IGNOU PGDEVS Handwritten Assignment: All Ten MEV, MEVE and MSD-019 Papers From the PGDEVS Booklet

Original price was: ₹500.00.Current price is: ₹320.00.

IGNOU PGDEVS handwritten assignment sets for all ten papers of the Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Studies (MEV-011, MEV-014 to MEV-017, MEVE-011, MEVE-016, MEVE-017, MEVE-019 and MSD-019), written at ₹320 per subject in hard copy with courier included, for the 2025-26 PGDEVS booklet or any older cycle.

  • Keep the 30 per cent you cannot recover in the exam hall. Each PGDEVS paper’s assignment counts for 30 per cent of that course’s result, and an unsubmitted set leaves the course incomplete however well the term-end paper goes.
  • Ten environmental papers, one consistent hand. A single photo of a page you wrote yourself sets the handwriting for every PGDEVS set in the order, at no extra charge, so ten sets read as one writer.
  • See a sample before any money moves. The handwriting match is shown to you on WhatsApp first, and payment is asked for only after you are satisfied with it.
  • Answered from the right MSD-019 paper. IGNOU currently publishes two different MSD-019 papers, one in the PGDEVS booklet and one on the shared MASS and PGDSS file. The set is written to whichever one you name, and the PGDEVS booklet version is the default.
  • Ready to hand in when it arrives. Every paper comes with a free IGNOU-format front page and a copy of the official question paper, and courier sits inside the ₹320. No soft copy or PDF is sold.
  • One paper or the whole diploma. There is no minimum order, so a learner clearing a single backlog code pays ₹320, and all ten PGDEVS papers come to ₹3,200.
  • Older PGDEVS cycles at the same rate. Papers still owed from the 2023-24 booklet, which printed mismatched assignment codes on all ten courses, are written from that file at the same ₹320, with the mismatch pointed out so you can settle it with your Study Centre.
  • No delivery figure to be caught out by. Courier time depends on your pin code, and it is confirmed for your order before you pay.

Description

In short. This IGNOU PGDEVS handwritten assignment order is written by Shri Chakradhar Publication one set per course code, for all ten papers that section 8.41 of the Common Prospectus July 2026 lists for the Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Studies: MEV-011, MEVE-019, MEV-015, MEVE-017, MSD-019, MEV-016, MEVE-011, MEV-017, MEVE-016 and MEV-014. Each set is answered from the questions in IGNOU’s own PGDEVS booklet for the January 2025 to July 2026 sessions unless you name another paper, and costs ₹320 per subject in hard copy, with courier, a free IGNOU-format front page and a copy of the question paper inside that price, so the full diploma comes to ₹3,200. That booklet prints no submission date, and MSD-019 currently exists on two live IGNOU papers carrying different questions, so the paper you are answering is agreed before any writing starts.

What a PGDEVS Parcel Holds, Paper by Paper

A PGDEVS order is packed course by course rather than as one bundle. Each of the ten codes you order travels as its own set, because each one is a separate Tutor Marked Assignment carrying its own 100 marks, its own assignment code and its own place on your record, and a Study Centre counter receives them as ten separate submissions rather than one diploma file.

Inside every set there are three things. The first is the answers themselves, written by hand on A4 sheets, which is the paper size the PGDEVS booklet names, with the question number written against each answer as the booklet instructs. The second is a front page in IGNOU format, supplied free, laid out with the fields the 2025-26 PGDEVS booklet asks a learner to show: name, enrolment number, cycle of admission, programme code, assignment code, course code, course title, address, contact number and date of submission. The third is a copy of the official question paper for that course code, so whoever opens the set at the counter can see exactly which paper it answers.

The date-of-submission line is left for you to complete on the day you hand the set in, since only you know when that will be. The same applies to your signature on the declaration.

No soft copy or PDF is sold. Nothing in the parcel is a scan, a printout of typed answers or a file meant for upload. If your Study Centre or the version of the paper you are answering asks for an IGNOU identity card photocopy inside the set, as the shared MASS and PGDSS file does for MSD-019, that page is yours to add, because it is your document and not something a publisher can supply.

