IGNOU PGDDRRM Handwritten Assignment: All Ten MPA-031 to MPA-040 Papers, ₹320 a Subject

Original price was: ₹500.00.Current price is: ₹320.00.

This is a handwritten IGNOU PGDDRRM assignment set for the ten theory codes MPA-031 to MPA-040, written from the Asst/TMA/2026-27 paper or any older cycle you still owe, at ₹320 a code in hard copy with courier, front page and question paper included.

  • Thirty per cent of every course result is at stake. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. The PGDDRRM booklets also tie eligibility for the term-end examination to submitting the assignments on time.
  • Ten papers of about 4,000 words each are off your desk. Every PGDDRRM paper read for this listing sets ten compulsory questions of roughly 400 words, so a full year runs to around forty thousand words of answers. The set is written by hand from the paper current for your cycle.
  • The two-credit paper is priced like the others because it is the same length. MPA-035 Research Methodology and Ethics carries two credits but sets the same 100-mark, ten-question paper as the four-credit codes.
  • You see a matched sample before any money changes hands. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge.
  • The cover is ready to fill in. Each code arrives with a free IGNOU-format front page and a copy of the official question paper, so the course box carries the code that the shared Asst/TMA string leaves out.
  • July 2026, January 2027 or an older cycle, same rate. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. The 2026-27 papers print 31 March 2027 for the July 2026 intake and 30 September 2027 for the January 2027 intake.
  • Order one code or all ten. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. No soft copy or PDF is sold.

Send your MPA codes, admission cycle, medium and pin code on WhatsApp: ask for a PGDDRRM quote at ₹320 a paper on +91 93546 37830. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.

Description

In short. Shri Chakradhar Publication writes the IGNOU PGDDRRM assignment by hand for each of the ten theory codes, MPA-031 to MPA-040, from the IGNOU paper that applies to your admission cycle, and posts it as a hard copy with a free IGNOU-format front page and a copy of the question paper. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. The 2026-27 papers, issued by the School of Social Sciences for the July 2026 and January 2027 intakes, print the same assignment code, Asst/TMA/2026-27, on every course and set two last dates: 31 March 2027 for a July 2026 admission and 30 September 2027 for a January 2027 admission. MPAP 031, the two-credit project or internship, carries no TMA and is not part of the written set.

Ten MPA Papers, and the Four Things That Travel With Each

A PGDDRRM order is priced and packed per course code. For every MPA code you send, the parcel holds four separate items, and it helps to know what each one is for before you open it at the study centre counter.

The first item is the handwritten answer set itself, written on sheets that follow the order of the questions on your paper. Every PGDDRRM paper read for this page splits its ten questions into Section I and Section II, five in each, and the written set keeps that split visible so that the coordinator can see at a glance that all ten have been answered.

The second item is the front page. IGNOU’s study centres expect a cover sheet carrying your enrolment number, name, address, programme, course code, course title, assignment code and study centre. On PGDDRRM that cover matters more than on most programmes, because the assignment code printed on the paper names no course at all (the section on Asst/TMA/2026-27 below explains why). The front page is free with every order and arrives with the course code and title already matched to your paper, leaving your own details and signature for you to add.

The third item is a copy of the official question paper for the cycle you are writing against. Keeping it with the set means you can check, question by question, that the answers correspond to the paper you were actually set, rather than to the same code from a different year. This is worth doing on PGDDRRM because the questions change every cycle while the code and the cover template barely do.

The fourth item is the courier packing, which is already inside the price. No soft copy or PDF is sold. What reaches you is the paper set, ready to read, sign and hand in.

₹320 Per MPA Code on a 40-Credit Diploma, and the 2 Credits It Cannot Reach

The Common Prospectus July 2026 prints PGDDRRM as a 40-credit programme made of eleven courses: ten theory courses, MPA 031 to MPA 040, and one project or internship, MPAP 031. Nine of the theory courses carry four credits each, MPA 035 carries two, and MPAP 031 carries two. The ten theory courses each have one tutor marked assignment; the project does not. That gives a learner ten papers to submit across the programme, and ten is the most a PGDDRRM order can contain.

The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. A single backlog paper costs ₹320; all ten together cost ₹3,200, because the rate does not fall or rise with volume. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate.

