IGNOU MSCRWEE Handwritten Assignment: Foolscap Paper, 4 cm Margin, All 20 Printed Codes

Original price was: ₹500.00.Current price is: ₹320.00.

Shri Chakradhar Publication writes the IGNOU MSCRWEE Tutor Marked Assignment answer set by hand, one course code at a time, for the M.Sc. in Renewable Energy and Environment taught by SOET. It covers MRW-001 to MRW-007, MED-003, MST-001, MEV-003 and whichever two of the eight elective codes your second year carries. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge.

  • Foolscap, because that is what the paper asks for. Instruction 2 on every MSCRWEE booklet calls for foolscap size writing paper, not A4, with a 4 cm margin on three sides.
  • Thirty per cent of the result rides on this. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent.
  • Nothing is paid before you have seen the handwriting. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge.
  • Ten codes or two, the rate holds. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate.
  • Old cycles and backlogs are in scope. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject.
  • Electives from other schools are covered too. Six of the eight elective slots belong to SOITS or SOCIS on paper, yet all eight are reprinted in the SOET third-semester booklet.
  • A bundle arrives, not a download. Each code comes as the written answer set, a free IGNOU-format cover sheet and a copy of its question paper. No soft copy or PDF is sold.
  • The prospectus settles the medium. The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price, which here means English: section 3.70 of the July 2026 Common Prospectus records the medium of instruction as English.

Send your codes, semester and pin code on WhatsApp to start: message +91 93546 37830. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.

Description

In short. MSCRWEE is the 66-credit Master of Science in Renewable Energy and Environment taught by the School of Engineering and Technology, and the July 2026 Common Prospectus lists twelve fixed course codes plus two elective slots chosen from a table of eight, with an exit option after the first 34 credits. Ten of those fixed codes carry a Tutor Marked Assignment; MRWP-001 and MRWP 002 are the six-credit Industrial Training or Minor Project and the twelve-credit Major Project, and neither returned an assignment paper in this research. Shri Chakradhar Publication writes that answer set by hand, one code at a time, on foolscap with a 4 cm margin, because that is what instruction 2 and instruction 3 on every MSCRWEE booklet published by the School of Engineering and Technology ask for. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. No soft copy or PDF is sold. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. On MSCRWEE that 30 per cent is collected through one 100-mark paper per code. The whole exchange runs on WhatsApp at +91 93546 37830, starting with your codes, your semester and your pin code.

What Lands on Your Doorstep

Each course code in the order becomes its own physical bundle, and the bundle has three parts. The first is the answer set itself, written out by hand against the questions printed in the MSCRWEE booklet for that code, on foolscap sheets with the 4 cm margin the paper specifies. The second is the IGNOU-format cover sheet, filled in as the booklet demands, free with every code and never charged as an add-on. The third is a printed copy of the question paper the answers were written against, so that the code, the assignment code line and the questions can be checked against your own download before anything is handed in.

That third item matters more on MSCRWEE than on most programmes, because the assignment code line is the only place the year is printed. A learner holding a bundle written against MRW-003/TMA/2024 can see at a glance that it belongs to the 2024 cycle, and can compare it with whatever the assignment portal is serving for the code today. No soft copy or PDF is sold, so nothing in the packet is a file to print; every sheet arrives already written.

Nothing is stapled shut and nothing is sealed. The bundles arrive loose enough to be checked page by page, reordered if your Regional Centre asks for a particular arrangement, and tied per code the way the booklet implies when it says the assignments for each course are to be prepared separately.

Where the ₹320 Starts and Stops

One code, one rate. The ₹320 covers the writing, the foolscap, the cover sheet, the printed question paper and the courier to your address. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. A learner clearing a single MEV-003 backlog from an earlier cycle and a learner ordering a full third semester of MRW-005, MRW-006, MRW-007 and two electives pay the same figure per code, and the second learner is not charged a bundling fee for the volume.