₹320 a Paper, ₹3,200 for the Diploma: What the PGDEVS Rate Includes and Leaves Out

The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge.

The arithmetic for PGDEVS is unusually clean because every one of its ten courses carries four credits and one assignment. Ten papers at ₹320 come to ₹3,200 for a learner who owes the whole diploma. A learner who has already cleared six of them and owes four pays ₹1,280. A learner chasing a single paper, perhaps MEV-017 left over from the first PGDEVS intake, pays ₹320 for that one set and nothing more.

There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate.

Inside the ₹320 sit the handwritten answers, the IGNOU-format front page, the copy of the question paper, the handwriting match from your sample photo and the courier to your address. Outside it sit the things that belong to IGNOU or to you: the programme fee, which section 8.41’s annexure row prints as Rs. 7,000 for the diploma, any examination fee, the identity card photocopy where one is asked for, and the trip to your Study Centre.

Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.

A learner who moves on to the second year of the MA in Environmental Studies after the diploma pays the same ₹320 per paper for those codes too. The second-year papers are not part of this product, which covers the ten diploma courses only, and they are listed on the MAEVS order page linked further down.

A Solved PGDEVS File to Read From, or a Handwritten PGDEVS Set to Hand In

Two products with similar names are sold around every PGDEVS course code, and they do different jobs. A solved assignment is a soft-copy reference file of model answers for one course code and one session, meant to be read and studied. A handwritten assignment is the answers written out by hand on A4 sheets and submitted in hard copy at the Study Centre, which is what this page sells.

The deciding line comes from IGNOU’s own PGDEVS booklet for the January 2025 to July 2026 sessions. Its guidelines say: “You should write the answer in your own handwriting.” The same guidelines add: “Use only A4 paper size for your assignment and tag all the pages carefully.” A printed model answer meets neither instruction, which is why a downloaded file is a reference to write from and not a submission. A later page of the same booklet softens the wording to “It is preferred”, a discrepancy listed in the warning box below, but no PGDEVS document read for this page says typed or printed answers are acceptable.

Some learners buy both: a reference file to understand a difficult paper such as MEV-016 on environmental impact assessment, and a handwritten set for the papers they cannot find time to write. If a model-answer file is what you are after, it sits on the PGDEVS solved-assignment shelf for soft-copy reference files, which on 7 November 2026 listed one file, for MSD 19, and not the other nine codes.

Ten Papers, Forty Credits: The PGDEVS Course List in Section 8.41

Section 8.41 of the IGNOU Common Prospectus July 2026, on pages 296 and 297, places the Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Studies under the School of Interdisciplinary and Transdisciplinary Studies (SOITS). Eligibility is graduation in any discipline, the medium of instruction is English, and the programme table lists ten theory courses of four credits each under a printed total of 40 credits.

The credit check passes: ten courses at four credits each make 40, exactly the printed total, so there is no room in the arithmetic for an optional paper, a project or a practical. Every PGDEVS learner owes all ten assignments over the life of the registration. The annexure row for the programme, row 166, gives a minimum duration of one year, a maximum of three, a fee of Rs. 7,000, year-wise payment and January and July intakes. IGNOU’s live programme page lists the same ten codes at four credits each in the hyphenated form, prints no total of its own, and states that the programme is not offered to international students.

Swipe sideways on a phone to read the last two columns.

The semester column comes from section 3.42, the MA in Environmental Studies, whose first year is made of exactly these ten codes split five and five across Semesters I and II. PGDEVS itself is a year-wise diploma and has no semesters, so the column is there only to show which half of the MAEVS year each paper belongs to, which matters if you later continue to the master’s.

The question column comes from the PGDEVS booklet, not from the prospectus. Nine of the ten papers follow one pattern: eight questions printed, any five to be answered, 20 marks each, under the note “This assignment is based on the entire course” and the coverage line “All Blocks”. MSD-019 is the exception. It prints four questions, all compulsory, at 25 marks each, which makes it the one PGDEVS set where no question can be skipped. The booklet prints no word limit against any question.

