Description
In short. Shri Chakradhar Publication prepares handwritten BCA_NEW assignment sets for any of the thirty-two course codes the programme carries, from BCS-111 and BCS-012 in Semester I through the BCSL and MCSL lab papers to the twelve-credit BCSP-165 project in Semester VI, writing the answers out by hand on A4 and posting the finished sheets to the learner as a hard copy with an IGNOU-format cover page and a copy of the paper they were written against; the rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge, the writing is matched to a sample of the learner’s own hand before any payment is taken, and any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject, which matters more in BCA_NEW than in most programmes because its courses come from six different schools, its assignment weightage is printed three different ways in the same programme guide, and its assignment number has been written three different ways in three consecutive sessions.
Inside the Envelope When Your BCA_NEW Set Reaches You
A BCA_NEW order does not arrive as a file. It arrives as paper, and the parcel holds four things for every course code on the order.
First, the answer sheets. These are written out by hand on plain A4, in blue ink, with the left margin and the spacing the BCA_NEW programme guide asks for: the guide tells learners to use only A4 size paper, to allow a four centimetre margin on the left, and to leave at least four lines between each answer so the evaluator has room to write. That is not a house style invented here. It is instruction seven in the submission guidelines of the programme guide, and the sheets are prepared against it.
Second, the cover page. The guide prints the exact field order it expects on the top of the first page: programme title, course code, course title, assignment code, and the name of your Learner Support Centre on one side, with enrolment number, name, address, signature and date on the other. That page comes filled in with your details and costs nothing extra.
Third, a copy of the paper the answers were written against, whether that is the BCA_NEW and BCAOL Semester I booklet or one of the single-course papers the other schools issue. Keeping it with the set lets you check the assignment number printed on your sheets against the number printed on the booklet before you walk into the centre, which on this programme is a check worth doing rather than a formality.
Fourth, the sheets arrive tagged together rather than loose, because the same guideline page asks learners to tag all the pages carefully and to write each assignment separately instead of running them together in one continuous answer book.
No soft copy or PDF is sold. Nothing is emailed, nothing is sent as a download link, and the handwritten sheets are not scanned and resold.
Where ₹320 a Subject Starts and Where It Stops
The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. One subject is ₹320. Fourteen subjects are ₹320 each. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate.
Inside that figure sit the writing, the IGNOU-format front page, the copy of the question paper, the handwriting match and the courier. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge.
Outside it sit three things worth naming plainly, because BCA_NEW is a programme where they bite.
The lab record is outside it. On BCSL-013, MCSL-204, MCSL-205, MCSL-209, BCSL-135, BCSL-146, BCSL-147 and BCSL-159, the hundred marks of continuous assessment are not one piece of work. The programme guide splits them into forty marks for continuous assessment of your practical sessions and lab records, forty marks for the assignment problems, and twenty marks for a combined comprehensive viva-voce. Written answers to the assignment problems are what a handwritten set covers. The lab record is built from sessions you attend in person at the Learner Support Centre, and no outside party can produce it.
The viva is outside it. The BCA_NEW and BCAOL Semester I booklet for July 2026 and January 2027 carries an instruction that earlier booklets in the same series did not: the viva voce is compulsory for the assignments, and for any course, if a student has submitted the assignment and has not attended the viva-voce, the assignment is treated as not successfully completed and would be marked as zero. On BCS-012 that is explicit in the paper itself, which prints twenty questions worth eighty marks and reserves the remaining twenty for the viva. Handing in sheets and skipping the viva produces a zero on this programme, whoever wrote the sheets.
The twelve-credit project is outside it as a finished artefact. BCSP-165 is a software development project with a report evaluated out of one hundred and fifty and a viva out of fifty, and the guide expects the student to define the problem, analyse requirements, design the system, build it and test it. Handwritten support on the written components of that work is a conversation to have on WhatsApp against your approved topic, not a line item on a per-subject rate.
No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU.
Reference PDF or Written Sheets: Telling the Two Apart
These are two different products and learners routinely order the wrong one, so here is the difference stated once.