What the rate does not cover is anything IGNOU charges for directly. Examination form fees, re-registration fees and any late-submission handling your Regional Centre applies are between you and the university. The rate also does not cover the two project codes. MRWP-001 and MRWP 002 are assessed as project work rather than as tutor marked assignments, they carry six and twelve credits respectively, and neither surfaced an assignment paper in the research behind this page. If you need help with those, the hard-copy project shelf for MRWP-001 and MRWP-002 is a separate part of the catalogue and is priced separately.

Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.

Reference PDF or Submission Bundle: Telling the Two Apart

Two different things get sold under names that sound alike, and the difference decides whether you can hand it in.

A solved assignment is a soft-copy reference file of model answers for a course code and a session, read on a screen or printed out, used to understand how an answer is built before writing your own. A handwritten assignment is the answer set written out by hand on paper and submitted as a hard copy, which on MSCRWEE means foolscap sheets with a 4 cm margin on the left, top and bottom. The first is study material. The second is the object the counter accepts.

IGNOU’s own wording settles the scoping question. Instruction 5 on the MSCRWEE first-semester booklet reads that the assignments submitted should be hand written in your own hand writing, and instruction 7 on the same page states that assignments will be submitted at your respective regional centre. A downloaded reference file is not a submission under that instruction, and printing one does not convert it into one. Anyone telling you otherwise is describing a different university.

If a reference file is what you actually want, it is sold elsewhere on this store and not here. The soft-copy solved assignments for master’s degree programmes are organised by programme and code, and the broader solved-assignment catalogue covers every level the store carries. This page sells the written bundle only.

Every MRW, MED and MST Code in the First Year

Section 3.70 of the July 2026 Common Prospectus sets out the structure semester by semester. The first year runs to 34 credits, which is exactly the threshold the same section names for the exit option. Seven of the eight first-year entries are theory codes with a tutor marked assignment; the eighth, MRWP-001, is project work.

Scroll the table sideways on a narrow screen.

The credits in that table sum to 34, and 34 is the figure the prospectus names for the exit award, so the first-year block is internally consistent. Note that the prospectus prints MEV-003 and MRWP-001 with a hyphen while printing MRW 001 through MRW 004, MED 003 and MST 001 with a space, inside one table. The booklets published by the School of Engineering and Technology hyphenate all of them. Neither punctuation changes which paper you are answering, but it does change what a search on the assignment portal returns, so try both shapes if the first attempt comes back empty.

If the printed study material for these codes is what you are missing rather than the writing time, the MSCRWEE reference book shelf carries them code by code, and sits inside the wider master’s degree book catalogue.

The Eight Elective Slots and the Three Schools Behind Them

The second year is where MSCRWEE stops behaving like an ordinary programme. Three fixed MRW codes sit in the third semester alongside one elective, and the fourth semester holds a second elective and the twelve-credit Major Project. Both electives are drawn from a single table of eight, and that table names the school offering each one.

Six of the eight electives are owned by another school on paper, four by the School of Computer and Information Sciences and two by the School of Inter-disciplinary and Trans-disciplinary Studies. In practice the School of Engineering and Technology reprints all eight inside its own MSCRWEE third-semester booklet, under its own instruction page, so a learner taking MCS-226 as an MSCRWEE elective writes it on foolscap to SOET’s rules rather than to the rules a straight computer science learner would follow. That is worth knowing before you copy a format from a friend on a different programme.

Arithmetic check. The three fixed third-semester codes plus two electives give 20 credits, the Major Project adds 12, and the second year therefore runs to 32. Added to the first year’s 34, the programme totals 66, which is the figure the prospectus states. The elective table itself, however, is footed with the line Total Credits 66, although its own eight rows sum to 32. The 66 is the programme total repeated in the wrong place, not a second set of credits you are expected to take.

Four Places IGNOU’s MSCRWEE Paperwork Contradicts Itself

These were found by reading the prospectus and three MSCRWEE assignment booklets against each other. They are printed here rather than smoothed over, because a learner who knows a document disagrees with itself makes better decisions than one who does not.

