IGNOU MSCMACS Handwritten Assignment — All 16 MMT and MMTE TMA Codes, Written on Foolscap

Original price was: ₹500.00.Current price is: ₹320.00.

Handwritten MSCMACS assignment sets, written by hand against the exact MMT or MMTE code on your IGNOU record, for any of the sixteen taught codes in the 64-credit M.Sc. (Mathematics with Application in Computer Science). The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject.

  • Thirty per cent of the course result is already on the table. A code you never wrote up loses that share outright, and on MSCMACS the MMT-001 booklet states you cannot even fill the term-end exam form until the assignment is in.
  • Foolscap, because that is what your booklet demands. Every 2026 MMT and MMTE paper on ignou.ac.in asks for foolscap size writing paper and a 4 cm margin left, top and bottom, not the A4 template the aggregators repeat. Your set is prepared to that instruction.
  • The mathematics is copied out, not summarised. Sylow subgroups, Hough transforms, histogram tables, C source listings and 4×4 grey-level matrices reach the sheet in the writer’s hand, question part by question part.
  • You see the handwriting before any money moves. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge.
  • Two credits or eight, one flat rate. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. MMT002 and the eight-credit MMT008 are billed identically.
  • Semester-wise registration means backlogs stack up. IGNOU makes you register for the next MSCMACS semester whether or not you cleared the last, so carried-over codes are ordinary here and cost the same as current ones.
  • Every conflict in IGNOU’s own papers is named, not hidden. Three live 2026 booklets disagree on weightage, on the year inside the assignment code and on who sets the schedule.

Message your codes, your semester and your pin code on WhatsApp at +91 93546 37830. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.

Description

In short. A handwritten assignment is what IGNOU actually collects against a Tutor Marked Assignment paper: the answers set down in ink on loose sheets and surrendered as a physical object. For MSCMACS, the 64-credit Master of Science (Mathematics with Application in Computer Science) run by the School of Sciences across four semesters of exactly 16 credits each, in which sixteen taught codes under two prefixes carry a question paper (MMT001 to MMT009 and MMTE 001 to MMTE 007) while the four-credit MMTP 001 Project carries none, Shri Chakradhar Publication prepares that handwritten set one course code at a time. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. No soft copy or PDF is sold. The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price, which on MSCMACS resolves to the English paper alone, because section 3.53 of the July 2026 Common Prospectus records the medium of instruction as English. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. Two of the three live 2026 MSCMACS booklets opened for this page print 20 per cent instead, and that disagreement is set out in full further down. Every one of these papers is written on foolscap rather than A4, because that is the instruction printed on the booklet itself. Send the codes and the semester to WhatsApp message the code list to +91 93546 37830.

Inside the Envelope That Reaches Your Address

Four physical things travel together for each course code ordered. The first is the answer set itself, written out by hand on foolscap sheets in the writer’s own steady script, with a 4 cm margin held on the left, the top and the bottom exactly as instruction 3 on every 2026 MMT and MMTE booklet requires. The second is an IGNOU-format cover sheet, supplied free with every order. The third is a printed copy of the official Tutor Marked Assignment paper the answers were written against, so the person receiving the bundle can hold question and answer side by side before signing anything. The fourth is nothing at all in electronic form: no soft copy or PDF is sold.

On MSCMACS the first of those four is heavier work than the phrase “handwritten assignment” usually implies. An MMTE 003 paper asks for a histogram equalisation table with eight grey levels and their occurrence counts, a 4×4 grey-level matrix filtered four different ways, and a 3×3 Laplacian mask drawn out as a mask. An MMT-003 Algebra paper asks for Sylow p-subgroups of a dihedral group described in terms of its generators, elementary divisors of a product of cyclic groups, and a symplectic block-matrix identity proved line by line. An MMT-001 paper asks for five C programs to be reproduced as source code, a binary search tree drawn as a tree, and a shape made of stars laid out by hand. None of that survives a copy-paste. It is transcription work with mathematical notation, and it is priced the same as a page of prose.