A solved assignment is a soft-copy reference file of model answers for a course code and session, downloaded and read. A handwritten assignment is the answers written out by hand on A4 and submitted in hard copy at the study centre. A solved assignment is a reference to write from. It is not a submission, and printing one does not turn it into one.
| Question | Solved assignment | Handwritten assignment |
|---|---|---|
| What you receive | A PDF of model answers for one course code and session | Written A4 sheets, cover page and question paper, posted to you |
| What you do with it | Read it, then write your own answers from it in your own hand | Check it, sign the declaration, hand it in at the Learner Support Centre |
| Who it suits | Learners who have the time to copy and want a reference first | Learners short of writing time across several codes in one cycle |
| Where it is sold here | Per course code as a downloadable file | This page, per subject |
| Rate | Listed on each course-code product | ₹320 per subject, courier included |
Scroll the table sideways on a phone to see every column.
What IGNOU itself asks for sits on the paperwork rather than in anyone’s marketing. Instruction four of the BCA_NEW submission guidelines states that the assignment response sheets should be hand written, and then adds a clause that is specific to a computing programme: the software coding, snapshots and test cases can be in the printed form. That is the only printed material the guide allows into a BCA_NEW response, and it exists because a page of C or Python copied out longhand helps nobody. The same instruction tells learners not to reproduce their answers from the units the University sent them, and warns that reproducing from the units earns poor marks for that question.
If the reference file is what you actually want, the per-code PDFs live on the BCA solved assignment shelf, where each course code is sold as its own download, and the rest of the catalogue sits on the course-wise solved assignment index for every programme. This page sells the written sheets, not the file.
One rate, thirty-two possible codes, no bundle to choose from.
₹320 per subject. Hard copy. Courier included. Front page and question paper with every code. Handwriting matched from your own sample before you pay anything.
All Thirty-Two BCA_NEW Codes, Semester by Semester
BCA_NEW carries 120 credits across six semesters, and the Common Prospectus for July 2026 prints twenty credits against each one. Twenty multiplied by six is one hundred and twenty, and the programme guide confirms the same total a second way: twenty-three theory courses, eight practical courses and one project, thirty-two courses in all. Both figures were checked by addition against the table below before it was published here.
Read your own codes off your admission record or your re-registration receipt rather than off a semester list, because electives, backlogs and re-registration gaps mean two BCA_NEW learners in the same year often hold different code sets.
| Semester | Code | Title of the course | Nature | Credits | School |

| VI | MSEI-027 | Digital Forensics | Core | 4 | SOVET |
| VI | BCSP-165 | Project | Project | 12 | SOCIS |
Six columns. Swipe the table left on a narrow screen to reach the school column.
Two structural points follow from those tables and both affect what you order. The first is that BCA_NEW draws its courses from six schools: SOCIS for the computing papers, SOH for BEGLA-136 and FEG-02, SOS for BEVAE-181, SOMS for BCOC-131, BCOS-184 and BCOS-185, SOSS for BECS-184 and SOVET for MSEI-023 and MSEI-027. Six schools means six places a booklet can be published, and the computing booklet from SOCIS will not contain your BEVAE-181 paper.
The second is the multiple-exit scheme, which sits under an IGNOU notification dated 24 August 2022. Completing Semesters I and II awards an Undergraduate Certificate in Computer Applications at forty credits. Completing Semesters I to IV awards an Undergraduate Diploma in Computer Applications at eighty credits. A learner stepping out at either point still needs every assignment in those semesters passed, because the guide makes completion of the assignment component a condition for completing each course. The BCA help books and guides on the store and the BCA solved guess papers for term-end preparation cover the same code families from the examination side.
The Eight Lab Papers and the Project That Behave Differently
Nine of the thirty-two codes are not ordinary written papers, and treating them as though they were is the most common ordering mistake on this programme.
| Code | What it is | Lab records | Assignment problems | Viva |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BCSL-013 | Computer Basics and PC Software Lab | 40 | 40 | 20 |
| MCSL-204 | WINDOWS and LINUX Lab, two sections | 20 plus 20 | 20 plus 20 | 20 |
| MCSL-205 | C and Python Lab, two sections | 20 plus 20 | 20 plus 20 | 20 |
| MCSL-209 | Data Structures and Algorithms Lab, one section | 40 | 40 | 20 |
| BCSL-135 | DBMS and C++ Lab, two sections | 40 | 40 | 20 |
| BCSL-146 | Java Lab, one section | 40 | 40 | 20 |
| BCSL-147 | Web Programming Lab, one section | 40 | 40 | 20 |
| BCSL-159 | Algorithm Design Lab, one section | 40 | 40 | 20 |
| BCSP-165 | Project, 12 credits | Report evaluated out of 150 and viva out of 50, 40 per cent needed in each | ||
Five columns. Scroll sideways on a phone to read the viva column.
