IGNOU PGDECFE Handwritten Assignment: Five MCD Papers on Foolscap, Not Eight

Original price was: ₹500.00.Current price is: ₹320.00.

Handwritten PGDECFE assignment sets, written out by hand on foolscap sheets for the five MCD theory papers that actually carry a compulsory assignment, MCD 001 to MCD 005, at ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, courier included, for any session, current or older.

  • Five written papers, not eight. The prospectus gives PGDECFE forty credits across eight courses, five of them theory courses with compulsory assignments. MCDL 001, MCDP 001 and MCDP 002 carry none, so a full order stops at five subjects and nothing is sold that cannot be handed in.
  • Thirty per cent is on the table before the examination hall. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. Every MCD booklet warns that late submission can bar you from that course’s term-end paper.
  • Foolscap, because the paper insists on it. Each MCD booklet prints the same instruction: only foolscap sheets, a four-centimetre left margin, four clear lines between answers. Sets are prepared that way, not on A4.
  • Your own hand, settled before money moves. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge.
  • The year on the code line gets checked. MCD-003/TMA-1/2024 and MCD-003/TMA-1/2026 differ by four digits and ask different questions. Sets are written against the paper issued for your session.
  • One paper or the whole diploma. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate.
  • Papers you still owe are not turned away. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject.
  • Four things reach you. The written sheets, a free IGNOU-format front page per code, a copy of the official MCD question paper, and the courier. No soft copy or PDF is sold.

Send your MCD numbers and session on WhatsApp at +91 93546 37830 for a per-code total. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.

Description

In short. The Post Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood and Foundational Stage Education is a forty-credit, English-medium programme of the School of Continuing Education, built from eight courses, and only five of those eight carry a written assignment: MCD 001, MCD 002, MCD 003, MCD 004 and MCD 005. Shri Chakradhar Publication prepares those five as handwritten sets on foolscap sheets, with a four-centimetre left margin and four clear lines between answers, exactly as every MCD booklet instructs. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. A complete diploma therefore comes to five written papers rather than eight, because MCDL 001 is a supervised practicum and MCDP 001 and MCDP 002 are project courses that no answer sheet can stand in for. The booklets currently on ignou.ac.in print 30 September for the January session and 30 March for the July session, and they carry assignment codes in the form MCD-003/TMA-1/2026, where the four digits at the end are the only thing separating this year’s paper from a 2024 one that asks different questions.

What Comes Out of the Envelope for a PGDECFE Order

A PGDECFE order arrives as paper and nothing else. For each MCD code you name, the parcel holds a set of foolscap answer sheets carrying the full response to that paper’s Section A, Section B and Section C questions, written in a single consistent hand from the first page to the last. Clipped to the front of each set is an IGNOU-format cover sheet, already laid out with the fields the booklet asks you to fill at the top right, which is free with every code and is not an upsell at the counter.

Alongside the written sheets sits a printed copy of the official MCD question paper the answers were built from, so that you can hold the question against the answer before you sign anything. That matters more on this diploma than on most, because three different MCD-003 papers are reachable online at the time of writing and two of them are expired. Having the paper in the parcel is how you confirm that the set in your hands answers the questions your study centre is expecting.

The courier itself is the fourth item, and it is inside the rate rather than beside it. No soft copy or PDF is sold. There is no download link, no emailed scan and no editable file, because the thing being sold is the physical submission, not a reference document you would still have to copy out by hand.

Which Costs Sit Inside ₹320 Here, and Which Two Sit Outside

₹320 covers one MCD code, written out in full. Inside that figure: the writing itself across however many questions that particular paper prints, the foolscap stock and the ruled margin, the IGNOU-format front page, the printed question paper, and the courier to your address. There is no packing fee, no front-page charge, no per-page rate and no premium for a code that happens to run to eleven questions instead of seven.

Two things genuinely sit outside the price, and both are yours rather than the publisher’s. The first is the submission itself. Nobody from this publisher walks the set into a study centre, signs the register or collects the receipt on your behalf, because the declaration on the cover page is yours to sign and the counter record is yours to hold. The second is your enrolment status. If a code has lapsed, if a re-registration has not gone through, or if your study centre has been reallocated, a written set does not repair any of that.

Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate, which on this particular diploma means a single outstanding MCD-005 is ordered on exactly the same terms as all five papers at once.

A Model-Answer Download and a Foolscap Submission Are Not the Same Purchase

These two products get confused constantly, and on PGDECFE the confusion is expensive, so both are worth defining before anything else is said. A solved assignment is a soft-copy reference file of model answers for a course code and a session, read on a screen or printed out, and used as a source to write from. A handwritten assignment is the answers written out by hand on the sheets the booklet specifies and submitted in hard copy at your study centre. The first is study material. The second is the submission.

IGNOU settles the question on the booklet itself rather than leaving it to interpretation. Every MCD paper read for this listing instructs the learner to write the assignment in their own handwriting and states that typed assignments are not accepted, and the same instruction block tells you to use only foolscap size paper for your response. A printed PDF, however accurate its content, fails that instruction on both counts at once. It is the wrong medium and the wrong sheet. No soft copy or PDF is sold.

If what you actually want is the reference file rather than the submission, the store’s model-answer shelves for diploma programmes sit in the diploma solved-assignment section, and that is the right place to look rather than this page. Be aware of one honest gap while you are there: a PGDECFE sub-shelf has not been built yet, although the sibling DECE early childhood shelf is fully stocked. DECE is a different programme with different codes, so its files are not a substitute for an MCD paper.

Name the MCD codes you still owe and the quote comes back the same way.

The Five MCD Theory Papers That Carry a Compulsory Assignment

The Common Prospectus July 2026 describes PGDECFE as a forty-credit programme made of eight courses, of which five are theory courses with compulsory assignments, one is a field-based practical and two are project work. That sentence is the whole commercial boundary of this page, and it is worth stating plainly rather than quietly: five codes can be written, three cannot.

MCD 005Disability and Inclusion4Not read off a booklet for this page

Scroll the table sideways on a narrow screen.

The marks column is not decoration. A six-credit MCD paper runs to 100 marks across eleven questions, two long answers of about a thousand words each, four of about five hundred, and five short notes of a hundred to a hundred and fifty. A four-credit paper runs to 75 marks across seven questions, two long, two medium and three short notes. The rate does not move between the two, which means the four-credit codes are proportionally the more expensive thing to buy and the six-credit codes are where ₹320 absorbs the most writing. That is stated here rather than hidden, because you can decide for yourself which codes to send out and which to write yourself.

The Practicum and Two Project Courses That No Written Set Can Cover

Fourteen of the forty credits on this diploma sit in courses that do not take a written assignment at all, and no honest written set can be sold against them.

Scroll the table sideways on a narrow screen.

The prospectus is explicit that the sites for both projects have to be identified by the student themselves, according to stated guidelines, and that the first project follows study of Courses 1, 2 and 4 while the second follows Courses 1, 3 and 4. Those are placements, not papers. If the project side is what you are actually trying to solve, the editorial walkthrough for this diploma’s two project courses sits on the sister site at the PGDECFE project guide for MCDP 001 and MCDP 002, and the store’s own bound submissions sit on the PGDECFE project hard-copy shelf. Neither belongs on this page, and neither is what ₹320 buys.

Five writable codes at ₹320 each is a smaller order than eight would be. Saying so costs a sale on three codes and keeps the page honest, which is the trade this listing is willing to make.

Sixteen Disagreements Found by Reading the PGDECFE Record Against Itself

These were found by reading the Common Prospectus July 2026 against five live assignment booklets and against this store’s own category structure. They are listed because a learner who meets one of them halfway through an order deserves to have met it here first.

Where the PGDECFE paperwork does not agree with itself, including this store’s own.

1. The prospectus course table prints both MCDP 001 and MCDP 002 with the identical title, Project Work-1. The surrounding text describes two different projects in two different settings, so the second entry appears to be a carried-over line rather than a real duplicate.

2. The same prospectus paragraph calls the second project Internship 2 one sentence after calling it Project Work, so the document uses two names for one requirement within a few lines.