Two codes in this table have been printed in more than one way. MEVE 017 appears as “Environment and Society” here and in sections 8.40 and 3.38, but as “Environmental and Society” in the MAEVS table in section 3.42. MSD 019 appears with a zero in sections 8.41 and 3.42 and as MSD 19 in the sustainability science tables. Neither difference changes which paper you write, and both are listed in the warning box below.

The Same Ten PGDEVS Codes Under Other Programme Covers

None of the ten PGDEVS codes belongs to PGDEVS alone. Every one of them also appears in at least one other programme table in the Common Prospectus, and that is why a learner searching IGNOU’s portal for a PGDEVS paper often lands on a file whose cover names a different programme. The table below was built by searching the whole prospectus for each code in both its three-digit and two-digit forms.

Sharing a code usually means sharing a paper. On 7 November 2026 the MEV-015 questions were read on three separate IGNOU files: the PGDEVS booklet, a single-course file under a MAEVS cover, and the MSCENV second-semester booklet. All three print the same eight questions in the same order under the same assignment code, yet each cover names only its own programme, so a PGDEVS learner holding the MSCENV version has not downloaded the wrong questions, only the wrong cover.

MSD-019 is where that rule breaks, and it is the single most important thing to settle before a PGDEVS order is written. The PGDEVS booklet sets four questions on social protection, SDG targets, India’s progress and SDG-17. The shared file IGNOU publishes for the MASS first year and PGDSS sets four different questions, opening with a critical assessment and moving through Target 2.2 on malnutrition, the core goals of an SDG and illicit financial flows. Learners who have already written MSD-019 for the sustainability diploma will recognise the second version, which is why the PGDSS handwritten order that writes MSD-019 from the MASS-1 file describes a different paper from the one in your PGDEVS booklet.

The overlap also explains why other order pages on this store list some of your codes. The MAEVS order page covering both years of the master’s carries all ten, because they are its first year. The M.Sc. Environmental Science written sets carry nine of them, everything except MSD-019. The environmental management and law diploma’s handwritten listing shares MEV-011, MEVE-011, MEVE-017 and MEVE-019. The price per paper is the same on every one of them. What this PGDEVS page adds is that every set it describes is answered from the paper with the PGDEVS name on the cover.

Twenty-Four Points Where the PGDEVS Paperwork Disagrees, Four of Them on This Store

Everything in the box below was found on 7 November 2026 by reading IGNOU’s own PGDEVS documents against each other, then against two third-party listings and against this store’s own shelves. None of it was taken from another publisher’s page. A conflict on this store’s side is listed alongside IGNOU’s, because a page that hides its own errors gives you less reason to trust the rest of it.

Read this before you write or order: the PGDEVS documents disagree in twenty-four places, eighteen of them inside IGNOU’s own files.

1. Two MSD-019 papers. The 2025-26 PGDEVS booklet and the shared MASS-1 and PGDSS file both carry a paper titled Global Strategies to Sustainable Development, and the four questions on each are entirely different.

2. Two submission points for the same code. The PGDEVS booklet sends the completed set to “the Coordinator of the Study Centre allotted to you”. The MASS-1 and PGDSS file says to submit to “the Concern Regional Centre”.

3. A date on one MSD-019 paper and none on the other. The MASS-1 and PGDSS file prints 30th March for the June term-end examination and 30th September for December. The PGDEVS booklet prints no submission date on any of its ten papers, and its header leaves the date line blank.

4. Two sets of writing rules for MSD-019. The PGDEVS booklet asks for A4 sheets with all pages tagged and sets no word count. The MASS-1 and PGDSS file asks for around 500 words per answer, writing on both sides with a margin, and makes an IGNOU identity card page compulsory.

5. A double slash. The PGDEVS booklet prints the MSD-019 assignment code as MSD-019//TMA-01/January 2025 to July 2026 session. The other nine codes in the same booklet use a single slash.