The split matters because only the middle column is writing work. The lab-record marks are earned at your Learner Support Centre, where seventy per cent attendance at practical counselling sessions is compulsory for every lab course and is a prerequisite for sitting the term-end practical examination at all. The viva is attended by you. What a handwritten BCA_NEW order prepares is the assignment-problem answers, written out to the format the guide asks for, with the code listings, snapshots and test cases set in print as instruction four permits.
Learners who treat BCSL-013 as a writing task and skip the practical sessions discover the gap at the examination form stage rather than at submission, which is late. Order the written component here and keep the attendance separately.
Six Schools, Three Weightages: Where BCA_NEW Paperwork Contradicts Itself
Everything below was found by reading IGNOU’s own documents against one another: the Common Prospectus for July 2026, the BCA_NEW programme guide version 2.0 dated July 2026, and three live assignment booklets from the 2024-25, 2025-26 and 2026-27 cycles. These are not complaints. They are the specific places where a BCA_NEW learner can follow one official page and still get something wrong, which is why they are listed rather than quietly resolved.
Twelve places the BCA_NEW record disagrees with itself, including two of ours.
1. BCS-111 Computer Basics and PC Software is printed as four credits in the programme structure table, the counselling table, the evaluation table and the prospectus, and as three credits in the detailed syllabus of the same programme guide.
2. BCS-151 Introduction to Software Engineering carries the same split: four credits in every structure table and three credits where its syllabus is set out.
3. The assignment share of the final mark is printed three ways in one guide. Twenty-five per cent for BCS-012, BCS-111, BCS-131, BCS-040, BCS-053, BCS-041, BCS-151, BCS-042 and the five BCSL lab papers; thirty per cent for the MCS, MCSL, BEVAE-181, BEGLA-136, FEG-02, BCOC-131, BCOS-184, BECS-184 and BCOS-185 courses; and ten per cent for MSEI-023 and MSEI-027, whose remaining marks split thirty per cent theory and sixty per cent practical.
4. The live 2025-26 BCA_NEW booklets for BEVAE-181 and BEGLA-136 each print “Weightage : 25%” on the paper itself, where the programme guide’s own table places both courses in the thirty per cent group.
5. The assignment number has been written three different ways in three consecutive sessions: BCA_NEW(I)-181/Assignment/24-25 in 2024-25, BCA_NEW(I)-181/Assignment/2025 in 2025-26, and BCA_NEW/BCAOL(I)-181/Assignment/2026-27 in 2026-27.
6. Inside every one of those three booklets the contents page and the paper header disagree. The 2024-25 contents table prints BCA_NEW(I)-136/Assignment/24-25 while the BEGLA-136 paper itself prints BCA (I)/136/Assignment/2024-25. The 2025-26 contents table prints /Assignment/2025 while the papers print /Assignment/2025-26. The 2026-27 contents table prints BCA_NEW/BCAOL(I)-012/Assignment/2026-27 while the BCS-012 paper prints BCA_NEW/BCAOL(I)012/Assign/2026-27, without the hyphen and with the word shortened.
7. In the 2024-25 contents table BCS-111 is listed as BCA-NEW(I)-111 with a hyphen where the two rows above it use the underscore.
8. The 2026-27 Semester I contents table fills the January-June column for BEGLA-136, BCS-111, BCSL-013 and BCS-012 and leaves it blank for BEVAE-181, which is the only row of the five without a second date.
9. BEVAE-181 has at least three different live booklets, each with its own assignment code and its own dates: the BCA_NEW and BCAOL paper from SOCIS, a Bachelor’s Degree CBCS paper coded BEVAE-181/TMA/2026 and valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, and a BSCAEY paper from SOET with 31 May and 30 September dates. Downloading the wrong one gives a BCA_NEW learner the wrong assignment code and the wrong deadline.