The figure covers the written set, the front page, the question paper copy and the courier. It does not cover anything IGNOU charges. Your programme fee (printed as Rs. 7,700 for the full programme in the July 2026 prospectus annexure and on IGNOU’s live programme page), any re-registration fee and any examination fee are paid to the university and are outside this order. It also does not cover MPAP 031. A project report or internship record is a different kind of document, prepared to the project guidelines and assessed separately, and pricing it as one more ₹320 paper would misdescribe it.

One point surprises PGDDRRM learners when they first read the papers side by side: MPA 035 Research Methodology and Ethics is a two-credit course, yet its 2026-27 paper is a full 100-mark assignment of ten compulsory questions at about 400 words each, exactly the length of the four-credit papers. Because the work is the same length, the written set for MPA-035 is priced at the same ₹320 as every other code. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.

Reference Answers on a Screen, or Pages for the Study Centre Coordinator

Two different products are sold under the PGDDRRM name on this store, and learners searching for one often land on the other. A solved assignment is a soft-copy reference file of model answers for one course code and one session, meant to be read, compared with your study material and used to plan your own answers. A handwritten assignment is the answers written out by hand on paper and submitted in hard copy at the study centre, which is what this page sells.

What IGNOU’s own PGDDRRM paper says about submission is narrower than many learners assume. The 2026-27 booklets ask you to answer all questions in your own words within the approximate word limit, to write the final version neatly and underline the key points, to hand the assignment to the coordinator of your study centre, and to collect and keep a receipt, ideally with a photocopy of what you submitted. They do not print a paper size, and unlike the predecessor programme they do not print a handwriting rule. The older Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster Management booklet for 2025, which used the codes MPA-001 to MPA-007, states that it is “mandatory to write the assignment neatly in your own handwriting” and adds “Do not type the assignments.” PGDDRRM dropped those two lines when the new paper template replaced the old one. Because the current paper still asks for a neat final version handed to the coordinator against a receipt, and the paper it replaced required your own hand, a printed or typed script is the riskier choice, and your study centre is the place to ask if you are unsure.

The honest scope of the two products follows from that. A solved assignment is a reference to write from; it is not a submission, and a downloaded file handed in as printed pages is not what the paper asks for. If you plan to write the ten papers yourself, the right place to start is the PGDDRRM solved assignment shelf, filed MPA 31 to MPA 40 by session, where each reference file sits under its own code. If you want the pages themselves prepared, this product is the one to order, and the declaration on the cover remains yours to sign.

Ten disaster papers, one rate, one message. List the MPA codes you owe and the cycle you were admitted in, and the writing desk replies with the total at ₹320 a code.

MPA 031 to MPA 040: The Ten Disaster Papers That Each Carry a TMA

The table below is taken from the PGDDRRM programme entry in the Common Prospectus July 2026, section 8.12, with the official titles as that document prints them, including one misspelling that the booklet corrects. The credits add up to the prospectus total: 22 in the first semester (five four-credit courses plus the two-credit MPA 035) and 18 in the second (four four-credit courses plus the two-credit MPAP 031), which is 40.

Every course in this diploma is compulsory. There is no elective list, no specialisation and no choice between papers, so a learner who has completed registration for the whole programme owes all ten TMAs. A learner clearing a backlog may owe fewer, and the admission record or fee receipt is the reliable place to read the exact codes.

The question architecture is unusually uniform for an IGNOU diploma. Every PGDDRRM paper read for this page, eight from the 2026-27 cycle and four from earlier cycles, prints a total of 100 marks, two sections of five questions, 10 marks per question and about 400 words per answer, with all questions compulsory. Two 2026-27 papers vary the shape inside that frame: MPA-031 splits its fifth and tenth questions into two parts of about 200 words each, and MPA-038 sets two 5-mark short notes of about 200 words in the same two positions. The written set follows the split exactly where the paper prints one.

The subject spread is wider than the programme name suggests. MPA 031 and MPA 032 are physical geography and ecology papers, MPA 036 asks about remote sensing, image processing and vector analysis, MPA 035 is a research methods paper with questions on sampling, hypothesis testing and research ethics, and MPA 037 to MPA 039 move into occupational safety, pandemics and health emergencies. Answers on the geography and geoinformatics papers often benefit from a labelled sketch or a simple flow of steps, which is one reason the sample photo described further down matters.