3. The July 2026 prospectus still illustrates the examination sequence with a learner enrolling in the January 2024 cycle and sitting theory papers in December 2024, an example two years out of date in a current document.

4. The assignment number does not track the course number. The 2026 MCD-003 paper is coded MCD-003/TMA-1/2026 while the 2026 MCD-004 paper is coded MCD-004/TMA-4/2026, so TMA-1 and TMA-4 coexist in the same session on the same diploma.

5. The two 2026 papers carry different totals, 100 marks on MCD-003 and 75 on MCD-004. That tracks the six and four credit weights rather than being an error, but nothing on either cover explains it.

6. Two IGNOU servers disagree about which paper is current. The PGDECFE folder on webservices.ignou.ac.in still serves an MCD-003 paper coded MCD-003/TMA-1/2023 with dates of 30 September 2023 and 30 March 2024, while ignou.ac.in serves the 2026 paper for the same course.

7. Inside that 2023 MCD-003 paper, Section B is headed for six questions at five marks each but prints only questions four to eight, which is five.

8. The 2024 and 2026 MCD-003 papers carry code strings identical except for the final four digits, yet the question sets behind them are not the same. Copying the code line off an old download produces something that looks correct and is not.

9. The 2024 MCD-002 cover prints the July deadline as 30th March, 2025for July, 2024 session, with the space between the year and the word missing.

10. The SOCE assignment directory runs at least two naming conventions in parallel, MCD-002(Eng_2024).pdf alongside MCD-004-JAN-JULY-2026.pdf, so a file path that works for one code will not work for another.

11. The prospectus says all five theory courses carry compulsory assignments, but a public search of the SOCE directory surfaces booklets for MCD-002, MCD-003 and MCD-004 only. No MCD-001 or MCD-005 file came up while this page was being researched.

12. The prospectus gives the medium of instruction as English alone, yet IGNOU’s own file names tag papers Eng, a convention that implies a second medium which does not appear anywhere in the programme entry.

13. MCD is one transposed letter away from MDC, a live six-paper series belonging to a Journalism and New Media school programme, and MCDP is one transposed letter away from MDCP in that same series. Both sets are downloadable from the same portal.

14. PGDECFE is not the only IGNOU postgraduate diploma in this field. The Post Graduate Diploma in Pre Primary Education runs separately under a different school on MES codes, and the two are easy to conflate when searching.

15. On this store, the books category for this diploma is spelled PG Diploma in Early Chilhood and Foundational Stage Education, with Childhood misspelled; the guess-paper shelf carries duplicate listings for MCD 1, MCD 2 and MCD 4; and no study material is listed for MCD 3 or MCD 5.

16. Also on this store, there is no PGDECFE solved-assignment category at all, and the MARD listing built from other School of Continuing Education booklets prints 31 March where the PGDECFE booklets print 30 March. One school does not mean one cut-off, and this page follows the PGDECFE paper rather than the sibling page.

Why This Diploma’s Cut-Off Lands on 30 March and Not 31 March

Both 2026 MCD booklets print the same two lines on the cover, word for word: 30th September, 2026 for January, 2026 session, and 30th March, 2027 for July, 2026 session. The same pair runs backwards through the older papers as well. The 2024 MCD-002 and MCD-003 covers print 30 September 2024 and 30 March 2025. The 2023 MCD-003 paper on the other server prints 30 September 2023 and 30 March 2024. Across four years and three different course codes the pattern does not move.

Thirty March is worth pausing on, because March has thirty-one days and almost every other IGNOU school that uses a March deadline uses the last of them. A learner working from a general assignment calendar, or from a sibling page on this very store, will plan around 31 March and submit a day after the date their own booklet prints. The difference is one day and the consequence is not proportional to it.

The consequence is the second reason the date matters. Each MCD booklet carries an instruction that late submission can bar you from the term-end examination for that course, which is why the deadline is treated here as the only legitimate source of urgency on this page. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. A missed cut-off on a six-credit paper therefore risks far more than the thirty.

