IGNOU MAJY Handwritten Assignment — All Eight MJY Papers, Foolscap Sheets, ₹320 Per Subject

Original price was: ₹500.00.Current price is: ₹320.00.

IGNOU MAJY handwritten assignment sets covering all eight MJY papers, MJY-001 to MJY-008, written by hand in Devanagari on foolscap sheets — the size the MJY booklet specifies — and couriered to your address. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject.

  • Eight papers, 64 credits, nothing optional. MA (Jyotish) has no elective and no project course, so every learner owes the same eight tutor-marked assignments.
  • Thirty per cent is already on the table. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. Eight unwritten MJY papers leaves that share unclaimed eight times over.
  • Foolscap, not A4. Both MJY booklets checked instruct learners to use foolscap-size paper only and to bind the sheets. Sets follow that instruction, not a generic A4 template.
  • Your own handwriting, at no premium. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge. The photo goes first; payment comes after.
  • Devanagari written properly. MJY answers run through samhita, siddhanta and phalita vocabulary, so writers comfortable with conjunct Devanagari and shloka lines are assigned.
  • Two, or eight, or a backlog year. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. A stranded MJY-006 costs the same as any other subject.
  • The official question paper travels with the set. Each packet carries a copy of the MJY paper the answers were written against, plus a free IGNOU-format front page.
  • No file, no download, no PDF. No soft copy or PDF is sold. What arrives is paper you hand over at the study centre.

Send your MJY codes and session on WhatsApp at +91 93546 37830 and everything is confirmed before anything is paid. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.

Description

In short. This product is a written-by-hand set of tutor-marked assignment answers for the IGNOU MA (Jyotish) programme, code MAJY, covering any of the eight MJY papers — MJY-001, MJY-002, MJY-003 and MJY-004 in the first year and MJY-005, MJY-006, MJY-007 and MJY-008 in the second — each carrying eight credits for a programme total of sixty-four, prepared in Devanagari on foolscap-size sheets because that is the paper size the MJY booklet itself instructs learners to use, bound in question order with a free IGNOU-format front page and a copy of the official MJY question paper the answers were written against, and couriered to the address you give. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject.

Inside the MAJY Packet That Reaches Your Door

Four physical things travel together in one courier packet, and it is worth knowing what each is for before the codes are confirmed. The first is the written answer set itself: the questions of your MJY paper answered by hand, question number written out before each answer as instruction four on the booklet requires, in blue or black ink, on foolscap sheets tied together the way instruction three asks. The second is the IGNOU-format front page, filled in with the fields the booklet lists down the left margin — enrolment number, name, address, course name and code, assignment code, study centre name and code, and date — supplied free with every set rather than sold as an add-on.

The third item is a copy of the official MJY question paper the answers were written against. That inclusion matters more on MAJY than on most programmes, because the MJY papers are set in Hindi with Sanskrit technical vocabulary and the course codes are printed in the booklet in a legacy Devanagari font that does not always survive copying and pasting. Holding the paper next to the answers is the fastest way to satisfy yourself that the set matches the cycle you are enrolled in. The fourth is nothing physical at all but is worth stating: No soft copy or PDF is sold. There is no download link, no emailed file and no scanned version of your set held on a server afterwards.

Shri Chakradhar Publication prepares each set against the paper you or the team have taken from IGNOU’s own portal, not from a stored answer bank written years ago. Where your codes span both MAJY years — a common pattern for learners clearing a first-year backlog alongside the second-year papers — the sets are written by the same hand and packed together, so what arrives is one bundle in your handwriting rather than several parcels in several scripts.

Where ₹320 a Subject Starts and Stops

The price is quoted per subject, and a subject here means one MJY course code for one session. MJY-003 for the January 2025 cycle is one subject. MJY-003 for a January 2023 backlog is a second subject, because the questions differ and the answers have to be written afresh. Eight codes is eight subjects. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate.

Inside the rate sit the writing itself, the front page, the copy of the question paper, the binding and the courier. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. Handwriting matching is also inside it rather than beside it — the sample page you send is copied rather than surcharged, and the match is settled before any payment is taken.

What sits outside the rate is anything IGNOU charges you directly — the annual programme fee, the term-end examination fee, any late fee your regional centre levies — and anything the university does after the set leaves your hands. No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.