10. The online programme is named three ways. The prospectus lists it as BCA_NEWOL and the programme guide’s own SOCIS listing agrees, the 2026-27 booklet cover reads BCA_NEW/BCAOL, and the BCAOL booklets published for 2025-26 carry the older BCA codes such as MCS-021, MCS-023 and BCS-031 rather than the BCA_NEW ones.
11. The guide heads its Semester IV syllabus “Detailed Syllabus of BCAOL Fourth Semester” where every other heading reads BCA_NEW; BCS-111’s objective paragraph describes it as the first Computer Science course “for the BCAOL students”; the evaluation scheme closes with a sentence stating the requirement is applicable to all the courses of MSCIS; BCSL-159 appears twice in the same evaluation row; BCSL-013’s term-end practical maximum is printed as 50 in one table and 100 in another; and BCSP-165, the project course, instructs students to adhere to the BCSP-064 project guidelines.
12. Two of ours. The handwritten category page on this store states a courier window in working days and a founding year of 2012 where other pages on the same site say 2010, and both lines are being corrected; and a legacy BCA solved-assignment product page still offers handwritten work at a third price per subject, which is not the rate on this page. The rate here is ₹320 per subject. Where a legacy page disagrees, this page is the current one.
Programme structures, course codes, submission dates and rules change, and only ignou.ac.in and your Regional Centre can confirm the current position for your enrolment.
Reading 31 October and 30 April Off Your Own SOCIS Booklet
The School of Computer and Information Sciences prints two dates against each BCA_NEW course code, and for the 2026-27 cycle the Semester I booklet prints 31 October 2026 for the July to December session and 30 April 2027 for the January to June session. The session before it printed 31 October 2025 and 30 April 2026. The pattern holds on this school’s booklets, but it is not a universal IGNOU rule and it should not be carried in from another programme: the School of Humanities prints 31 March and 30 September on its own papers, and the Common Prospectus is not where assignment dates live at all.
Three consequences follow for a BCA_NEW learner specifically.
Your BEVAE-181, BEGLA-136 and FEG-02 papers are issued by schools other than SOCIS, so the date on the SOCIS booklet is not automatically the date on those. Read each paper’s own header. Where the BCA_NEW and BCAOL booklet carries them, as the Semester I booklet does, the SOCIS dates apply. Where a separate school booklet carries them, its own dates apply.
The submission date is a condition of sitting the examination, not a courtesy. The booklet’s second note states that assignment submission before the due date is compulsory to become eligible for appearing in the corresponding term-end examinations, and the programme guide adds that the coordinator of the Learner Support Centre has the right to reject assignments received after the due date.
Papers expire and are replaced. A 2025-26 BCA_NEW paper is not the 2026-27 paper, the questions differ, and the assignment number differs. If you miss a cycle, the guide says you wait for the fresh assignment meant for the current batch rather than resubmitting the old one. Backlog orders here are prepared against the paper that is live for the cycle you are submitting into, not against whatever was current when you first registered.
The Assignment Number Has Changed Three Times in Three Sessions
The string printed as “Assignment Number” on a BCA_NEW paper is how the evaluator ties your sheets to a particular paper in a particular session, and on this programme it has been unstable enough to be worth two minutes of checking.
For 2026-27 it reads BCA_NEW/BCAOL(I)-111/Assignment/2026-27. Each part carries meaning. BCA_NEW/BCAOL names the two programmes the paper serves. The roman numeral in brackets is the semester. The digits after it are the course number with its prefix dropped, so BCS-111 becomes 111 and BCS-012 becomes 012. Lab courses keep an L before the number, which is why BCSL-013 reads L-013. The final pair is the academic year span.
Check three things against your own booklet before anything is handed in. Does the semester numeral match the semester you are registered in. Does the course number match the code on your admission record rather than a similar one. Does the year span match the cycle you are submitting into rather than the one you downloaded last year.
Where the booklet’s contents page and its paper header disagree, as they have in all three recent cycles, the number printed at the head of the paper you actually answered is the safer one to copy onto your sheet, and keeping the question paper with the set is what makes that check possible at the centre.
Your Own Hand, Copied From a Photo You Send
The sheets are written to look like your writing, not like a template. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge.