Reading the Year in MCD-003/TMA-1/2026 Before You Copy It Down

The PGDECFE assignment code is a four-part string and each part does a different job. MCD-003 names the course. TMA names the kind of work, a tutor-marked assignment rather than a term-end paper. The digit after TMA is an assignment number that belongs to the booklet rather than to the course, which is why MCD-003 carries TMA-1 and MCD-004 carries TMA-4 in the same session. The final four digits are the calendar year the paper was issued for.

That last part is the one that costs people a cycle. This diploma’s code format prints a single year and no session name, so MCD-003/TMA-1/2024 and MCD-003/TMA-1/2026 look nearly identical on the page and are not interchangeable behind it. The 2024 paper closes Section C with four short-note parts worth five marks each. The 2026 paper closes it with five questions worth four marks each. Both total twenty. Both sit under a code that differs by two characters.

The practical rule is short. Download the paper rather than the code, check the year on the cover against the session on your admission record, and copy the string off that cover rather than off an older file or a forum post. Every set prepared here is written against the paper for the session you name, and the printed paper travels in the parcel so you can verify the match yourself before signing.

The Hand on the Sheets Is Set by a Photograph You Send First

Five MCD papers written in five visibly different hands is a problem no amount of correct content solves, which is why the handwriting is settled before any sheet is written and before any payment is made. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge.

On this diploma the match carries a little more weight than usual, because the five papers are written as one batch against one set of booklets and handed in at one counter, often on one visit. Consistency across the batch is what makes the set read as a single learner’s work rather than an assortment. Setting the hand from your own sample before the first page is written is also the only point at which you can reject the output at no cost, which is the whole reason the sample comes before the money and not after it.

Framing the page you photograph

A usable sample is a full page of your own continuous writing in daylight, photographed square on rather than at an angle, with the whole sheet in frame and the ruled lines visible. Half a page of block capitals or a signature is not enough to work from. If your writing has changed since your last submission, send the current version rather than an older notebook, because the set is matched to the hand that will sign the declaration, not to the hand you used three years ago.

An English-Only Diploma, an Eng-Tagged File Name, and Closed Cycles

The Common Prospectus July 2026 gives the medium of instruction for PGDECFE as English, with no second medium listed. That is unusual among its neighbours in the same school: the Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education runs in English, Hindi, Tamil and Oria, and the Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development runs in English and Hindi. On PGDECFE the prospectus entry names one.

IGNOU’s own file naming muddies this slightly, because the 2024 papers are published as MCD-002(Eng_2024) and MCD-003(Eng_2024), and a language tag in a file name usually implies a sibling file in another language. No such file surfaced while this page was researched. The position taken here is the prospectus position with the file-name oddity disclosed, rather than a claim either way. The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price. If a Hindi MCD paper is ever issued for your session it is written at ₹320 like any other.

Session coverage is broader than the medium. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. On a diploma whose papers are visibly reissued every cycle, that matters: a learner still owing MCD-002 from the 2024 cycle needs the 2024 questions answered, not this year’s, and the set is written against whichever paper the study centre is accepting for that code.

The Message That Turns a PGDECFE Code List Into a Price

Ordering is a short message rather than a form. Five things settle a quote and nothing beyond them is needed at this stage.

  1. The MCD code numbers you want written, exactly as they appear on your admission record. MCD 001 through MCD 005, in any combination.
  2. Your session, named as January or July with the year, so the correct year’s paper is used.
  3. Whether any of the codes are backlogs from a closed cycle, because those are written against the older paper.
  4. A photograph of a page in your own handwriting, for the match.
  5. The delivery address with its pin code, which is what the delivery window is confirmed against before you pay.

What is not needed: your enrolment number is not required to produce a quote, your grade card is irrelevant to it, and there is no need to send the question paper, since the current booklets are read directly from IGNOU’s own portal for every order. If you are unsure which of your codes still carry an outstanding assignment, send the full list and the three non-assignment courses are filtered out before the price is given rather than after.

Send a sample page first and decide afterwards.

Nothing is paid before the handwriting match is agreed. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge.

Start with the handwriting sample

What You Do With the Set Between Delivery and the Counter Register

The parcel arriving is the halfway point, not the end. Open it and read the sets before anything else, because you sign the declaration on the assignment cover page, so you should read and review the content before submitting it, and satisfy yourself that it represents your own understanding of the course.