Reference File or Written Set: Choosing Between the Two

Two different things are sold under names that sound almost identical, and MAJY learners in particular tend to arrive at the wrong one first. A solved assignment is a soft-copy reference file of model answers for one course code and one session — a PDF you read, study from and write out yourself. A handwritten assignment is those answers already written out by hand on paper and delivered in hard copy, ready to be submitted at the study centre. The first is study material. The second is a submission.

The reason the distinction is not merely commercial is printed on the MJY booklet itself. Instruction four on the July 2024 and January 2025 MJY papers asks the learner to write the question number before each answer and to answer in their own handwriting. A downloaded reference file is not a submission and cannot be handed in as one, however neatly it is printed. If what you actually want is the soft-copy model to write from, the right place is the MAJY solved-assignment category where the MJY reference files live, and this page is not where that purchase should be made.

MJY codes, session, medium — that is the whole message.

All Eight MJY Papers, Year by Year

MAJY is an annual programme rather than a semester one, and the Common Prospectus for July 2026 splits its eight courses cleanly into a first year and a second year. Every course carries eight credits, which is unusual — most IGNOU master’s courses sit at four or six — and the arithmetic is worth doing yourself rather than taking on trust: eight courses at eight credits each sums to sixty-four, and sixty-four is the total the prospectus states. The titles below are the Devanagari titles printed in the prospectus, with a roman transliteration and a plain English gloss added so the codes can be matched by learners who cannot render Devanagari on the device they are reading this on.

The eight MJY course codes of the IGNOU MAJY programme with prospectus titles, transliteration, English gloss, credits and year.

Scroll the table sideways on a narrow screen.

Two things follow from that table for anyone ordering. First, there is no elective column, because MAJY has none — every learner registered on the programme owes the same eight papers, so the code list on your admission record will not differ from your neighbour’s the way an MEG or an MPS list would. Second, an eight-credit course tends to carry a heavier assignment than a four-credit one, and the MJY papers bear that out: each is set for one hundred marks across two compulsory sections rather than the single ten-question sheet common on lighter courses.

The 32-Credit Exit Route and the Diploma With No Code

Section 3.11 of the Common Prospectus for July 2026 states, in Hindi, that a learner who completes the study and examination of thirty-two credits and then chooses to leave during the second MA year may be awarded a post graduate diploma. Thirty-two credits is exactly the first-year block: MJY-001 to MJY-004. So the four first-year assignments are not only assignments for a course — they sit on the boundary of an exit award, and a learner considering stopping after year one still has to have submitted all four to have those credits counted.

What the prospectus does not do is name that diploma or give it a programme code. A search of the whole July 2026 Common Prospectus returns no post graduate diploma in Jyotish, no PGDJY, and no code at all attached to the exit route described in section 3.11. The live MAJY page on ignou.ac.in does not mention the exit award either; its Objective, Learner Target Group and Job Prospects panels are published empty. That does not mean the route does not exist — the prospectus is the university’s own document and says it does — but it does mean the only sensible place to settle what the certificate would actually say is your regional centre, in writing, before you rely on it. Programme structures, course codes, submission dates and rules change, and only ignou.ac.in and your Regional Centre can confirm the current position for your enrolment.

The practical reading for an order is simple enough. If you are heading for the full MA, all eight codes matter. If you are heading for the exit award, the four first-year codes matter and the second-year four do not. Nothing about the ₹320 rate changes either way.

Four Places IGNOU’s Own MAJY Records Disagree

These were found by reading the July 2026 Common Prospectus, the live MAJY programme page on ignou.ac.in, the MAJY entry on the Samarth admission portal and two live MJY assignment booklets against one another. They are published here rather than quietly reconciled, because a learner filling in a cover sheet is better served by knowing which spelling is in dispute than by being handed one version with false confidence.

Disagreements found in IGNOU’s own MAJY documents, August 2026.

1. Medium. The Common Prospectus programme table lists MAJY’s medium as Hindi and Sanskrit, and the Hindi section 3.11 prints the medium as Hindi and Sanskrit combined. The live MAJY programme page on ignou.ac.in prints a single line instead: medium of instruction, Hindi. Sanskrit has disappeared from one of the two.

