ek booklet hai, PGDESD Assignment Booklet-2 for 2026, jo cover par sirf PGDESD likhta hai. PGDEML learner wahi questions likhta hai, front page par programme PGDEML likhta hai, aur assignment code MED-005/TMA/2026 copy karta hai. Is paper ke saare aath questions compulsory hain.

Which assignment code goes on the front page for MEVE-012?

On the current MSCENV elective file it is MEVE-012/TMA-01/January 2025 to July 2026 session, copied in full. The prospectus prints the course as MEVE 12, but the front page takes the paper’s form, MEVE-012. If a newer file has replaced it by the time you order, copy the newer string instead.

Is the MED-005 set written on A4 or foolscap?

On A4 by default, because the MED-005 booklet allows A-4 or foolscap writing paper, provided it is not of a very thin variety. Ask for foolscap if your study centre prefers it. Either way the set keeps the 4 cm margin on the left, top and bottom that the booklet asks for.

Is PGDEML available in Hindi, or in online mode?

Neither surfaced in this research. The prospectus and IGNOU’s live page give English as the only medium, every paper read was in English, and the live page lists the diploma as open and distance learning. If your Regional Centre has asked for scanned rather than paper submission, mention it before ordering.

I joined PGDEML in 2024 and still owe MEVE-015. Can that be written now?

Yes, at the same ₹320. Send the MEVE-015 paper for the cycle you are submitting in rather than the one you joined in, because a late submission is answered against the current questions, and say which examination you plan to sit.

Do I see the PGDEML handwriting before paying anything?

Yes. A short sample matched to the photo of your own writing comes back first, and the order goes ahead only once you are satisfied that it reads as your hand. The price for the full list of codes is confirmed in the same message.

Can the publisher say how the PGDEML set will be marked?

No. No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU.

Section 8.40, IGNOU’s Programme Page, Six Live Papers and the Publisher’s Terms, Each Labelled

Four kinds of statement appear on this page and they carry different weight, so each is labelled by where it came from.

Read from the Common Prospectus July 2026. The eleven codes, their titles and credits, the printed total of 40, the school, the medium and the eligibility wording come from section 8.40. The fee of ₹7,000, the one-year minimum and three-year maximum, the year-wise examination and the January and July intakes come from annexure row 165. Code titles in other programmes, used for the comparisons above, come from the MAENOH, MSCENV, MAEVS and PGDESD sections of the same document.

Read from IGNOU’s live pages and files on 7 November 2026. The IGNOU PGDEML programme listing supplied the 12 to 24 month duration, the international-student line and the live course titles. The six papers opened were the MEV-011 file with the MAEVS first-year cover, the MSCENV elective booklet carrying MEVE-011 to MEVE-019, the SOITS MEV-003 paper for 2026-2027, the SOITS MEVE-001 paper for the same year, the School of Sciences MED-005 booklet for 2026 and the engineering-school MSCRWEE booklet with its own MEV-003. The MEVE-003 and MEVE-004 papers for 2026-27 were not reopened for this page: IGNOU’s indexed text for MEVE-004, and the store’s PGDENOH page built from all ten files of that SOITS series on 6 November 2026, both show PGDENOH and MAENOH covers.

Reported by third parties, and labelled as such. The aggregator due dates in items 20 and 21, the press reports of a moved December 2026 cut-off, and the early 2023 launch reports are other people’s statements, not IGNOU’s, and nothing on this page relies on them for an instruction.

Set by Shri Chakradhar Publication, not by IGNOU. The ₹320 rate, the hard-copy-only format, the free front page and question-paper copy, the handwriting match, the absence of a minimum order and the rule that no delivery figure is quoted are the publisher’s own commercial terms.