Conflicts recorded during the research behind this page. Verify your own position with ignou.ac.in and your Regional Centre before acting on any of them.

1. MEV-003 carries three different titles. The MSCRWEE table in the prospectus prints Environment law and Management. The Environmental and Occupational Health table in the same prospectus prints Environmental Law and Management for the same code. The cover page of the MSCRWEE second-semester booklet prints Environmental Law & Management, and the assignment header inside that very booklet reverts to Environment law and Management. Two spellings inside one file.

2. The exit award has no entry anywhere. Section 3.70 offers a PG Diploma in Renewable Energy and Environment after the first 34 credits. That phrase appears exactly once in the whole July 2026 Common Prospectus, inside that one sentence. No programme code, no fee row, no course table and no eligibility line exist for it anywhere else in the document.

3. One booklet tells you two different things about the cover. The format block at the top of every MSCRWEE booklet asks you to write STUDY CENTRE on your first page. Instruction 7 on the same page says assignments will be submitted at your respective regional centre. Aggregator pages repeat the study-centre version; IGNOU’s own instruction says Regional Centre.

4. An assignment code is printed without its separator. In the first-semester booklet, MRW-001, MRW-002 and MED-003 are all coded in the form MRW-001/TMA/2023. MST-001 in the same file is coded MST-001TMA/2023, with the slash missing. It is a typesetting slip in IGNOU’s file, not a different code format, and copying it onto your answer sheet is not required.

In-house, and equally open. The handwritten category page on this store tells every learner to write on A4. Every MSCRWEE booklet asks for foolscap. That category instruction is correct for many programmes and wrong for this one, and it is being corrected rather than defended. Two founding years, 2010 and 2012, also appear across older pages of this store, and older product pages still carry marks and delivery language that this page does not.

April 30 and September 30: Dates Keyed to the Exam, Not the Intake

Instruction 6 on every MSCRWEE booklet read for this page ties the deadline to the examination you intend to sit rather than to the session you were admitted in. The wording is consistent across three booklets from three different years: if you wish to appear in the June term-end examination you should submit your TMAs by April 30 of that year, and if you wish to appear in the December term-end examination you should submit them by September 30.

That framing is the thing to hold on to. A learner admitted in July and a learner admitted in January are both governed by which examination they are sitting, not by which month they enrolled. It is also why deadline figures circulating for other IGNOU programmes should not be carried across. The School of Management Studies prints 31 October and 30 April on its papers. The School of Engineering and Technology prints April 30 and September 30 on MSCRWEE papers. Both are real; only one of them is yours.

The same instruction adds a consequence that is easy to miss: you cannot fill the examination form without submission of the assignments. The 30 per cent is not the only thing at stake, because the missing submission blocks the form that gets you into the hall for the other 70 per cent.

One further wrinkle surfaced in the booklets themselves. The 2024 second-semester file and the 2025 third-semester file print both dates on every individual assignment header. The 2023 first-semester file prints only April 30, 2023 on each header, even though its own instruction 6 names September 30 as well. Read instruction 6, not the header line, when the two appear to disagree. IGNOU has also extended these dates by public notification in past cycles, so the printed date is a floor, not a guarantee.

What MRW-001/TMA/2023 Tells You, and What MST-001TMA/2023 Got Wrong

The assignment code on an MSCRWEE paper is built from three pieces: the course code, the letters TMA, and a single year. MRW-003/TMA/2024 is the Renewable Energy Systems paper issued for the 2024 cycle. MRWE-001/TMA/2025 is the Nanotechnology elective issued for 2025. There is no session word in the string, which is where MSCRWEE differs from programmes whose papers read TMA/JULY/2026 or TMA/2026-27.

The practical consequence is that the year in that line is the only marker separating one cycle’s paper from the next, and papers do expire and get replaced. A learner writing a backlog code should check the year printed on the file currently served for that code rather than reusing a booklet downloaded two cycles ago. Send the year you can see in your own download along with the code, and the set is written against that exact paper.