There is a reason this matters more than it sounds. The BCA_NEW submission guidelines state plainly that students should not copy the assignments from others, that if copying is noticed the assignments of such students will be rejected, and that disciplinary action will be taken as per the rules of the University. Identical handwriting arriving at one centre from several learners is exactly the pattern that gets noticed. Matching each set to the learner who will sign the declaration is the point of the sample, not a presentation flourish.
What Makes a Usable Handwriting Sample
Half a page of your ordinary writing is enough. Write it on ruled or plain paper in the pen you normally use, photograph it flat in daylight without a shadow across the page, and send the image on WhatsApp. A page with both running text and a few numbers is more useful than text alone, because BCS-012 and BCS-040 answers carry a lot of figures and the digits have to match as well as the letters. The matched sample comes back to you before any payment is taken, so you can see what the set will look like and say no.
English Only, Any Cycle, Backlogs Included
The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price. For BCA_NEW that is a short list, and worth saying out loud because learners arrive expecting otherwise. The Common Prospectus gives the medium of instruction for BCA_NEW as English, and the programme guide puts it more firmly still: the medium of instruction is only in English, and the course material is also in English. There is no Hindi-medium BCA_NEW paper to order, and any page offering you a Hindi BCA_NEW set is describing the older BCA rather than this one.
Session coverage runs the other way, wide rather than narrow. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. A learner clearing one Semester II code alongside four Semester V codes in the same cycle sends one list and pays the same rate on each line.
Learners registered on the online variant should say so when they write in. The 2026-27 booklet’s first two notes split the submission route: BCA_NEW students submit the assignments to the coordinator of the study centre on or before the due date, and BCAOL students submit on the LMS Portal on or before the due date. If your route is the portal, what you need is a scan of handwritten sheets rather than a parcel, and that is a different conversation worth having before you order. The BCAOL book shelf on the store covers the online variant’s material separately.
The Four Things to Send on WhatsApp
Ordering takes one message. Four details settle a BCA_NEW order and nothing else is needed at this stage.
- Your course codes, exactly as they appear on your record. BCS-012 rather than BCS-12, MCSL-209 rather than MCS-209. The lab codes in particular are easy to mistype and they are different papers.
- Your session. July 2026 or January 2027, or the older cycle you are clearing a backlog in.
- Whether you are on BCA_NEW or BCAOL. This decides whether the set goes to you as paper for the study centre or is prepared for the portal route.
- A photo of half a page in your own handwriting. Daylight, flat, no shadow.
A written quote and a matched writing sample come back before any money moves. Open WhatsApp and send the four details in one message.
Ordering for a semester you are re-registering into?
₹320 per subject applies the same way whether it is one backlog code or a full six-code semester. Courier is inside the rate. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.
Ask for availability and a delivery estimate for your pin code
Once the Parcel Lands at Your Address
Three things are worth doing in the first ten minutes, and all three are yours to do rather than anyone else’s.
Read what has been written. You sign the declaration on the assignment cover page, so you should read and review the content before submitting it, and satisfy yourself that it represents your own understanding of the course. On a programming paper that also means reading the code listing and being ready to talk about it, because of the viva.
Check the assignment number on each sheet against the booklet you downloaded, the semester numeral, the course number and the year span. This is the check the enclosed question paper exists for.
Photocopy the set before it leaves your hands. The programme guide asks students to retain a photocopy of the submitted assignment for their own record and future reference, and to keep a copy of all assignment responses submitted to the coordinator. Then get the acknowledgement from the coordinator on the assignment-cum-acknowledgement card when you hand it in, or send it under certificate of posting if you are posting it, because the guide names both as the way to prove submission.
If the evaluated set does not come back within a month of submission, the guide tells learners to collect it from the Learner Support Centre in person rather than wait.
What BCA_NEW Learners Add to the Same Order
Most BCA_NEW orders here arrive with something else attached, usually for the examination rather than the submission.
Learners clearing several codes in one cycle often take the reference files for codes they intend to write themselves and the written sheets for the rest, which is why the customised handwritten assignment product for mixed or unusual code lists exists alongside the programme pages. Learners who would rather have the whole reference set on paper instead of per code take the printed solved assignment book covering any programme and session.
