What Lands on Your Doorstep

One MCA_NEW order produces a physical bundle, not a download. Shri Chakradhar Publication writes the answers out on A4 sheets, staples the set for each course code separately so it can be handed in code by code at the study centre, and ships the lot in a single packet. No soft copy or PDF is sold.

• The written answer set, one bundle per code. A four-question paper such as MCS-211 and a nine-question paper such as MCS-220 arrive as separate stapled sets, each labelled with its own course code and assignment number.

Where the ₹320 Stops

The rate buys writing, materials, the cover sheet, the question-paper copy and the courier. It does not buy anything the university has reserved for you personally, and MCA_NEW reserves an unusually large amount.

The clearest example is on every SOCIS booklet, in the Important Notes block above the contents table. IGNOU states that the viva voce is compulsory for the assignments, and that for any course, if a student has submitted the assignment but has not attended the viva voce, the assignment is treated as not successfully completed and is marked as zero. That is not a caveat buried in a programme guide. It is printed on the front matter of every MCA_NEW paper for every semester and every session checked for this page. A perfectly written eighty-mark answer set scores nothing if you skip the twenty-mark viva.

The lab codes add a second reservation. IGNOU’s MCA_NEW counselling document states that seventy-five per cent attendance is compulsory in practical lab sessions, that a separate lab record must be prepared for each lab course, and that this lab record is signed by the counsellor of the practical session after each session. On MCSL-223, for instance, the paper splits its eighty marks into two twenty-mark sections plus forty marks carried by the lab record itself. A counsellor-signed lab record cannot be bought, written by anyone else, or produced retrospectively. It is built session by session at the study centre.

Reference File or Submission Copy: Telling the Two Apart

Two different things are sold under names that look alike, and MCA_NEW learners collide with the difference more often than most, because the store carries hundreds of per-code files for this programme.

A solved assignment is a soft-copy reference file of model answers for one course code and one session. You read it, understand the approach, and then write your own answer from it. A handwritten assignment is the answers written out by hand on A4 and submitted in hard copy at the study centre. The first is study material. The second is the artefact you actually hand over.

The distinction is not a marketing line, it is IGNOU’s own instruction. The SOCIS booklets direct you to submit your assignments to the coordinator of your study centre on or before the due date, and IGNOU’s published guidance for learners lists submitting typed or printed work in place of handwritten work as a rejection-causing error. So a downloaded file, however good the answers inside it are, is a thing to write from and never a thing to hand in. If a reference file is what you actually want for a code such as MCS-213 or MCS-226, the store’s own per-code MCA solved assignment listings sit in their own category and are priced separately from this product.

The Fifteen MCS Theory Papers, Semester by Semester

The Common Prospectus for July 2026 states that MCA_NEW comprises fifteen theory courses, six practical courses and one project, for eighty credits in total. Those figures were checked against the code table row by row before this page was written: the four semesters carry twenty credits each, the fifteen MCS theory codes and six MCSL lab codes and one MCSP project code sum to twenty-two courses, and the credits sum to eighty exactly as printed. Each of the twenty-one non-project codes has its own TMA paper.

Two things about this table are worth pausing on. MCS-214 and MCS-215 are two-credit theory courses sitting beside four-credit ones in the same semester, which is unusual for a postgraduate programme and means Semester I carries seven codes rather than five. And the two bridge papers at the bottom are not part of the eighty credits at all. The prospectus places them outside the count: Category-2 entrants, meaning those admitted on a B.Sc., B.Com. or B.A. with Mathematics rather than a BCA or a computer-science degree, study MCS-201 and MCS-208 in the first semester and pay an additional amount for them. Both codes are borrowed from the bachelor’s side, so if you are carrying them you may find the BCA study-material listings more useful for background reading than the master’s shelf.

The Six MCSL Labs and the MCSP-232 Project

The practical side of MCA_NEW behaves differently from the theory side, and the difference changes what is worth ordering.

All six MCSL codes do carry a TMA paper, and those papers are written for at ₹320 per subject like any other. What they also carry is the counsellor-signed lab record described above, which is worth a large share of the marks and is generated only by attending. Order the written lab assignment if the written questions are what you are short of time for; do not order it expecting the lab record to come with it.