2. Three course titles. MJY-002 is सिद्धांत ज्योतिष एवं काल in the prospectus and on the Samarth admission portal, but सिद्धांत ज्योतिष एवं कला on the live programme page — काल, time, against कला, art. MJY-005 is ज्योतिर्विज्ञान in the prospectus and on Samarth, but ज्योतिविज्ञान on the programme page. MJY-007 is संहिता ज्योतिष in the prospectus and on Samarth, but सहिंता ज्योतिष on the programme page, with the anusvara moved.

3. The assignment index stops at 2024-25. IGNOU’s own MAJY assignment index lists cycles for July 2021/January 2022, July 2022/January 2023, July 2023/January 2024 and July 2024/January 2025, and nothing after that. The 2021-22 row carries only MJY-001 to MJY-004; the second-year papers were never posted for that cycle. In the 2022-23 row the fifth link is labelled MJY-006 but points at the file named MJY-05.

4. Dates, and this store’s own copy. Both MJY booklets fetched print 30 April for the July session and 31 October for the January session, while IGNOU’s Varanasi regional centre publishes the general rule as 31 March for the June examination and 30 September for December. Separately, this store’s own handwritten category page states that assignments must be written on A4 sheets, while the MJY booklet instructs foolscap; the same page also carries a courier-time figure and a founding year that do not match other pages on this site. Those in-house errors are listed for correction rather than defended.

The Two Dates Your MJY Booklet Actually Prints

Deadlines at IGNOU are set per school and per booklet, and carrying a date across from another programme is the single most expensive mistake a learner can make with an assignment. MAJY sits in the School of Humanities, but its printed dates do not match the School of Humanities pattern used by the MEG and MHD papers, which run 31 March and 30 September. The MJY booklets print something else.

On both the MJY-001 and MJY-007 papers for the July 2024 and January 2025 cycle, the line reading “last date for submitting the assignment” is followed by two entries: for the July 2024 session, 30 April 2025; for the January 2025 session, 31 October 2025. Both booklets carry the identical pair, so this is the programme’s printed position rather than a one-off typing slip on a single paper. Read alongside IGNOU’s general regional-centre guidance of 31 March and 30 September, that is a gap of a full month on one side and of a month on the other, in opposite directions.

The pattern behind the pair is worth understanding because it repeats every cycle. MAJY runs annually, so a July-admission learner writes the July session’s paper and submits it the following April, in time for the June examination; a January-admission learner writes the January session’s paper and submits it that October, in time for the December examination. The booklet closes with the university’s own note that under current rules submitting the assignment before the examination is compulsory, and that a learner who has not submitted will not be permitted to sit. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent.

Two further points, stated plainly. IGNOU extends these dates by circular more often than not, and an extension is announced centrally rather than on the booklet, so the printed date is a floor and not a ceiling. And the newest MAJY cycle published on the university’s own programme index is still July 2024/January 2025, which means a learner registered for a later cycle should check IGNOU’s Current Assignments search on ignou.ac.in for a newer paper before assuming the 2024-25 questions are the ones to answer.

What MJY-001/2024-25 Means on Your Cover Sheet

Every IGNOU assignment carries two codes that look alike and are not the same thing, and the MJY booklets print both. The course code is the bare code — MJY-001. The assignment code adds the cycle: MJY-001/2024-25. It is the assignment code that belongs in the “assignment code” field on the front page, and getting it wrong is one of the commoner reasons a set comes back from a study centre for correction.

The MAJY format is worth noticing on its own account, because it differs from what most learners have seen elsewhere. A School of Management Studies paper writes MMPC-001/TMA/JULY/2026, with the letters TMA and the session name inside the code. A School of Humanities English paper writes MEG-08/TMA/2026-27. The MJY papers write neither: the code is simply MJY-001/2024-25, with no TMA token and no session word, just the code, a slash and the two-year span. If a study centre or an online form asks you for a TMA code, the string the booklet gives you is the one to enter, without inventing the missing part.

There is also a small internal muddle in the booklets themselves, and it is better to know about it than to be tripped by it. On the instruction page of both papers fetched, the string MJY-001/2024-25 is labelled पाठ्यक्रम कोड, course code. On the question page a few pages later, the same string is correctly labelled सत्रीय कार्य कोड, assignment code, with the bare MJY-001 given as the course code. The two labels contradict each other inside one document. The question page is the one to follow, since it is the page that separates the two fields.

One more habit of the MAJY files is worth flagging for anyone searching the portal. IGNOU’s own index names the same papers inconsistently across cycles: MJY-001 in one year, MJY 001 with a space in another, MJY07 with no hyphen and no leading zero in a third, and MJY-05 in a fourth. Searching for one spelling and finding nothing does not mean the paper is missing.