Learners arriving into BCA_NEW from the PG diploma side, or going out towards it, use the PGDCA assignment shelf and the PGDCA help books, because PGDCA_New and BCA_NEW share several MCS codes outright. Learners heading on to the master’s programme after the sixth semester look at the MCA new syllabus assignment shelf, where the same MCS-201 and MCS-208 titles reappear as bridge courses.
If writing it yourself is the plan and the obstacle is simply knowing what IGNOU expects on the page, the handwritten assignment guide on ignouproject.com sets out paper, margins, cover page and submission without selling anything. The handwritten assignment hub listing every programme is where the other programme pages sit, and the papers themselves are always free from IGNOU’s own assignment download service.
Before You Order: BCA_NEW Questions That Come Up Most
Is BCA_NEW the same thing as BCA?
No, and this is the single most expensive mix-up on this programme. They are two separate programme codes running at the same time with different course lists. BCA_NEW Semester I is BEVAE-181, BEGLA-136, BCS-111, BCSL-013 and BCS-012. The older BCA Revised Syllabus Semester I is FEG-02, ECO-01, BCS-011, BCS-012 and BCSL-013. Several aggregator sites publish a page headed BCA_NEW syllabus and then list the older codes underneath. Read your programme code off your admission record, not off a syllabus page.
How much is a BCA_NEW handwritten assignment per subject?
The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. The front page and a copy of the question paper come with every subject at no extra cost, and the handwriting match is also included.
Can I submit a typed or printed BCA_NEW assignment?
The BCA_NEW programme guide states that the assignment response sheets should be hand written, and then allows one exception specific to this programme: the software coding, snapshots and test cases can be in the printed form. So the written answers go in your hand, and code listings and screenshots for the lab and programming papers can be printed and attached.
What is the last date for BCA_NEW assignments this cycle?
The BCA_NEW and BCAOL Semester I booklet for 2026-27 prints 31 October 2026 for the July to December session and 30 April 2027 for the January to June session. Those are the dates on that booklet. Read the dates off whichever booklet carries your own course codes, because BCA_NEW pulls courses from six schools and a paper issued by another school can carry a different pair.
Why do my BEVAE-181 dates look different from my BCS-012 dates?
Because BEVAE-181 exists in more than one booklet. There is a BCA_NEW and BCAOL version from SOCIS, a Bachelor’s Degree CBCS version coded BEVAE-181/TMA/2026 and valid from 1 January to 31 December 2026, and a BSCAEY version from the School of Engineering and Technology with 31 May and 30 September dates. All three are live. Only the first is the one a BCA_NEW learner answers.
Does ordering the written sheets cover my BCSL lab assignment completely?
No, and it cannot. A BCSL or MCSL course splits its hundred continuous-assessment marks into forty for lab records built at your Learner Support Centre, forty for the assignment problems, and twenty for a combined viva-voce. The written answers to the assignment problems are what is prepared here. The lab record and the viva stay with you.
Is the viva compulsory on BCA_NEW assignments?
Yes, on the 2026-27 papers. Note five of the BCA_NEW and BCAOL Semester I booklet states that the viva voce is compulsory for the assignments, and that for any course, if a student submitted the assignment and did not attend the viva-voce, the assignment is treated as not successfully completed and would be marked as zero. On BCS-012 the paper itself reserves twenty of its hundred marks for the viva.
How much is the assignment actually worth on my BCA_NEW course?
It depends on the course, and BCA_NEW prints three different answers. Twenty-five per cent on BCS-012, BCS-111, BCS-131, BCS-040, BCS-053, BCS-041, BCS-151, BCS-042 and the BCSL lab papers. Thirty per cent on the MCS and MCSL courses, BEVAE-181, BEGLA-136, FEG-02, BCOC-131, BCOS-184, BECS-184 and BCOS-185. Ten per cent on MSEI-023 and MSEI-027. The 2025-26 BEVAE-181 and BEGLA-136 papers themselves print twenty-five per cent, against the thirty the guide’s table gives them.
What pass mark do I need in a BCA_NEW assignment?
Forty per cent on most courses. Thirty-five per cent on BEGLA-136, BEVAE-181, FEG-02, BCS-040, BCOC-131, BCOS-184, BECS-184 and BCOS-185. Fifty per cent on MSEI-023 and MSEI-027. Once you have passed an assignment the guide does not allow you to resubmit it to improve the mark.