The sheets arrive loose and unbound rather than punched into a file, because study centres across the country differ on whether they want a tag, a staple or a plain stack, and a bundle that has already been committed to one of those is harder to fix at the counter than one that has not.

Where ₹320 Stops, and What It Never Buys

The figure is per course code, not per semester and not per programme. A learner sending three MMTE codes is quoted three times ₹320; a learner sending one carried-over MMT005 is quoted once. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. Courier sits inside that number, as does the cover sheet, as does the copy of the question paper, as does matching the handwriting to a sample. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.

What the rate does not buy is worth stating as plainly. It does not buy the MMTP 001 project, which is a supervised dissertation with a guide rather than a Tutor Marked Assignment, and which is handled on a separate M.Sc. (MACS) project shelf at a different price. It does not buy attendance at the practical sessions. The July 2026 Common Prospectus is unambiguous that most MSCMACS courses carry a computer practical component, that the number of sessions runs from eleven to thirty-six per semester, and that a learner must complete at least 70 per cent of the prescribed sessions to be eligible to sit the term-end examination for the practical in that course. Nothing bought here touches that requirement, and no one should order a handwritten set believing it does.

It also buys no outcome. No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU.

Reference File or Submission Copy: Telling the Two Apart

These are two different objects and learners lose money by treating them as one. A solved assignment is a soft-copy reference file of model answers for a course code and session, downloaded and read. A handwritten assignment is a stack of foolscap sheets carrying those same answers in ink, one stack per course code, handed across a counter. The first is preparation; the second is the thing the university physically collects.

The reason the distinction bites on MSCMACS is that IGNOU’s own instruction here is unusually specific about the physical artefact. Instruction 2 on the MMT-001, MMT-003 and MMTE-003 booklets for 2026 asks the learner to use only foolscap size writing paper, not of very thin variety, for writing the answers. Instruction 1 on all three asks for a block of details written on top of the first page of the answer sheet, giving roll number, name, address, course code, course title, study centre and date. These are instructions about a sheet of paper being written on. A downloaded PDF, however good the mathematics inside it, satisfies none of them. If a soft-copy reference is what is wanted, the correct route is the store’s own master-degree solved assignment shelves, and this page is not the place to buy one.

Nine MMT Codes and What Each One Weighs

The nine MMT codes are the taught core, and they are not equal in size. Four of them carry two credits, four carry four, and MMT008 alone carries eight. That matters to a learner deciding what to order, because ₹320 buys a two-credit Linear Algebra paper and an eight-credit Probability and Statistics paper at exactly the same price, and the second is roughly four times the reading behind it.

Those nine sum to 34 credits. Read the numbering and a gap shows itself immediately: the sequence runs MMT001, MMT002, MMT003, MMT004, MMT005, MMT006, MMT007, MMT008, MMT009 with nothing missing, which is worth confirming because several third-party listings sell an MSCMACS set that quietly skips one. Read the semester column and a second oddity appears. MMT009 Mathematical Modelling is an MMT-prefixed core code, yet it sits in the third semester alongside four MMTE electives rather than with its eight siblings. IGNOU’s own previous-year question-paper index groups it exactly that way too, which is at least consistent, but it means a learner who assumes “MMT means first year” will order the wrong thing.

Seven MMTE Papers and the Project That Carries No Question Paper

The prospectus prose calls the MMTE courses “Elective Courses” and says they will expose the learner to the applications of mathematics in the area of computer sciences. The semester table underneath tells a different story. All seven MMTE codes are listed, four in the third semester and three in the fourth, with no note anywhere permitting a choice between them. Compare the MSCGG geography table three pages later, which carries an explicit footnote telling the learner to opt for any one course from the given electives in the fourth semester. MSCMACS has no such footnote, and the credits only reach the stated total of 64 if every one of the seven is taken. On the arithmetic, they behave as compulsory papers with the word “elective” attached to them.