Then work through what the MCD booklets actually ask for at the top of the first page: enrolment number, name, address and date at the top right, and the course title, assignment number and study centre name centred below. Those fields are left for you rather than guessed, because an enrolment number written in by a stranger is a worse outcome than a blank line. Check that the assignment number on the sheets matches the one on the paper in the parcel, and that the year matches your session.

The booklets are specific about the route afterwards. The completed set goes to the Coordinator or Programme Incharge of your allotted Study Centre, not to the Student Evaluation Division at headquarters, and the instruction to obtain a receipt and keep it is printed on the cover rather than being folk advice. Taking a photocopy before you hand it over is the booklet’s own suggestion too. Weeks later, when a status page is slower to update than you expect, the counter receipt is the only document that proves the date.

No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU.

The Other PGDECFE Shelves on This Store, and the One That Is Missing

An early childhood enrolment rarely needs only one thing at a time. The printed course material for this diploma sits on the PGDECFE books and study material shelf, which currently holds three titles rather than five, so a learner looking for the MCD 003 or MCD 005 volume will not find one there yet; the MCD 1 guide is the one most often bought alongside a written set, since it underpins both project courses. Examination preparation runs separately through the PGDECFE solved guess papers, which address the seventy per cent this page does not touch.

Learners who hold codes from more than one programme tend to arrive here from a neighbouring listing. The MARD written sets cover the other School of Continuing Education postgraduate route, and the home science master’s sets share several of that school’s cut-off patterns. If your code list spans programmes that have no listing of their own, the open customised handwritten order takes any mix of codes, and the full handwritten assignment catalogue lists every programme currently written to.

The missing shelf is worth naming rather than papering over. This store has no PGDECFE solved-assignment category, which means a learner searching for MCD model answers on this site currently finds guess papers and books but no reference files. That is a gap in the catalogue, not a reason to pretend this page fills it. If writing the papers yourself is the plan, the method walkthrough on the sister site at the step-by-step handwritten assignment guide covers the format rules without selling anything.

What Gets Asked Before a PGDECFE Order Is Confirmed

How many handwritten papers does a complete PGDECFE actually come to?

Five. The prospectus gives the diploma forty credits across eight courses and states that five of them are theory courses with compulsory assignments. At ₹320 per subject that is ₹1,600 for the full writable set, not eight codes’ worth. The remaining fourteen credits sit in the practicum and the two project courses, which take field work rather than answer sheets.

Does MCDL 001, the Supervised Practicum, come with an assignment I can order?

No. It is the single field-based practical course on the diploma and carries six credits of supervised work. There is no tutor-marked assignment behind it to write, so it is excluded from any quote rather than priced and quietly left out of the parcel.

My prospectus lists MCDP 001 and MCDP 002 with the same title. Which project is which?

The table prints Project Work-1 against both codes, which appears to be a carried-over line. The text in the same section is clearer: one project is carried out in a pre-primary section or preschool and the second in Class 1 or Class 2, and the sites for both have to be identified by the student. Confirm the pairing with your Regional Centre before you start either placement, because the table on its own will not settle it.

Can a downloaded PGDECFE solved assignment PDF be handed in at the counter as it is?

No. Every MCD booklet read for this page instructs the learner to write the assignment in their own handwriting and states that typed assignments are not accepted, and the same block says to use only foolscap size paper. A printed PDF fails both instructions at once. A solved assignment is a reference file to write from, not a submission.

In one line, what separates a model-answer file from what this page prepares?

One is content you still have to copy out by hand onto foolscap; the other is that copying already done, on the right sheets, with the front page attached and the question paper alongside it.

Is a typed and printed MCD answer sheet accepted anywhere on this diploma?

Not on any MCD paper read for this listing. The instruction appears on the 2023, 2024 and 2026 covers alike, in the same words, so it is a standing rule on this programme rather than a one-cycle variation. The practicum and project courses follow their own submission guidelines, which are a separate matter.

I already own the MCD guess papers from this store. Does a written set still do something different?