Your Own Hand, Copied From a Photo You Send

The declaration on an IGNOU front page is signed by you, which is the practical reason handwriting matching exists rather than a decorative one. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge. A writer is picked whose natural hand is closest to your sample, and the set is written in that hand rather than in a generic script.

On MAJY the matching job is harder than on an English-medium programme, and it is fair to say so. Devanagari carries conjuncts, matras above and below the line, and in Jyotish papers a steady traffic of Sanskrit quotations, planetary names and technical compounds that a writer who is only used to roman script will render awkwardly. The writers assigned to MJY papers are chosen for comfortable Devanagari rather than for speed. Where a booklet question quotes or expects a shloka, it is written out as verse rather than flattened into prose.

Photographing a Sample Page So It Is Usable

A usable sample is about a dozen lines of your ordinary handwriting on lined or plain paper, photographed square-on in daylight with the whole page inside the frame. Write something you would write anyway rather than copying a printed passage carefully, because a careful copy is not the hand you will be compared against. If your MJY answers will be in Devanagari, send a Devanagari sample; a roman-script sample gives the writer nothing useful to match for this programme. Photographs of a screen, of a page at an angle, or of a page under a shadow are the three that most often have to be asked for again.

Devanagari, Sanskrit Verse and Older Cycles

The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price. For MAJY that sentence resolves to a narrower reality than it does elsewhere, and the narrowing is the university’s, not this publisher’s. The MJY assignment booklets on IGNOU’s portal are issued in Hindi with Sanskrit technical vocabulary, and the prospectus records the medium of instruction as Hindi and Sanskrit combined. There is no English MJY paper on the assignment index to write against. Where a learner asks for an English MAJY set, the honest answer is that the question paper IGNOU issues is not in English, and that answering in a language the paper is not set in is a decision to take with your study centre rather than with a publisher.

Sessions are a separate axis from medium, and here the coverage is genuinely wide. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. MAJY learners carry backlogs more often than most, partly because eight-credit papers are long and partly because the second-year subjects — samhita, computation, phala — assume the first-year material and get deferred. A 2022-23 MJY-006 and a 2024-25 MJY-008 in the same order are two subjects at the same rate, written by the same hand.

Because the papers expire and are replaced each cycle, the code alone is never enough information. MJY-004 for July 2023 and MJY-004 for January 2025 are different question sets, and a set written against the wrong cycle is not a set your study centre can accept. Send the session with the code every time, and if you are unsure which cycle your registration falls in, say so rather than guessing — the registration year is easier to check than an answer is to rewrite.

Send Five Things and Nothing More

Ordering is deliberately short, because most of what slows an order down is information nobody needed. Five items settle it.

  1. The MJY codes. Written the way your admission record writes them. If your record shows MJY-01 and the portal shows MJY-001, send what your record shows and the difference gets reconciled at this end.
  2. The session. July 2024, January 2025, or an older cycle for a backlog. One session per code, since a code repeated across two cycles is two subjects.
  3. The medium. Hindi, or Hindi with Sanskrit passages as the paper sets them.
  4. A sample photograph. One page in your own hand, ideally in Devanagari, as described above.
  5. The delivery address with its pin code. The pin code is what settles the courier position for your order, which is confirmed before payment.

What is not needed: your password, your enrolment credentials, your grade card, your date of birth or a scan of your identity card. Nothing on that list is required to write an assignment, and no one working on an order will ask for it.

Second year stranded while the first year is still open? Send both.

₹320 per subject across every MJY code and every cycle. One hand, one packet, one rate.

Send your MJY code list for a quote

Once the Courier Is in Your Hands

Open the packet and read before you sign anything. You sign the declaration on the assignment cover page, so you should read and review the content before submitting it, and satisfy yourself that it represents your own understanding of the course. On MAJY that review is not a formality: check that the questions answered are the questions on your paper, that the code and session on the front page match your registration, and that the section split matches — the MJY papers run two compulsory sections, one of long answers and one of shorter ones, and a set that answers the wrong count from either section is a set to raise before it is submitted rather than after.