That second block sums to 30 credits. Added to the 34 from the MMT table it gives 64, which matches the figure printed at the foot of the prospectus table, and each of the four semesters lands on exactly 16. The arithmetic was summed independently rather than taken on trust, because adjacent programme tables in this document have a habit of bleeding into one another.

Two smaller things are worth reading off the table as printed. MMTE 003’s title comes through as “Pattern Recognition & ImageProcessing”, with the space missing, and the title is reproduced above exactly as the prospectus sets it rather than silently corrected. MMTE 007 is titled “Soft Computing & Applications” here, while IGNOU’s own archived term-end paper for the same code is headed “Soft Computing and Its Applications”. Neither affects what is written, but both are the sort of thing that makes a code search on a third-party site return nothing.

MMTP 001 is the exception in the list. It is a compulsory four-credit project, described in the prospectus as hands-on work experience in an industry, organisation, research establishment or institution, with a guide who supplies the detail. There is no Tutor Marked Assignment paper behind it, so there is nothing here to write by hand for that code. It belongs with the hard-copy project shelves rather than in this order.

Nine Contradictions Sitting in the MSCMACS Paperwork

Three live 2026 booklets were opened on ignou.ac.in for this page: MMT-001 Programming and Data Structures, MMT-003 Algebra and MMTE-003 Pattern Recognition and Image Processing. All three are School of Sciences papers, all three carry the same validity window of 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, and all three disagree with one another.

Conflicts found by reading IGNOU’s own MSCMACS documents against each other. All of them are live as at 5 September 2026.

1. The assignment weightage is printed two different ways in the same session. MMT-003 tells the student that the continuous evaluation component has 30 per cent weightage. MMT-001 and MMTE-003, same programme, same school, same calendar year, both say a weightage of 20 per cent has been assigned for continuous evaluation. Two out of three say 20. The university’s general rule, and the figure quoted on this page, is 30. Only your Regional Centre can say which governs your grade card.

2. The year inside the assignment code does not match the booklet it sits in. MMT-003 prints Assignment Code MMT-003/TMA/2026 and MMTE-003 prints MMTE-003/TMA/2026. MMT-001, on a cover dated 2026 and valid to 31 December 2026, prints Assignment Code MMT-001/TMA/2025. Copy what your own downloaded booklet prints, even when it looks wrong, because the evaluator matches it against their own file.

3. The three papers name three different submission arrangements. MMT-001 says the assignment is to be submitted to the Study Centre as per the schedule made by the study centre. MMTE-003 says it goes to the Programme Centre as per the schedule made by the programme centre. MMT-003 names neither and prints only the December validity limit. No fixed university-wide date appears on any of the three.

4. The programme’s own name is spelled four ways. The prospectus heading reads Master of Science (Mathematics with Application in Computer Science), singular. The MMTE-003 cover reads M.Sc. (Mathematics with Applications in Computer Science), plural. The MMT-003 cover reads Masters in Mathematics with Applications to Computer Science. IGNOU’s assignment index page reads M.Sc.(Mathematics with applications to computer science). Searching a seller’s catalogue on one of these will not find a listing filed under another.

5. The course code separator changes between documents. The prospectus prints the core codes closed up as MMT001 to MMT009 and the electives spaced as MMTE 001 to MMTE 007. Every booklet prints them hyphenated as MMT-001 and MMTE-003. The three forms are the same codes.

6. MMT-003’s own mark grid does not add up. The block-wise distribution table at the foot of that paper totals 30, 17, 23, 20 and 0 across five blocks, which comes to 90 against a printed maximum of 100. Question 1, worth ten marks in the body of the paper, is missing from the grid entirely. Summing the question parts in the paper itself gives a clean 100.

7. Two core booklets point at the wrong programme guide. MMT-001 and MMT-003 are first and second semester core courses, yet both instruct the student to read the section on assignments in the Programme Guide for elective Courses. MMTE-003, which genuinely is an elective, carries the same line correctly.