MCSP-232 is a twelve-credit project, not an assignment, and it sits outside this product entirely. It is also, at the time of writing, a gap in the store’s own catalogue: there is a project category for MBA, MCOM, MAPC, MLIS and many other programmes, but no MCA project category alongside them. If MCSP-232 is what you need, message the number below rather than searching the solved-assignment hub for it.

Seven Places the MCA_NEW Paperwork Contradicts Itself

Two Dates on One Booklet, and Working Out Which Is Yours

MCA_NEW is a semester programme, and that changes the shape of its deadlines. Annual programmes issue one booklet per session with one date. SOCIS issues one booklet per semester covering two intakes, and prints both dates side by side in the contents table. Which one applies to you depends on when you were admitted or re-registered, not on which looks closer.

Both booklets also state that submission before the due date is compulsory to become eligible for the corresponding term-end examination. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. For the lab codes there is a further condition: eligibility for the term-end practical examination requires the minimum attendance to have been met as well as the assignment submitted on time. Programme structures, course codes, submission dates and rules change, and only ignou.ac.in and your Regional Centre can confirm the current position for your enrolment. Pull your own paper from the IGNOU assignment download service and read the date off it.

Why Your Assignment Number Looks Different From a Classmate’s

The assignment number is the string your coordinator matches against their list, and on MCA_NEW it is remarkably unstable. Reading several booklets against each other produced these variants for the same underlying paper:

• Theory, Semester I, 2026: the contents table prints MCA_NEW(I)/211/Assignment/2026, while the header on the assignment page itself prints MCA_NEW(I)/211/Assign/2026. Two renderings, one booklet, two pages apart.
• Theory, Semester II, 2025-26: the contents table prints MCA_NEW(II)/219/Assignment/25-26 and the assignment page prints MCA_NEW(II)/219/Assign/2025-26. The year is abbreviated in one and spelled out in the other.
• Lab codes carry an extra infix. MCSL-216 is numbered MCA_NEW(I)/L-216/Assignment/2026, with an L- that the theory codes do not have. The same paper’s own header then drops the L- again.
• The year suffix has changed shape repeatedly. A 2023-24 lab booklet prints a single year, /2023. The 2024-25 and 2025-26 booklets print a hyphenated pair. The Semester I 2026 booklet returns to a single year. An older cycle even drops _NEW from the prefix entirely, giving MCA(II)/L-223/Assignment/22-23.

The practical consequence is simple. Copy the assignment number exactly as it appears on the paper you downloaded, not as a classmate in another semester wrote it, and not as it appears on any third-party site. Shri Chakradhar Publication prints the number that appears on your booklet onto your cover sheet for the same reason.

Matching the Hand That Signs the Declaration

Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge. The point is consistency between the work and the person submitting it, and on a programme where several codes may be handed in together on the same day it is worth taking seriously.

What the sample photograph needs to show

Half a page of ordinary writing is enough. Anything you have already written works: lecture notes, a rough answer, a filled form. What is useful in it is the shape of your letters, the slant, the spacing and how you form numerals, since MCA_NEW answers are dense with them. Diagrams, complexity notations and code fragments recur across MCS-211, MCS-219 and MCS-220, so a sample that includes any handwritten symbols or figures helps more than plain prose. The match is shown back to you as a photograph before payment, and if it does not look like your hand, say so and it is redone.

English Only: What That Means for MCA_NEW Orders

The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price. For MCA_NEW that sentence resolves to one medium. The Common Prospectus states the medium of instruction for MCA_NEW is English, and the same restriction is repeated independently elsewhere in the document: where MCS-224 and MCS-226 are adopted as specialisation options inside the MA Economics programme, the prospectus notes each as available only in English medium.

So unlike MCOM, MPS or MHD, there is no Hindi MCA_NEW paper to choose between. Learners more comfortable in Hindi sometimes ask whether answers can be written in Hindi against an English paper. That is a question for your study centre coordinator rather than for a publisher, because it affects how the script is evaluated, and no assurance about it is offered here.