6. Three spellings of one code. The PGDEVS booklet heads the paper “MSD 019” with a space, prints “MSD-019” in its code line, and sections 3.41 and 8.38 of the prospectus print “MSD 19”.

7. MSD-019 headed with the wrong course code elsewhere. IGNOU’s 2025 MASS1 and PGDSS file titles the paper MSD-019 and then prints “Course Code: MSD-018” beneath it.

8. Ten mismatched codes in the first PGDEVS booklet. The July 2023 to July 2024 PGDEVS booklet prints MEV-012/TMA-01 on the MEV-011 paper and MEV-013/TMA-01 on the other nine papers, so no course in that file carries an assignment code matching its own course code.

9. A validity window older than the programme. The same 2023-24 booklet calls itself the “July 2023 – July 2024 Session” on the cover but says its questions are “valid for the January 2023 – July 2024 Session”, a window opening six months before the July 2023 intake for which the diploma was announced. IGNOU’s own index labels the same file “July 2023-January 2024”.

10. Two end dates in the current booklet. The 2025-26 cover reads “Valid from Jan 2025 to December 2026”. Its guidelines say the questions are valid for the “January 2025 to July 2026 session”.

11. Should, or preferred. Page 4 of the 2025-26 booklet says “You should write the answer in your own handwriting.” Page 5 says “It is preferred to write all assignments neatly in your own handwriting.”

12. Three titles for MEVE-017. Sections 8.41, 8.40 and 3.38 print “Environment and Society”, section 3.42 prints “Environmental and Society”, and the 2023-24 PGDEVS booklet prints “Environnent and Society”. The same 2023-24 file spells MSD-019’s title “Global Stratégies”.

13. Which way the lateral route runs. Section 8.41 says PGDEVS completers “can take lateral entry to” MAEVS. Section 3.42 says MAEVS learners who finish the first year “will be eligible to receive” the PGDEVS diploma. IGNOU’s live PGDEVS page mentions neither route, while its live PGDEVSOL page repeats the lateral-entry sentence.

14. An online diploma with no assignment row. PGDEVSOL appears in the prospectus list of online programmes and has a live IGNOU page, but IGNOU’s PG Diploma assignment index carries no PGDEVSOL row, only two PGDEVS files.

15. A programme guide that cannot be read. Both PGDEVS booklets send learners to the Programme Guide for submission details, but the pgdevs.pdf guide on ignou.ac.in returned no machine-readable text when it was opened for this page.

16. One cover per programme for a shared paper. The identical MEV-015 questions sit under a PGDEVS cover, a MAEVS cover and an MSCENV cover, and each names only its own programme, so no IGNOU file tells a PGDEVS learner the other two are the same paper.

17. Two postcodes for one school. The 2025-26 PGDEVS booklet gives Maidan Garhi as New Delhi-110068 on its cover and New Delhi-11006 under the programme coordinators.

18. A question without its second half. Question 7 on the 2025-26 MEV-017 paper prints a part (a) and no part (b).

19. Four fee figures (third party). The prospectus annexure and IGNOU’s live page give Rs. 7,000. A 2023 launch notice on Sakshi Education gave Rs. 6,000. GetMyUni lists ₹6,000 under the wrong code “PGDES”, and Zollege lists ₹6,700.

20. The lateral route reversed (third party). A Careers360 report of 11 July 2023 on the launch describes lateral entry being granted to MA Environmental Studies students in the diploma, the opposite direction to section 8.41.

21. This store: a PGDEVS book shelf labelled for another programme. The PGDEVS books category holds four guides, for MEV 11, MEVE 11, MEVE 17 and MEVE 19, all titled for MSCENV and one for “MSCENV/MAEOH”, and none for the other six PGDEVS codes.

22. This store: one solved file out of ten, for an unnamed MSD-019. The PGDEVS solved-assignment category lists one product, MSD 19 for 2025-26, and that product does not say which of the two live MSD-019 papers it answers.