8. A code called MMTE-008 circulates without an IGNOU source. Third-party sellers list MMTE-008 among the MSCMACS subject codes. It appears in no course table in the July 2026 Common Prospectus and no booklet or archived question paper for it surfaced on ignou.ac.in, where the range stops at MMTE-007. Do not order against it on a seller’s word; check your registration record.

9. This store’s own pages disagree with these booklets and with each other. The handwritten category page states that assignments must be handwritten on A4 sheets, while every MSCMACS booklet says foolscap only. That same page and several legacy product pages carry a delivery figure in working days, which this page does not and will not. The MSCMACS guess-paper category still carries a marks claim in its description, and the M.Sc. (MACS) project category carries acceptance-guarantee wording and a phone number that is not the one at the top of this site. All of it is listed in the correction queue supplied with this build and none of it is repeated here.

Disclosing this is the point rather than an embarrassment. A page that quietly picked 20 per cent or quietly picked 30 would be easier to read and would be wrong for roughly a third of the learners reading it. The booklet in your own downloads folder outranks anything on this page, including this page.

No Pair of Cut-Off Dates Exists on an MMT Booklet

Most IGNOU programmes hand a learner two dates. The School of Management Studies prints 31 October and 30 April. The School of Humanities prints 31 March and 30 September. Aggregator sites currently circulate 31 March, 30 September, 30 April, 31 May and 15 September for the same academic year, often on the same page.

The School of Sciences does something else for MSCMACS, and it is the single most useful thing on this page for a learner planning backwards from a deadline. None of the three 2026 booklets prints a submission date at all. What each prints instead is a validity window: valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026. Instruction 7 on MMT-001 spells out the consequence, saying the assignment is valid only up to 31 December 2026 and that a learner who fails it or fails to submit it by the due date needs to get the assignment for the year 2027 and submit that one instead. MMT-003 says the same in different words. The actual due date inside that window is delegated: MMT-001 to the schedule made by the study centre, MMTE-003 to the schedule made by the programme centre.

Three practical consequences follow. Your MMT paper expires on a calendar-year boundary rather than a session boundary, so a paper downloaded in January and a paper downloaded in November are the same paper. Your real cut-off is whatever your centre has posted, and no website can tell you what it is, so the useful thing to do is ask the centre directly rather than trust a figure found online. And MMT-001 adds a rule the other two omit, in two separate places: the assignment must be submitted before the term-end examination form can be filled at all, and registration for a course is mandatory before appearing in its examination or the result will not be declared. On MSCMACS the assignment is not merely worth marks, it is a gate on sitting the paper.

Decoding MMT-003/TMA/2026 Before the Bundle Leaves You

The string printed above the questions on every MSCMACS paper has three parts and each one is worth checking on your own copy before anything is written. The first part is the course code, MMT-003 or MMTE-003, hyphenated on the booklet even though the prospectus writes it closed up or spaced. The second is TMA, standing for Tutor Marked Assignment, which distinguishes this from the term-end paper and from the practical. The third is a bare four-digit calendar year, with no JULY or JAN token and no two-year span of the kind other schools print.

That bare year is the MSCMACS signature and it is why the code format cannot be carried across from another programme. A learner who has seen a friend’s management paper reading MMPC-001/TMA/JULY/2026, or an English paper reading MEG-08/TMA/2026-27, and then writes a session token onto an MMT sheet, has written something IGNOU’s own template does not produce. Copy the string exactly as your booklet prints it, including the year that looks a year out of date on MMT-001.

Your Own Hand, Rebuilt From One Photograph

Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge. That is the whole mechanism and it runs before payment, not after it, so the risk of not liking the result sits on this side of the transaction rather than yours.

What makes a usable sample on a mathematics paper

An ordinary page of your notes photographed square-on in daylight is enough for a prose subject. MSCMACS is not a prose subject, and a sample that shows only sentences leaves the writer guessing at the half of the work that matters. A page containing at least a few worked lines is far more useful: how you form a summation sign, whether your matrices get brackets or bars, how you write a subscript against a superscript, whether your Greek letters lean. Include one line of ordinary sentences too, because every MSCMACS paper mixes prose parts such as “explain the functioning of an adaptive, local noise reduction filter” with symbolic ones. Two photographs, one of each kind, settle it in a single exchange.