The MST-001TMA/2023 slip described above is a reminder that these strings are typeset by hand somewhere. Where a booklet’s code line is malformed, copy your course code and the year onto your answer sheet in the clean form and keep the downloaded paper as evidence of what you were working from. That is what the printed question paper in each bundle is for.

Foolscap, a 4 cm Margin, and Your Own Hand

Three instructions on the MSCRWEE booklet describe the physical object, and all three are followed when the set is written. Instruction 2 asks for foolscap size writing paper, specifically not of a very thin variety. Instruction 3 asks for a 4 cm margin on the left, top and bottom, which is a wider allowance than the margin most learners leave by habit and the reason a page of foolscap holds less than it looks like it should. Instruction 5 asks for the answers to be hand written in your own hand writing.

Instruction 4 is one line long and easy to skip: your answers should be precise. On MSCRWEE that instruction has teeth, because the word limits are printed per mark band and they are not uniform. A five-mark question is capped at 200 words and a ten-mark question at 350 across the MRW and MRWE papers. MST-001 adds a third tier for its twenty-mark questions, set above 500 words. MEV-003 in the second-semester booklet sets 500 words for a twenty-mark answer, while MEV-021 in the third-semester booklet sets 550 for the same mark value. The set is written to whichever limit the paper for your code actually prints.

Sending the Handwriting Sample Photo

Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge. A single page of ordinary lined writing is enough, photographed flat in daylight with the whole sheet in frame. Nothing is charged before that sample has gone back to you for confirmation, which is the point at which most of the risk in an order like this actually sits. If the returned sample does not look like your hand, say so and it is rewritten before anything else happens.

English Only, Any Semester, Any Backlog

The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price. On MSCRWEE that resolves to English, because section 3.70 of the July 2026 Common Prospectus records the medium of instruction as English, and every booklet read for this page is an English file. There is no Hindi MSCRWEE paper to order, which also means there is no medium-based price difference to ask about.

Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. That covers the learner who cleared three of the four first-semester codes and is carrying MST-001 forward, the learner returning after a gap whose MRW papers have been reissued twice since, and the learner in the fourth semester ordering a single elective alongside project work. What changes between those cases is which paper the set is written against, not the rate.

Re-registration gaps and elective choices mean two MSCRWEE learners in the same admission year frequently hold different code sets, which is why this page does not sell a semester bundle. Every order is assembled from the codes you send.

One message settles the quote.

Codes, semester, the year printed in your assignment code line, and your pin code. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge.

The Five Things to Send Before Writing Starts

Short lists prevent long corrections. Five items settle an MSCRWEE order and nothing else is needed to begin.

  1. Your course codes, copied from your registration record. MRW-005 and MRW 005 are the same paper, but MEV-003 and MEV-021 are not, and MEVE-001 is a third code again.
  2. The semester each code sits in. This is what tells the writer which booklet the questions came from, because MSCRWEE papers are published one booklet per semester rather than one per code.
  3. The year printed in the assignment code line of your own download. That single number is what pins the set to the right cycle.
  4. A photo of a page in your handwriting. One page, flat, daylight, whole sheet visible.
  5. Your delivery pin code. The courier window is confirmed against it before payment, never estimated on a page.

If a code you hold is not an MSCRWEE code at all, because you are combining programmes or clearing something from an earlier enrolment, the customised handwritten order for any programme and session takes it at the same rate.

Once the Bundle Reaches You

Open each code’s bundle and check three things against your own download before anything is signed. First, that the course code and the year on the printed question paper match the file the assignment portal is currently serving for you. Second, that the number of questions answered matches the number the paper asks for, which on MSCRWEE is not always all of them: MRW and MRWE papers say all questions are compulsory, while MEV-003 and MEV-021 say attempt any five. Third, that the cover sheet carries your enrolment number, name, address, programme code, course code, course title, centre and date in the format block the booklet prints.

You sign the declaration on the assignment cover page, so you should read and review the content before submitting it, and satisfy yourself that it represents your own understanding of the course.