Then fill in what only you can fill in. Your enrolment number, your name and address, your study centre name and code and the date go on the front page in your own hand, and the declaration is signed by you. Keep a photocopy or a phone photograph of every page before the set leaves your hands — instruction five on the MJY booklet asks for exactly that, and it is the only record you will have if a study centre mislays a submission.

Submission itself is a study-centre matter and varies by regional centre. Most MAJY learners hand the bound set over at the study centre counter and take a receipt; some regional centres run an online route that asks for a scanned PDF of the handwritten pages, which is a scan of paper and not a typed file. Get the receipt either way, and check your assignment status on IGNOU’s own portal a few weeks later rather than assuming the marks have been entered.

What Jyotish Learners Add to the Same Order

An assignment order rarely arrives alone, and the combinations that come up on MAJY are fairly predictable. Learners working through the eight-credit blocks often want the MAJY help books built around the MJY course blocks alongside the written set, because an eight-credit paper covers more ground than a single assignment can sample. Closer to the examination, MAJY solved guess papers aimed at the term-end paper serve a different purpose from an assignment and are worth keeping separate in your planning.

If the reference-file route is what you actually wanted, the soft-copy assignment store covering every programme is the entry point, and the master’s-degree assignment index narrows it by level. Learners who prefer paper for their reference material as well sometimes take the printed all-programme assignment book instead of a download.

Households with two IGNOU registrations in them — a MAJY learner and someone on a different programme — usually place one order across both, which is what the handwritten hub covering every other programme exists for. For a code that has no product page of its own yet, the customised order route for any session takes the codes directly. Beyond assignments, the other master’s-degree book sections and the wider IGNOU book catalogue cover the study side. And if you would rather write the eight MJY papers yourself, the MAJY handwritten-assignment guide on ignouproject.com sets out the codes, the dates and the format without selling you a set.

MAJY Questions That Come Up Before Payment

How many assignments does MAJY have in total?

Eight, one for each MJY course code, four in the first year and four in the second. MAJY has no elective and no project course, so the count is the same for every learner registered on the programme. At eight credits each the eight courses sum to sixty-four credits, which is the total the July 2026 Common Prospectus states for MAJY.

Which paper size does the MJY booklet ask for — A4 or foolscap?

Foolscap. Instruction three on both the MJY-001 and MJY-007 papers for the July 2024 and January 2025 sessions tells learners to use only foolscap-size paper for their answers and to tie the sheets together properly. That differs from the A4 instruction printed on a good deal of general IGNOU guidance, including a page on this store that is being corrected. Sets for MAJY are prepared to the instruction on the MJY paper.

What is the last date printed on the MJY assignment?

The MJY booklets for the July 2024 and January 2025 cycle print 30 April 2025 for the July 2024 session and 31 October 2025 for the January 2025 session. Both papers fetched carry the same pair. IGNOU’s general regional-centre guidance quotes 31 March and 30 September instead, and central extensions are issued by circular most cycles, so treat the printed date as the earliest firm position and confirm the current one on ignou.ac.in.

Can I submit a printed copy of a MAJY solved assignment instead?

The MJY paper asks for answers in the learner’s own handwriting, so a printed or typed file is not what the instruction describes. A solved assignment is a soft-copy reference file to write from; a handwritten assignment is the written set itself. Whether a particular study centre would accept anything else is a question for that centre, not for a publisher, and nothing on this page should be read as advice that a printout will be accepted.

What is the difference between the MAJY solved assignment and this product?

Format and purpose. The solved assignment is a PDF of model answers for one code and session that you read and write from. This product is the answers already written by hand on foolscap, bound in question order, with a front page and a copy of the official paper, delivered to your address. The two are sold separately and are priced separately.

Are the MJY papers available in English?

Not on IGNOU’s assignment index. The MJY booklets are issued in Hindi with Sanskrit technical vocabulary, and the prospectus records the programme medium as Hindi and Sanskrit combined, though the live programme page on ignou.ac.in records it as Hindi alone. The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price — which for MAJY means the Hindi paper the university actually publishes.

Why does my MJY code appear as MJY-05 in one place and MJY-005 in another?

Because IGNOU’s own assignment index names the files inconsistently from cycle to cycle. The same paper appears as MJY-001, as MJY 001 with a space, as MJY07 without a hyphen and as MJY-05 across different years, and in the 2022-23 row one link labelled MJY-006 points at the file named MJY-05. Send the code as your admission record writes it and it will be matched at this end.

Is the assignment code the same as the course code?