English Only, Any Semester, Any Carried-Over Code

The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price. On MSCMACS that sentence resolves to one medium and no choice, because section 3.53 of the July 2026 Common Prospectus records the medium of instruction as English, and there is no Hindi MMT or MMTE paper to write against. A learner who has been offered an MSCMACS paper in Hindi by a seller has been offered something IGNOU does not publish.

Session coverage is broader, and on this programme it has to be. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. The prospectus explains why that matters more here than on a year-wise programme: registration to MSCMACS is semester-wise, and after the first, second or third semester, irrespective of whether the learner has passed all the courses of that semester, they must register for the next semester’s courses by submitting the Course Registration Form with the fee. The structure pushes learners forward while their unfinished codes stay behind. A third-semester learner working through MMTE 001 to MMTE 004 while still owing MMT002 from the first semester is not an edge case on this programme, it is the ordinary shape of it, and the old code is quoted at the same rate as the new ones.

The Five Things to Message, and Not One More

Long messages slow a quote down rather than speeding it up. Five items settle it.

  1. The codes, spelled as your registration spells them. MMT005 or MMT-005 are both fine; what matters is that the number is the one on your record and not the one you think follows from your semester.
  2. The year printed on the booklet cover you downloaded. Not the session you enrolled in. On MSCMACS the cover year is what defines the paper.
  3. Which semester you are registered in, and separately, which codes are carried over from an earlier one.
  4. One photograph of your handwriting, ideally including a few worked mathematical lines.
  5. Your pin code, which is what the delivery estimate is built from.

Nothing else is needed at the quoting stage. Enrolment number, study centre code and address are wanted later, for the cover sheet, and are better sent once rather than repeated.

Carrying codes from an earlier semester? They cost the same.

₹320 per subject · foolscap and 4 cm margins as the booklet asks · cover sheet and question paper included · sample seen before payment

Send your backlog codes for a quote

Once the Courier Hands It Over

Open the bundle against the question paper enclosed with it and check three things before the sheets leave your house. Check that the assignment code at the top matches the string on your own downloaded booklet, character for character, including the year. Check that the number of questions answered matches the number in your paper, which is not a formality on this programme, because the three 2026 papers opened for this page carry eight, nine and ten questions respectively and all three are out of 100 marks. And check the cover sheet is filled with your enrolment number, your programme code and your study centre code rather than anyone else’s.

Then read it. You sign the declaration on the assignment cover page, so you should read and review the content before submitting it, and satisfy yourself that it represents your own understanding of the course. On a mathematics paper that reading is also a proofread: a transcribed subscript or a mask entry can be misread by any writer, and the person best placed to catch it is the one who has studied the block.

Ask your study centre for a submission receipt when you hand the bundle over and keep it. IGNOU’s assignment status page runs on its own schedule and a receipt is the only thing that settles an argument in the meantime.

What Else MSCMACS Learners Pick Up in the Same Order

Handwritten sets rarely travel alone. Learners clearing a semester’s worth of codes tend to be working towards a term-end paper at the same time, and the store carries the adjacent material. Exam-facing practice for the MMT and MMTE papers sits on the MSCMACS solved guess paper shelf, which is the only MSCMACS-specific shelf currently built out on this site. Learners on other programmes can browse the wider masters guess paper listing for their own codes.

Reference material for writing your own answers sits on the solved assignment hub, and for learners who want a bound reference across several programmes rather than per code there is a printed solved assignment book covering any session. Study guides for the semester itself are filed under the master degree books catalogue.

Learners on a programme with no dedicated handwritten product yet can use the customised handwritten order for any session instead, and the full range of programme-wise handwritten sets is listed on the handwritten assignment category. If the MMTP 001 dissertation rather than a TMA is what is outstanding, the editorial companion site carries a worked guide to the MMTP 1 project for M.Sc. (MACS), covering format, topic selection and submission, and it is free to read.