Which assignment number do I write if the booklet contradicts itself?
Copy the number printed at the head of the paper you actually answered, not the one in the contents table, because the two have disagreed in each of the last three cycles. Then keep the question paper with your set so the evaluator at the centre can see which paper the sheets were written against.
Is BCA_NEW available in Hindi?
No. The Common Prospectus gives the medium of instruction for BCA_NEW as English, and the programme guide states that the medium of instruction is only in English and the course material is also in English. Any Hindi BCA material you find belongs to the older BCA programme, not to this one.
I am on BCAOL rather than BCA_NEW. Does this page apply to me?
Partly. The 2026-27 Semester I booklet covers both programmes and prints the same dates and the same papers for each, so the content is yours too. The submission route is not: note one tells BCA_NEW students to submit to the study centre coordinator, and note two tells BCAOL students to submit on the LMS Portal. Say which one you are on when you message, because the portal route needs something different from a posted parcel.
Can I order for an old session or a backlog code?
Yes. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. The set is prepared against the paper that is live for the cycle you are submitting into, because papers are replaced each cycle and the programme guide tells learners who missed one to use the fresh assignment meant for the current batch.
What happens with the BCSP-165 project in the sixth semester?
BCSP-165 is a twelve-credit software development project, not an assignment. Its report is evaluated out of one hundred and fifty and its viva out of fifty, and forty per cent is needed in each separately. It is also the clearest place the paperwork slips: the guide instructs BCSP-165 students to follow the BCSP-064 project guidelines, which is a code from the older BCA. Project work is a separate conversation from a per-subject handwritten order.
Will the handwriting match be the same person across all my codes?
Yes. The whole set for one learner is written by one writer working from your sample, which is the point of matching it at all. Send the sample before you pay and you will see the match before committing to the order.
Which Document Each Statement on This Page Came From
Three kinds of source sit behind this page and they are kept apart on purpose, because a reader deciding whether to trust a figure should be able to see where it came from.
From the IGNOU Common Prospectus, July 2026. Entry 112 of the programme summary and section 6.3 supplied the programme code BCA_NEW, the School of Computer and Information Sciences, the eligibility of 10+2 or equivalent or a pass in Diploma in Commercial Practice or equivalent, English as the medium of instruction, three years minimum and six years maximum duration, semester-wise examination, and January and July admission cycles. Section 6.3 also supplied the course tables with each code’s official title, nature of course and credits, and the twenty-credit total against each semester. Section 13 supplied the listing of BCA_NEWOL as the online-mode variant. The 120-credit total was checked here by addition, twenty credits in each of six semesters, before any of it was published.
From the BCA_NEW programme guide, version 2.0, July 2026. The school attribution for each course, the counselling-session counts, the seventy per cent practical attendance rule, the multiple-exit scheme and its two awards, the three-way assignment weightage, the pass marks, the lab-course split of forty plus forty plus twenty, the project’s one hundred and fifty plus fifty split, the A4 and four-centimetre-margin instruction, the cover-page field order, the handwritten-with-printed-code rule, the no-copying warning, the photocopy and acknowledgement advice, and the twenty-three plus eight plus one course count. The credit discrepancies on BCS-111 and BCS-151 and the carried-over BCAOL, MSCIS and BCSP-064 references were found by reading the guide’s own sections against each other.
From live assignment booklets on ignou.ac.in. The 2026-27 BCA_NEW and BCAOL Semester I booklet supplied the two dates, the cover-page programme list, the five Semester I codes, the two submission routes, the compulsory viva note and the eighty-plus-twenty split on BCS-012. The 2025-26 BCA_NEW Semester I booklet and the 2025-26 BEGLA-136 paper supplied the earlier code format, the earlier cover applicability and the twenty-five per cent weightage line. The 2024-25 Semester I booklet supplied the third code format and the hyphen variant on BCS-111. The CBCS and BSCAEY BEVAE-181 booklets supplied the competing codes and dates for that course. Nothing on this page was taken from a path that was not opened.

No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU.
Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. On BCA_NEW that general position is varied course by course, as the weightage section above sets out from the programme guide’s own table, and your own course’s figure should be read off that table rather than assumed.