No. The course code is MJY-001. The assignment code is MJY-001/2024-25, with the cycle attached. The MJY booklet itself labels the longer string as the course code on its instruction page and as the assignment code on its question page, which is an internal contradiction inside one document; the question page is the one that separates the two fields correctly.

Can I order only the four first-year MJY papers?

Yes. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. The first-year block of MJY-001 to MJY-004 is thirty-two credits, which is also the credit threshold the prospectus attaches to the post graduate diploma exit route, so ordering only that block is a common request.

Will a set be written for an old MAJY cycle I never submitted?

Yes. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. Send the cycle along with the code, because the questions change between cycles and a set written against the wrong year is not one a study centre can accept.

How is the handwriting matched for a Devanagari paper?

From a photograph of a page you have written yourself, which should be a Devanagari sample if your MJY answers will be in Devanagari. A writer whose natural hand is closest to the sample is assigned. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge.

How many questions do the MJY papers ask?

Each MJY paper is set for one hundred marks in two compulsory sections. On the papers fetched, the first section asks for four detailed answers at fifteen marks each and the second asks for four answers of about eight hundred words at ten marks each. The number of questions offered to choose from differs between papers — MJY-001 offers seven and then eight, MJY-007 offers six and then seven — so the choice pool should be read off your own paper rather than assumed.

Does a MAJY assignment count towards the final result?

Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. The MJY booklet also carries the university’s note that submitting the assignment before the examination is compulsory and that a learner who has not submitted will not be permitted to sit.

Is a soft copy sent along with the courier?

No soft copy or PDF is sold. Nothing is emailed, nothing is downloadable, and no scan of your set is retained afterwards. What arrives is the paper set, the front page and the copy of the official MJY question paper.

How long will the packet take to reach me?

Can anything be said about the marks a MAJY set will get?

Nothing useful, and nothing is claimed here. Evaluation of an MJY paper sits with the evaluator at your study centre and with IGNOU’s own procedures, neither of which a publisher touches. What is within a publisher’s control is legibility, Devanagari accuracy, a section split that matches your own paper, and adherence to the instructions printed on the MJY booklet. What happens after submission is not.

How This MAJY Page Was Put Together

From the Common Prospectus. The eight MJY codes, their Devanagari titles, the eight-credit weighting, the sixty-four-credit total, the School of Humanities attribution, the Hindi-and-Sanskrit medium, the year-wise structure and the thirty-two-credit exit provision were read from section 3.11 and from the programme table of the IGNOU Common Prospectus for July 2026. The credit total was summed independently before being published: eight courses at eight credits is sixty-four, matching the stated figure.

From live IGNOU sources. The variant course titles, the empty Objective and Job Prospects panels and the single-word medium line were read from the MAJY programme page on ignou.ac.in. The cycle list, the missing second-year papers for 2021-22, the mislabelled 2022-23 link and the inconsistent file naming were read from IGNOU’s MAJY assignment index. The submission dates, the assignment-code format, the foolscap instruction, the two-section hundred-mark pattern and the differing question pools were read from two live booklets fetched in full — MJY-001 and MJY-007 for the July 2024 and January 2025 sessions. The comparison date pair of 31 March and 30 September was read from IGNOU’s Varanasi regional-centre student corner. The course-title agreement between the prospectus and the Samarth admission portal was taken from the portal’s MAJY programme-detail listing.

From this publisher’s own commercial terms. The ₹320 per-subject rate, the inclusion of courier, the free IGNOU-format front page, the inclusion of the official question paper, the absence of any minimum order, the handwriting-matching arrangement and the sample-before-payment sequence are Shri Chakradhar Publication’s own terms and are not IGNOU rules. They are set by the publisher and can be changed by the publisher.

Important Notice

Shri Chakradhar Publication Pvt. Ltd. and shrichakradhar.com form an independent IGNOU study-support publisher. This is not the official website of Indira Gandhi National Open University, is not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by the university, and no page on this site should be treated as an official IGNOU communication.

Programme structures, course codes, submission dates and rules change, and only ignou.ac.in and your Regional Centre can confirm the current position for your enrolment. The MAJY position on the university’s own MAJY programme page is the reference point for structure, and your admission record is the reference point for the codes you personally owe.

You sign the declaration on the assignment cover page, so you should read and review the content before submitting it, and satisfy yourself that it represents your own understanding of the course. No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU.