23. This store: a second price and a delivery figure. That same MSD 19 product offers a handwritten MSD 19 at ₹350 and quotes a fixed count of working days for delivery, against the ₹320 rate and the rule that no delivery figure is promised, and it describes itself in superlative terms.

24. This store: the handwritten hub contradicts itself. The handwritten assignment category page quotes two different working-day delivery windows in two places, and calls handwritten sets “study reference material, not for submission as your own work”, which is not how this or any other product page describes them.

The four store-side items are queued for correction at source. Until they are fixed, the figures on this page are the ones that apply to a PGDEVS order.

No Cut-Off on the PGDEVS Booklet, Two Cut-Offs on the Other MSD-019 File

Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent.

That 30 per cent is why the submission date matters, and PGDEVS is one of the programmes where IGNOU’s own paper does not print one. The 2025-26 PGDEVS booklet tells learners to submit “within the stipulated time”, warns that otherwise “you would not be permitted to appear for the term-end examination”, and refers them to the Programme Guide. Its sample header leaves the date of submission blank. The 2023-24 PGDEVS booklet does the same.

The only PGDEVS-related paper that prints dates is the other MSD-019 version, on the shared MASS-1 and PGDSS file: 30th March for the June term-end examination and 30th September for December, with no year attached. Those dates are tied to the examination you sit, not to the session you joined in, and they belong to that file’s own submission route through the Regional Centre.

In practice IGNOU announces a university-wide last date before each term-end examination on ignou.ac.in and its social channels, and has extended it more than once. For the December 2026 examination, a Careers360 report says the last date moved from 30 September to 31 October 2026. That is a third-party report, not a line on a PGDEVS paper, and both dates had passed by 7 November 2026, so a learner who missed them is now working towards the June 2027 sitting unless IGNOU announces otherwise.

There is a second clock on the paper itself. The 2025-26 booklet’s cover says it is valid until December 2026. On 7 November 2026, IGNOU’s PG Diploma assignment index listed only that booklet and the 2023-24 one for PGDEVS. A learner from the January 2027 intake, or anyone submitting for June 2027, should check the index for a newer PGDEVS booklet before writing, because the questions may change when it appears. Shri Chakradhar Publication writes from the booklet you name, so telling the writing desk which year’s paper you hold settles that question for your order.

Ask which PGDEVS booklet your sitting needs before ordering at ₹320 a paper

Copying MEV-015/TMA-01 and the MSD-019 Double Slash Onto a PGDEVS Front Page

The PGDEVS front page asks for two codes that are easy to mix up. The course code names the course, such as MEV-015. The assignment code names the specific paper you answered, and on the 2025-26 booklet it is a longer string built from the course code, a TMA number and the session span, for example MEV-015/TMA-01/January 2025 to July 2026 session. The TMA-01 part tells you it is the first and only Tutor Marked Assignment for that course, and the session span tells you which booklet set the questions.

Nine of the ten 2025-26 strings follow that pattern exactly. MSD-019 does not: the booklet prints it as MSD-019//TMA-01/January 2025 to July 2026 session, with two slashes after the course code. Nothing in the booklet explains the second slash, and it reads as a typing slip rather than a different format. Shri Chakradhar Publication copies the assignment code exactly as it appears on the paper you name and points out any string like this one in the reply to your order, so the choice of whether to copy the slip or correct it stays with you and your Study Centre.

The older 2023-24 booklet needs more care. Its assignment codes do not match their own courses at all: MEV-011’s paper carries MEV-012/TMA-01, and the other nine carry MEV-013/TMA-01/2023-2024 January & July session. A backlog learner answering from that file should confirm with the Study Centre which string to write, because a front page showing MEV-013 against a course code of MEV-017 is the kind of mismatch that slows an assignment’s entry onto the record.

The shared MSD-019 file uses a different system again. It prints no TMA string, only an assignment number, MASS-1/PGDSS-2024 in its running header and MASS-1/PGDSS-2026 on its cover, and its first-page layout asks for that number, your name, enrolment number, email and phone. If you are answering that version, the front page follows its layout rather than the PGDEVS one.