What MSCMACS Learners Ask Before Sending Codes

Should an MMT assignment be written on A4 or foolscap?

Foolscap, on the evidence of the papers themselves. Instruction 2 on the 2026 MMT-001, MMT-003 and MMTE-003 booklets asks the learner to use only foolscap size writing paper, not of very thin variety. That is unusual: most current IGNOU guidance and almost every aggregator says A4 and warns against foolscap specifically, and this store’s own handwritten category page says A4 too. Where a course booklet gives an explicit instruction, the booklet is the closer authority for that course. If your study centre has posted something different in writing, follow the centre.

Is the MSCMACS assignment worth 20 per cent or 30 per cent?

The booklets disagree. MMT-003 for 2026 says the continuous evaluation component has 30 per cent weightage. MMT-001 and MMTE-003 for the same year say 20 per cent. The university-wide rule is 30 per cent for assignments and 70 per cent for the term-end examination, which is the figure used elsewhere on this page. Because two of three MSCMACS booklets say otherwise, the honest answer is that only your Regional Centre can confirm which applies to your grade card, and the difference is worth an email to them.

Can a printed PDF of MMT answers be submitted at the counter?

No. A printed file is a typed submission whatever was used to produce it, and the MSCMACS booklets describe an answer sheet being written on, with a header block at the top of the first page and a 4 cm margin left for the evaluator. A solved assignment is a reference to write from. It is not a submission, and no page on this site suggests otherwise.

My MMT-001 booklet says TMA/2025 but the cover says 2026. Which do I copy?

Copy exactly what your booklet prints, including the 2025. The mismatch is real and it is IGNOU’s, not a download error: the 2026 MMT-001 booklet carries Assignment Code MMT-001/TMA/2025 while MMT-003 and MMTE-003 of the same year both print 2026. Evaluators match the string against the file they hold, so reproducing it faithfully is safer than correcting it.

What is the last date to submit an MSCMACS assignment?

No MMT or MMTE booklet prints one. Each prints a validity window instead, currently 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, and delegates the actual date: MMT-001 to the schedule made by your study centre, MMTE-003 to the schedule made by your programme centre. Answer sheets received after that centre’s due date are not accepted. Ask the centre in writing rather than relying on the 31 March, 30 September, 30 April, 31 May and 15 September figures circulating for the same year online.

Are the seven MMTE papers actually optional?

The prospectus prose calls them elective courses, but its own semester table lists all seven with no note allowing a choice, and the credits only reach the stated 64 if all seven are taken. Compare MSCGG, whose table carries an explicit footnote permitting one elective out of three. Treat all seven as required unless your Regional Centre tells you otherwise, and order against the codes on your registration record rather than against the word elective.

Do you write the MMTP 001 project by hand?

No. MMTP 001 is a compulsory four-credit project with a guide, not a Tutor Marked Assignment, and there is no TMA paper behind it to write against. It is handled on the separate M.Sc. (MACS) project shelf at its own price, and the ₹320 rate on this page does not apply to it.

Can C programs and matrices really be handwritten?

They are, because the paper asks for them. MMT-001 for 2026 opens with five C code listings to be reproduced with justified output, then asks for a binary search tree to be drawn and a star shape to be laid out. MMTE-003 asks for grey-level matrices, filter masks and a histogram table. All of it goes onto the sheet by hand, character by character, which is why a mathematics code takes longer to write than a prose code at the same rate.

I am in semester three but still owe a semester one code. Can that be ordered?

Yes, at the same rate. This is common on MSCMACS specifically, because the prospectus requires registration for the next semester irrespective of whether the previous semester’s courses were passed, so unfinished codes accumulate behind a learner who is being moved forward. Send the old code and the year printed on the booklet you hold for it.

Is there an MSCMACS paper in Hindi?