Session coverage is wider than medium coverage. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. MCA_NEW replaces its question text every cycle, so a paper from 2022-23 and a paper from 2026 for the same code are genuinely different documents, and the older ones remain available to write against.

Send These Five Things and Stop There

Ordering is one message. Everything needed to quote and start is in the list below, and nothing beyond it is asked for.

1. Your course codes. The exact strings, such as MCS-213, MCSL-222, MCS-227. Semester numbers alone are not enough, because Category-2 entrants and re-registered learners hold different code sets in the same semester.
2. Your semester and session. Semester II, January 2026 is a different paper from Semester II, July 2025. Both are available; they are not interchangeable.
3. Your enrolment number and study centre code. These go on the cover sheet so you are not filling boxes on submission day.
4. A photograph of your handwriting. Half a page, any content, taken on a phone.
5. A delivery address with pin code. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.

There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. A single MCSL code is a normal order.

Once the Courier Arrives

Open the packet and check it before the submission window closes, not on the morning you plan to hand it in.

• Match the assignment number on each cover sheet against your own downloaded paper. Given how many renderings of the MCA_NEW number exist, this is the single most useful check you can run.
• Read the answers. You sign the declaration on the assignment cover page, so you should read and review the content before submitting it, and satisfy yourself that it represents your own understanding of the course.
• Fill in your name, signature and date. Those lines are left blank on purpose.
• Submit code by code to the coordinator of your study centre and keep the receipt. The receipt is what settles any later dispute about whether a set was handed in.
• Book your viva. This is the MCA_NEW-specific step. Twenty of the hundred marks for each course sit in the viva voce, and IGNOU states the assignment is marked zero without it.
• For lab codes, keep attending. The counsellor-signed lab record is separate from anything in the packet.

No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU.

What Else MCA_NEW Learners Pick Up

Most MCA_NEW orders arrive alongside something else, usually because the same deadline pressure drives both. A learner writing against MCS-226 or MCS-227 for the first time often wants the condensed MCA help books and study guides to read from before the answers make sense, and closer to the term-end examination the MCA_NEW solved guess papers cover a different need altogether, since the seventy per cent that assignments do not touch is decided in the examination hall.

Learners enrolled in the online-mode variant of the programme should check the MCAOL shelf rather than this one, since the code sets overlap but the delivery mode and its documents do not. Those who came through a BCA route sometimes still hold a bachelor’s backlog, and the BCA assignment listings or the PGDCA files cover those. Two MCA codes travel outside the programme as well: MCS-226 appears inside the M.Sc. Information Security structure, so MSCIS learners occasionally land on this page by accident and are usually looking for their own listing instead.

Questions MCA_NEW Learners Send Before Ordering

Does buying the handwritten set mean I can skip the viva voce?

No, and this is the most important line on the page. Every MCA_NEW booklet states that the viva voce is compulsory for the assignments, and that if a student has submitted the assignment but not attended the viva voce, the assignment is treated as not successfully completed and is marked as zero. The written answers are worth 80 of the 100 marks; the viva is the other 20 and it gates the whole thing. Attending it is entirely on you.

Can you supply the MCSL lab record as well as the lab assignment?

No. The written questions on a lab paper such as MCSL-222 or MCSL-229 are written for at ₹320 per subject like any other code. The lab record is different: IGNOU’s MCA_NEW documentation requires a separate lab record for each lab course, signed by the counsellor of the practical session after each session, with seventy-five per cent attendance compulsory in practical lab sessions. On MCSL-223 the lab record alone carries forty of the eighty written marks. It is produced by attending, not by ordering.

My Semester I paper says 30 April and my Semester II paper says 15 April. Which is right?

Both are. They are different booklets. The Semester I booklet for January 2026 and July 2026 prints 30th April 2026 for the January-June session, and the Semester II booklet for July 2025 and January 2026 prints 15th April 2026 for the same session. If you are submitting codes from both semesters in one cycle, work to the earlier of the two so nothing is late.

Is there a Hindi version of the MCA_NEW assignment?