Then submit. Instruction 7 on the MSCRWEE booklets says assignments will be submitted at your respective regional centre, and the booklets also advise retaining a copy of your answer sheets, which is sensible advice regardless of who wrote them. Ask for an acknowledgement, because the submission details go onto your term-end examination form later.

What MSCRWEE Learners Put in the Same Order

The handwritten set answers one problem, and it is rarely the only one open at once. Learners on this programme most often add reading support for the codes they find hardest, which for MSCRWEE tends to be MST-001 and MRW-002 rather than the renewable energy papers themselves.

Ahead of a term-end examination, the MSCRWEE guess paper shelf collects question patterns from earlier cycles for the same codes, which is a different job from the assignment and is worth ordering at a different time of year. Learners who want the answer content in a readable file as well as in the written bundle usually pick up the hard-copy solved assignment book covering any programme and session alongside it.

Learners on other programmes arrive here too, usually because a code they hold is published inside the MSCRWEE booklet. MEV-021 is the common case. Whichever programme you are registered on, write your own programme code on your sheet, because that is what separates your bundle from a renewable energy learner’s at the counter. The handwritten assignment hub covering every IGNOU programme lists what else is written to order.

Questions MSCRWEE Learners Ask Before Ordering

Is MSCRWEE written on A4 or foolscap?

Foolscap. Instruction 2 on every MSCRWEE booklet published by the School of Engineering and Technology asks for foolscap size writing paper, specifically not of a very thin variety, with instruction 3 adding a 4 cm margin on the left, top and bottom. The A4 instruction that appears on this store’s general handwritten category page is correct for many IGNOU programmes and is wrong for this one. It is listed in the conflicts section above and is being corrected.

How many MSCRWEE codes actually have an assignment?

Ten of the twelve fixed codes, plus whichever two electives you take, so twelve papers across the programme. MRWP-001, the six-credit Industrial Training or Minor Project, and MRWP 002, the twelve-credit Major Project, are assessed as project work and neither returned an assignment paper in the research behind this page. Your Regional Centre and the project guidelines govern those two.

Can I submit a downloaded MSCRWEE solved assignment PDF instead?

No. Instruction 5 on the MSCRWEE booklet reads that the assignments submitted should be hand written in your own hand writing, and instruction 7 says they are submitted at your respective regional centre. A reference PDF is material to write from, not the object that gets handed in. Printing it does not change what it is.

MEV-003 aur MEV-021 ek hi paper hai kya?

Nahi. MEV-003 is a compulsory second-semester code titled around environmental law and management, and MEV-021 is an optional third-semester elective on climate change offered by the School of Inter-disciplinary and Trans-disciplinary Studies. They sit in different booklets, carry different questions and have different answer instructions: MEV-003 sets 500 words for a twenty-mark answer, MEV-021 sets 550.

Why does my MCS elective paper come from an engineering school booklet?

Because the elective table in section 3.70 of the prospectus assigns MCS-224, MCS-226, MCS-227 and MCS-231 to the School of Computer and Information Sciences, while the School of Engineering and Technology reprints all eight MSCRWEE electives inside its own third-semester assignment booklet. The SOET instruction page governs how you write it: foolscap, 4 cm margin, submission at the Regional Centre.

What is the last date for an MSCRWEE assignment?

Instruction 6 on the booklets ties it to the examination rather than the intake. April 30 if you intend to sit the June term-end examination, September 30 if you intend to sit the December one. IGNOU has extended these by public notification in past cycles, so treat the printed date as the working deadline and check ignou.ac.in and your Regional Centre for any extension that applies to your cycle.

Do I get the question paper with the written set?

Yes, a printed copy of the paper each code was written against is included with that code’s bundle, free. On MSCRWEE it matters because the assignment code line carries the cycle year and nothing else does, so you can check the set against the file the portal is serving you today before handing anything in.

Kya purane session ke MRW codes ban jayenge?