A Photographed Page of Yours Sets the Hand for All Ten PGDEVS Papers

Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge.

The match exists because of the declaration. You sign the PGDEVS cover sheet as the author of what follows, and the booklet asks for the answers in your own handwriting, so a set in an obviously different hand works against you at the counter. A single sample is enough for a ten-paper order: once the hand is set from your page, every set in the order is written in it, so MEV-011 and MEV-014 read like the work of one person.

The sample is checked before you pay. A short written specimen in the matched hand is sent back on WhatsApp, and payment is asked for only once you are content that it resembles yours. If it does not, say what is off, a heavier slant or rounder letters, and it is adjusted.

Which page to photograph for an environmental studies order

The most useful page is one of your own study notes on any of the PGDEVS courses, written in your normal pen at your normal speed, because environmental writing is full of terms such as biogeochemical, eutrophication and Milankovitch that show how you form long words and capital letters. A full page beats a few lines. Photograph it flat, in daylight, with the whole sheet in frame and no shadow across the writing. Do not neaten your hand for the photo; the aim is a set that looks like your everyday writing, not your neatest.

English Only, ODL or PGDEVSOL, and PGDEVS Papers Still Owed From 2023-24

The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price.

For PGDEVS that means English. Section 8.41 gives English as the only medium of instruction, IGNOU’s live programme page says the same, and both PGDEVS booklets read for this page are English-language files. No Hindi PGDEVS paper was found, so none is offered.

Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject.

PGDEVS was announced for the July 2023 intake, according to the launch reports of that month, and the oldest PGDEVS booklet on IGNOU’s index is the 2023-24 one, so those are the oldest papers a learner is likely to still owe. Those are written from that file if you ask for it, with the assignment-code mismatch described above pointed out. Whether a backlog learner should answer the old paper or the current one is IGNOU’s decision rather than a publisher’s. Neither PGDEVS booklet read for this page states a rule on it, so confirm with your Study Centre before ordering, and name the booklet year in your message.

PGDEVSOL, the online version of the diploma, carries the same ten courses. A hard-copy set is only useful where a hard copy is accepted, and IGNOU’s assignment index publishes no separate PGDEVSOL paper, so an online learner should check the submission route on the online learner platform before ordering anything on paper. A learner registered in the distance-mode PGDEVS is the one this product is written for.

Five Lines That Start a PGDEVS Order, From Course Codes to Pin Code

A PGDEVS order needs five pieces of information and nothing else. Sending them together in one WhatsApp message to +91 93546 37830 gets a complete quote back in one reply instead of a string of follow-up questions.

  1. The codes you still owe. Read them off your admission or re-registration record rather than from memory, since several PGDEVS codes look alike.
  2. The booklet year. Say 2025-26 or 2023-24, or attach the first page of the file you downloaded.
  3. Which MSD-019 paper, if MSD-019 is on your list. The PGDEVS booklet version, or the MASS-1 and PGDSS version if your Study Centre has told you to use that one.
  4. A photo of your own handwriting. One full page, as described above.
  5. Your pin code. Courier time is confirmed against it before payment.

Your enrolment number and name are needed later for the front pages, but they are not needed for the quote.

The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge.

When the PGDEVS Packet Is Opened: Reading, Signing and the Study Centre Counter

Open each set and read it through before anything else. The answers are written to the questions on the paper you named, and you should satisfy yourself that each answer is one you understand and can stand behind, because your signature on the cover is a statement that it is your work. Check that the course code, the assignment code and the course title on each front page match the question paper enclosed with that set.

Then complete what only you can: your signature, and the date of submission on the day you hand it in. Add an identity card photocopy only if your Study Centre asks for one or if you are answering the MASS-1 version of MSD-019, which requires it.