The Common Prospectus states the medium of instruction for MCA_NEW is English, and repeats that restriction where MCS-224 and MCS-226 are adopted into other programmes, noting each as available only in English medium. No Hindi MCA_NEW TMA paper was found. Whether you may write answers in Hindi against an English paper is a question for your study centre coordinator, not for a publisher.

I entered under Category 2 and have MCS-201 and MCS-208 as well. Are those covered?

Yes, at the same rate. The prospectus places both bridge papers outside the eighty credits: Category-2 entrants, admitted on a B.Sc., B.Com. or B.A. with Mathematics rather than a BCA or computer-science degree, study MCS-201 and MCS-208 in the first semester and pay an additional amount for them. That means Semester I can carry nine papers rather than seven. Name them in your message with the rest.

Why does MCS-211 have four questions and MCS-220 have nine?

Because SOCIS sets each MCA_NEW paper independently within the same eighty-mark envelope. MCS-211 for 2026 prints four questions with sub-parts scored from two to eight marks. MCS-219 prints eight questions of ten marks each. MCS-220 prints nine. A first-semester paper checked for this page prints twenty questions of four marks each, and another prints one single question worth the full eighty. The writing load per code varies enormously; the rate does not.

Can I hand in a printout of a solved assignment PDF instead?

No. IGNOU’s published guidance for learners lists submitting typed or printed assignments in place of handwritten ones as a rejection-causing error, and the SOCIS booklets direct you to submit to the coordinator of your study centre. A solved assignment is a soft-copy reference file to write your own answers from. It is not a submission.

What exactly is the difference between what you sell here and the MCA solved assignments elsewhere on this site?

Format and purpose. A solved assignment is a soft-copy reference file of model answers for one course code and one session, priced per code in its own category. The assignment number on my paper does not match the one printed in its own contents table. Is the paper wrong?

That mismatch is normal on MCA_NEW. The Semester I 2026 booklet prints MCA_NEW(I)/211/Assignment/2026 in the contents and MCA_NEW(I)/211/Assign/2026 on the assignment page itself. Lab codes add an L- infix in one place and drop it in the other. Use the string printed on the assignment page of the paper you downloaded, and that is the one that goes on your cover sheet.

Can you write MCSP-232 as well?

Not through this product. MCSP-232 is a twelve-credit project rather than a TMA, so it falls outside the per-subject handwritten rate entirely. There is also currently no MCA project category on this store, unlike the MBA, MCOM and MAPC project sections. Message the WhatsApp number with your requirement rather than searching for a listing.

I am clearing a 2022-23 backlog. Is the old paper still available to write against?

Yes. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. MCA_NEW replaces its question text each cycle, so the 2022-23 MCSL-223 paper and the 2025-26 one are different documents. Name the exact session so the answers are written against the paper your study centre expects.

How many marks do the assignments actually decide?

Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. Within that 30 per cent, the MCA_NEW split is 80 marks for the written answers and 20 for the viva, out of a stated maximum of 100 per assignment.

Do I get a scanned copy for online submission?

No soft copy or PDF is sold. The order is a physical packet: written sheets, the filled IGNOU cover sheet and a printed copy of the SOCIS paper. If your Regional Centre has opened an online submission route for your cycle, confirm the accepted format with them directly before ordering.

Why does a Regional Centre page say 31 March and 30 September?

Because that is IGNOU’s general rule across programmes, and MCA_NEW does not follow it. A published Regional Centre FAQ gives 31 March for the June session and 30 September for the December session for all programmes and courses. No MCA_NEW booklet checked for this page carries either date. The SOCIS booklet for your semester and session is the document that governs you.

Can I order for one code and add more later?

Yes. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. Adding codes later means a second packet and a second courier leg, though, so if you already know your full semester list it is simpler to send it in one message.

The prospectus states fifteen theory courses, six practical courses, one project and eighty total credits; the extracted rows were summed independently and reached eighty across four semesters of twenty each, with twenty-two courses in total, before the table was trusted. Dates, question patterns, assignment numbers and submission rules, from live SOCIS booklets on ignou.ac.in. Two were read in full for this page: the MCS-211 Semester I booklet for January 2026 and July 2026 and the MCS-219 Semester II booklet for July 2025 and January 2026.