Yes, and they do not overlap. Guess papers are preparation for the term-end examination, which carries seventy per cent of the course result. A written assignment set addresses the thirty per cent that is settled before the examination hall and has its own deadline. Owning one does nothing for the other.

My MCD-004 paper says TMA-4 and my MCD-003 paper says TMA-1. Has one of them printed the wrong number?

Neither. The digit after TMA is an assignment number belonging to the booklet rather than to the course, and on PGDECFE the two coexist in the same session. Copy whatever your own cover prints rather than normalising them to match each other.

Why is my MCD-004 paper out of 75 when MCD-003 is out of 100?

Because MCD 004 is a four-credit course and MCD 003 is a six-credit one. The six-credit papers run to eleven questions and a hundred marks; the four-credit papers run to seven questions and seventy-five. Neither cover explains this, which is why it is set out on this page.

Which of the two dates on my cover is mine, 30 September or 30 March?

The booklet pairs each date with a session. On the 2026 papers, 30th September 2026 belongs to the January 2026 session and 30th March 2027 belongs to the July 2026 session. Read the session off your admission record, then take the matching line rather than the nearer one.

Another page on this store says School of Continuing Education assignments are due 31 March. Which figure applies here?

The one printed on your own PGDECFE booklet, which is 30 March. The MARD listing was built from different booklets in the same school and prints 31 March, and both can be right because a school is not a single deadline regime. That disagreement is disclosed here rather than quietly reconciled.

Are MCD sheets written on A4 or on foolscap?

Foolscap. The instruction to use only foolscap size paper for your response is printed on every MCD booklet read for this page, together with a four-centimetre left margin and at least four clear lines between answers. Sets are prepared to that specification, and the booklets also advise against very thin paper.

I downloaded MCD-003 and the code on it says 2023. Is that still the live paper?

Almost certainly not. A 2023 MCD-003 paper is still being served from the PGDECFE folder on webservices.ignou.ac.in while ignou.ac.in carries the 2026 one for the same course. Check the year in the code string against your session before writing a single answer against it.

PGDECFE ka paper Hindi mein milta hai kya?

The Common Prospectus lists the medium of instruction for this diploma as English alone, and no Hindi MCD paper surfaced while this page was researched. If IGNOU does issue one for your session it is covered. The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price.

I still owe MCD-002 from the 2024 cycle. Does an older paper cost more?

No. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. The set is written against the 2024 questions rather than the current ones, which is the point of naming the session when you order.

Does this page say anything about what an evaluator will give the set?

Nothing at all, deliberately. No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU.

Separating the Prospectus, the Booklets and the Publisher’s Own Terms

From the IGNOU Common Prospectus, July 2026 edition, section 8.2 at pages 266 and 267. The programme title, the PGDECFE code, the School of Continuing Education attribution, the forty-credit total, the eight-course structure, the statement that five courses are theory courses with compulsory assignments, the eight course codes and titles with their individual credits, the English medium of instruction, and the eligibility of graduation in any discipline. The credits were summed independently and reach forty against the printed total.

From five live assignment booklets read in October 2026. MCD-004-JAN-JULY-2026 and MCD-003-JAN-JULY-2026 from the School of Continuing Education folder on ignou.ac.in supplied the 2026 code strings, the 75 and 100 mark totals, the section structures and word limits, both submission dates, the foolscap and own-handwriting instructions, the four-centimetre margin, and the submission route to the study centre coordinator. MCD-003(Eng_2024) and MCD-002(Eng_2024) from the same folder supplied the 2024 code strings, dates and question structures. Assignment_MCD-003_Final-PGDECFE from the PGDECFE folder on webservices.ignou.ac.in supplied the 2023 paper and its dates.

From Shri Chakradhar Publication’s own commercial terms. The ₹320 per subject rate, the hard-copy-only format, the inclusion of courier and the free IGNOU-format front page, the inclusion of a copy of the question paper, the absence of any minimum order, the handwriting match from a learner’s sample at no extra charge, and the confirmation of delivery against a pin code before payment. These are the publisher’s terms and carry no IGNOU authority of any kind.