The 2025-26 PGDEVS booklet says the completed assignment “should be sent to the Coordinator of the Study Centre allotted to you”. Take each set there, keep the ten as separate submissions, and ask for an acknowledgement. The booklet also asks you to keep a copy of your answer sheets before you hand them in, and a phone photo of every page is the simplest way to do that. If you are answering the other MSD-019 paper, its own instruction points to the Regional Centre instead, and its envelope note names only PGDSS and MASS, so ask your Study Centre how a PGDEVS learner should label it.

Later, check the assignment status on IGNOU’s portal with your enrolment number. If a submitted set does not appear, the counter acknowledgement and your photographs are what you take back to the Study Centre.

Other PGDEVS and Environmental Studies Shelves on This Store

Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent.

A written set looks after the first of those two shares only, so most PGDEVS learners also want something to revise from for the examination. The PGDEVS diploma books category currently holds four guides, for MEV 11, MEVE 11, MEVE 17 and MEVE 19, all titled for MSCENV because the course material is shared. For the other six codes, the MA Environmental Studies book listings, a larger shelf of 21 titles are the wider place to look.

There is no PGDEVS guess-paper category yet. The nearest is the guess papers prepared for the MAEVS term-end sittings, which draw on the same first-year papers. PGDEVS has no project course, but a learner who continues into the MAEVS second year will meet MEVP 012, and the bound MEVP 012 project reports for the master’s second year sit on their own shelf.

If your record mixes PGDEVS codes with papers from another programme, perhaps after a change of registration, the customised written order that accepts any course code from any session takes the whole list in one go. And for every other IGNOU programme, the programme-wise index of handwritten assignment sets is the starting point.

If you would rather write all ten PGDEVS sets yourself, ignouproject.com, the editorial side of the same publisher, has no PGDEVS-specific article yet, and its walkthrough of the MAEVS booklets, which covers the same first-year MEV, MEVE and MSD papers is the closest guide to writing them by hand.

Fifteen PGDEVS Doubts, Answered in the Order They Usually Arrive

PGDEVS mein kitne assignment likhne hote hain?

Ten, one for each course in section 8.41. All ten courses are four-credit theory papers that add up to the printed 40 credits, so none is optional and each needs its own Tutor Marked Assignment. At ₹320 a paper, the full set comes to ₹3,200.

My PGDEVS booklet shows no last date anywhere. Which date am I working to?

Neither PGDEVS booklet prints one, and both refer you to the Programme Guide. IGNOU announces the university-wide last date before each term-end examination on ignou.ac.in, and that announcement is the date to work to. The only PGDEVS-related paper that prints dates is the MASS-1 and PGDSS version of MSD-019, at 30 March for June and 30 September for December.

December 2026 TEE ke liye PGDEVS assignment ab bhi jama ho sakta hai?

The printed 30 September date on the MSD-019 file has passed, and so has the 31 October 2026 extension reported by Careers360. Unless IGNOU announces a further extension on ignou.ac.in, a set submitted now counts towards the June 2027 sitting. Check the official notice before deciding, since only IGNOU can confirm it.

Which MSD-019 paper should a PGDEVS learner answer, the booklet one or the MASS-1 one?

The 2025-26 PGDEVS booklet carries its own MSD-019 paper and names PGDEVS on its cover, while the MASS-1 and PGDSS file names only those two programmes. The PGDEVS booklet version is therefore the default for a PGDEVS order. If your Study Centre or programme coordinator tells you otherwise, say so in your message and the set is written to that version instead.

Solved assignment aur handwritten assignment mein PGDEVS ke liye kya farq hai?

A solved assignment is a soft-copy reference file of model answers that you read and then write from. A handwritten assignment is the answers written by hand on A4 sheets for you to submit in hard copy. The PGDEVS booklet asks for answers in your own handwriting, so only the second can go to the counter.

Can I print a downloaded PGDEVS answer file and hand that in at the Study Centre?

The 2025-26 PGDEVS booklet asks you to write the answer in your own handwriting on A4 paper with every page tagged. A printout meets neither instruction, and no PGDEVS document read for this page says typed or printed answers are acceptable.

Is it worth buying a PGDEVS reference file as well as the written set for the same code?