Not according to IGNOU. Section 3.53 of the July 2026 Common Prospectus records the medium of instruction for MSCMACS as English, with no second medium listed, and the MMT and MMTE booklets on ignou.ac.in are English. A Hindi MSCMACS assignment offered anywhere is not something the university publishes.

Is MMTE-008 part of the programme?

Not in any IGNOU document found for this page. Several third-party sellers list MMTE-008 among MSCMACS subject codes, but it appears in no course table in the July 2026 Common Prospectus, and no booklet or archived term-end paper for it surfaced on ignou.ac.in, where the MMTE range stops at 007. Check your own registration record before ordering against it.

Does ordering a handwritten set cover the practical sessions?

No, and nothing can. The prospectus states that most MSCMACS courses carry a computer practical component held at the programme centres, that sessions run from eleven to thirty-six per semester, and that at least 70 per cent of them must be completed to be eligible for the practical term-end examination. Attendance is personal and separate from the written assignment entirely.

Why is MMT008 the same price as MMT002 when it is four times the credits?

Because the rate is per course code and does not vary by credit weight. MMT002 Linear Algebra carries two credits and MMT008 Probability and Statistics carries eight, and both are ₹320. It is a flat rate rather than a per-page or per-credit one, which favours the learner ordering the heavier codes.

How many questions should my MSCMACS paper have?

There is no single answer, which is why the count should be checked against your own booklet rather than assumed. The three 2026 papers opened for this page carry eight questions on MMT-001, nine on MMT-003 and ten on MMTE-003. All three are out of a maximum of 100 marks with part-wise marks printed beside each sub-question.

My booklet mentions a Programme Guide for elective Courses but my course is core. Is that a problem?

No, it is a template carry-over on IGNOU’s side. Both MMT-001 and MMT-003 are core semester one and two courses and both point the reader at the Programme Guide for elective Courses. MMTE-003, which is genuinely an elective, carries the same line correctly. Read whichever programme guide you were sent at enrolment.

Which Document Each Statement on This Page Came From

The IGNOU Common Prospectus, July 2026 edition, section 3.53. Every course code, official title, credit value and semester in the two tables above, the total of 64 credits, the four-semester structure at 16 credits each, the School of Sciences attribution, the English medium of instruction, the eligibility wording, the semester-wise registration rule, the practical session range of eleven to thirty-six and the 70 per cent attendance condition, and the description of MMTP 001 as compulsory project work. Titles are reproduced as printed, including the missing space in “ImageProcessing”. The credit totals were summed independently and matched against the figure the prospectus prints, rather than accepted from the table.

Three live assignment booklets on ignou.ac.in, all dated 2026. MMT-001, MMT-003 and MMTE-003, downloaded from the IGNOU assignment download service. Everything on this page about foolscap paper, the 4 cm margin, the header block, the assignment code format, the weightage disagreement, the validity window, the study centre and programme centre wording, the question counts, the maximum marks and the mark grid that totals 90 was read off those three documents. The M.Sc. (MACS) assignment index and the university’s MSCMACS programme page supplied the alternative spellings of the programme name.

Shri Chakradhar Publication’s own commercial terms. The ₹320 per subject rate, hard copy only, courier included, the free cover sheet, the enclosed question paper, the handwriting match from a sample photograph at no extra charge, the absence of a minimum order and the refusal to print a delivery figure. These are the publisher’s terms and are not IGNOU rules. Where the store’s own live pages contradict the booklets, the contradiction is named in the warning box above rather than smoothed over.

Published 5 September 2026. Next review due before the 2027 MMT and MMTE booklets replace the 2026 set on ignou.ac.in, which on the current pattern happens at the turn of the calendar year rather than at a session boundary.

Send Your MMT and MMTE Code List

The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. No soft copy or PDF is sold.

Message the codes exactly as your registration prints them, the year on the booklet cover you downloaded, the semester you are registered in, a photograph of your handwriting and your pin code. A quote comes back against that list, and the handwriting sample is agreed before anything is paid.