Haan. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. Send the code and the year printed in the assignment code line of the booklet you downloaded, and the set is written against that exact paper rather than against whichever cycle is current.

Is there a Hindi MSCRWEE assignment?

No Hindi paper surfaced in this research. Section 3.70 of the July 2026 Common Prospectus records the medium of instruction for MSCRWEE as English, and all three booklets read for this page are English files. The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price, which on this programme means the English paper.

Where do I hand the MSCRWEE bundle in, study centre or regional centre?

IGNOU’s own instruction 7 on the MSCRWEE booklets says assignments will be submitted at your respective regional centre. Confusingly, the format block on the same page asks you to write STUDY CENTRE on your first page, and several aggregator pages repeat the study-centre version. Follow instruction 7 and confirm with your Regional Centre, because practice varies and only they can settle it for your enrolment.

Do I have to answer every question on an MSCRWEE paper?

It depends on the code. The MRW and MRWE papers state that all questions are compulsory and carry equal marks. MEV-003 and MEV-021 state attempt any five. Both instructions appear in MSCRWEE booklets, and MRWE-001, MRWE-002 and MEV-021 sit in the same third-semester file carrying different rules from each other. The set follows whichever your paper prints.

Can I order just one MRW code?

Yes. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. A single carried-forward code costs the same per subject as a full semester, and no bundling or handling charge is added at either end of that range.

Will this get my assignment accepted or improve my marks?

No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU. What this page can tell you is what the booklet asks for and what arrives in the packet.

How long will delivery take to my pin code?

Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page. Send the pin code with your codes and the window is quoted against it directly rather than estimated from a national average.

The MSCRWEE index page on IGNOU’s portal is titled MA(Philosophy). Am I in the right place?

The MSCRWEE listing on IGNOU’s assignment portal does carry the browser title of an unrelated programme, which is a template slip on IGNOU’s side rather than a sign you have navigated wrongly. Judge the file by its own cover page: a genuine MSCRWEE booklet is headed Assignment Booklet, MSCRWEE Programme, M.Sc (Renewable Energy and Environment), and names the semester and the codes it covers.

How This Page Was Put Together

Three sources were used and they are kept separate here, because they carry different weight and are updated on different schedules.

The prospectus. Every course code, official title, credit value, structure, medium and the exit award on this page come from section 3.70 of the IGNOU Common Prospectus July 2026. The credits were summed independently before the table was trusted: 34 in the first year, 32 in the second, 66 in total, matching the figure the section states. Titles are reproduced as the prospectus prints them, including the lower-case renderings in Environment law and Management and Introduction to climate change, rather than tidied.

Live assignment booklets. Three MSCRWEE booklets published by the School of Engineering and Technology were opened on ignou.ac.in and on IGNOU’s assignment portal during this research: the first-semester file dated January 2023, the second-semester file dated January 2024, and the third-semester file dated January 2025. The submission dates, the assignment code formats, the word limits, the question patterns, the paper size, the margin and the cover-page applicability lists on this page were read off those three files and from no other source. They can be reached through the IGNOU assignment download service, and the third-semester file sits at the School of Engineering and Technology MSCRWEE elective booklet.

The publisher’s own commercial terms. The rate, what the bundle contains, the handwriting sample step, the absence of a minimum order and the refusal to print a delivery figure are Shri Chakradhar Publication’s own terms and are not IGNOU rules. They are set by the publisher and can be changed by the publisher. Everything above them on this page can only be changed by the university.

Important Notice

Shri Chakradhar Publication Pvt. Ltd. and shrichakradhar.com form an independent IGNOU study-support publisher. This is not the official website of Indira Gandhi National Open University, is not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by the university, and no page on this site should be treated as an official IGNOU communication.

Programme structures, course codes, submission dates and rules change, and only ignou.ac.in and your Regional Centre can confirm the current position for your enrolment.

You sign the declaration on the assignment cover page, so you should read and review the content before submitting it, and satisfy yourself that it represents your own understanding of the course.

No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU.