Only if you want to study that paper in more depth than the written set alone gives you, for example MEV-016 before the term-end examination. The written set is complete on its own as a submission. A reference file helps revision rather than the assignment.

Should the double slash in the MSD-019 assignment code be copied onto my PGDEVS cover?

The 2025-26 booklet prints MSD-019//TMA-01/January 2025 to July 2026 session, and the other nine codes use a single slash, so it reads as a typing slip. The string is copied exactly as printed unless you ask otherwise, and the reply to your order flags it so you can check with your Study Centre.

My 2023-24 PGDEVS file says MEV-013 on almost every paper. Did I download the wrong one?

No. That is how IGNOU’s July 2023 to July 2024 PGDEVS booklet is printed: MEV-012/TMA-01 on the MEV-011 paper and MEV-013/TMA-01 on the other nine. The questions under each course heading are the right ones, but the assignment code does not match the course, so confirm with your Study Centre which string to write before submitting.

Is PGDEVS simply the first year of MAEVS, and can I continue to the master’s afterwards?

The ten PGDEVS codes are exactly the MAEVS first year, split across its Semesters I and II. Section 8.41 says PGDEVS completers can take lateral entry to MAEVS, and section 3.42 says MAEVS learners who complete the first year are eligible for the diploma. The admission terms for lateral entry are IGNOU’s, so confirm them with the university before planning on them.

Is a Hindi-medium PGDEVS handwritten set available?

No, because IGNOU does not issue one. Section 8.41 and the live programme page both give English as the only medium, and no Hindi PGDEVS paper was found, so every PGDEVS set is written in English.

Main PGDEVSOL online diploma mein hoon. Kya hard copy set kaam aayega?

Possibly not. A hard-copy set only helps where a hard copy is accepted, and IGNOU publishes no separate PGDEVSOL assignment paper on its index. Check the submission route on your online learner platform first, and order only if it accepts handwritten hard copy.

I joined PGDEVS in July 2023 and still owe MEV-017. Can that paper still be written?

Yes. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. Say whether your Study Centre wants the 2023-24 paper or the current 2025-26 one, because the two booklets do not carry the same questions (the MEV-011 paper, for one, changed between them) and neither states which one a backlog learner must answer.

Do I see the PGDEVS handwriting before I pay anything?

Yes. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge. A written specimen in that matched hand is sent on WhatsApp first, and payment is asked for only once you are happy with the match. Delivery time for your pin code is confirmed at the same stage.

Can the publisher tell me what marks the PGDEVS sets will get?

No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU.

Section 8.41, Two PGDEVS Booklets, One MASS-1 File and the Store’s Terms: Where Each Line Came From

Three kinds of source sit behind this page, and they carry different authority, so each is labelled separately here.

From IGNOU’s Common Prospectus, July 2026. The course list, titles, credits, medium, eligibility and the 40-credit total come from section 8.41 on pages 296 and 297. The fee, duration and intake months come from annexure row 166. The semester placement comes from section 3.42 for MAEVS, and the shared-code table comes from a search of every programme table in the document, including sections 3.38, 3.40, 3.41, 3.45, 3.71, 8.38, 8.40 and 8.42. The credits were added up and checked against the printed total before the table was used: ten at four make 40, which matches.

From live IGNOU documents read on 7 November 2026. The question patterns, assignment codes, paper size, handwriting wording and submission point come from the PGDEVS assignment booklet for the January 2025 to July 2026 sessions and the older PGDEVS booklet for July 2023 to July 2024. The second MSD-019 paper and its dates come from the MASS-1 and PGDSS file carrying the other MSD-019 questions. The MEV-015 comparison used the MAEVS and MSCENV versions of that paper on ignou.ac.in. Duration, fee and the international-student line come from IGNOU’s PGDEVS programme page. Current papers for any programme can be found through the university’s page for downloading current assignment papers. The PGDEVS Programme Guide on ignou.ac.in could not be read as text, so nothing on this page is taken from it.