Three IGNOU Programmes Share the MPA Prefix, and Only One Uses 031 to 040

The letters MPA on a PGDDRRM course do not mean what most IGNOU learners expect. MPA is also the programme code of the Master of Arts (Public Administration), and that degree’s own courses run on the same prefix, printed in the prospectus as MPA 11 to MPA 18 with MPAP 2 for its project. A third family, MPA-001 to MPA-007, belonged to the older Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster Management (PGDDM), which IGNOU was still issuing assignments for in 2025 but which does not appear in the July 2026 prospectus. The three families are easy to confuse, and two of them contain a course on disaster management.

Swipe the table left on a small screen to read the last column.

The practical consequence is simple. If your codes run from MPA 031 to MPA 040, you are on PGDDRRM and this page applies. If they run from MPA-011 to MPA-018, you are on the master’s degree, and the MA Public Administration written set for MPA-011 to MPA-018 is the right listing. If your record shows MPA-001 to MPA-007, you enrolled in the older PGDDM, and the PGDDRRM papers are not your papers even where the topics overlap. The price is the same ₹320 on all three; the paper you are answering is not.

One more crossover is worth knowing. The July 2026 prospectus lists MPA 033 Introduction to Disaster Management as one of two multidisciplinary options in the third semester of the MA Anthropology. Every MPA-033 paper read for this page names only PGDDRRM on its cover. An MA Anthropology learner who chose MPA 033 should confirm with the Regional Centre which paper applies before ordering, and can see how the anthropology codes are handled on the MA Anthropology written set, where MPA 033 is one multidisciplinary option.

MPAP 031, the two-credit Project Report or Internship, sits outside any written set. It has no TMA in any booklet read, and IGNOU’s live programme page leaves it out of the course list altogether. If you need help planning it, the sister site carries a walk-through of the PGDDRRM project under MPAP 031; it is a separate piece of work from the ten assignments.

Twenty-Two Things the PGDDRRM Record Gets Wrong or Says Twice

The facts on this page were read off the Common Prospectus July 2026, IGNOU’s live PGDDRRM and PGDDM programme pages, and fifteen IGNOU assignment files spanning four cycles. Read against each other, they disagree in more places than a learner would expect from a programme this small. None of these points changes what you submit, but several change what you should copy onto the cover, and two of them are this store’s own errors.

Where the PGDDRRM documents do not agree, including two faults on this store. Where two IGNOU sources conflict, the paper for your own cycle and your Regional Centre decide.

1. Title spelling. The prospectus prints MPA 039 as “Health Emergencies and Disater Management”. The 2026-27 MPA-039 paper and IGNOU’s live programme page both spell it Disaster. Write the corrected spelling on your cover.

2. Total credits. The prospectus totals 40 credits, including MPAP 031 at 2. IGNOU’s live programme page lists only the ten MPA theory courses, which add up to 38, and does not show MPAP 031 at all.

3. Semester or year. The prospectus course table divides the diploma into Semester-I and Semester-II. The prospectus annexure row for PGDDRRM calls the examination pattern year wise, and the live page labels all ten courses Year 1.

4. MPA 036 called two credits. The 2025-26 MPA-036 paper says in its covering letter that the TMA is for a four credit course and, two lines later, that MPA 036 “is a two credit course”. The prospectus prints 4, and the 2026-27 paper corrects the letter to four credits in both places. Backlog learners holding the 2025-26 file should not read it as two.

5. A two-credit paper at full length. MPA 035 carries 2 credits, half the weight of the other theory courses, yet its 2026-27 paper sets the same 100 marks, ten questions and roughly 4,000 words as the four-credit papers.

6. A code with no course in it. Every PGDDRRM paper prints the assignment code as Asst/TMA followed by the cycle span, identical across all ten courses. The course is identified only by the course code line on the paper and the course box on your cover.

7. Two code forms in one file. Each paper prints the course code spaced on its cover (MPA 033) and hyphenated on the TMA page (MPA-033). The prospectus uses the spaced form throughout and the live page uses the hyphenated form throughout.

8. The dash in the year. In the machine-readable text of the 2026-27 MPA-035 and MPA-038 papers, the year in the assignment code comes through with a longer dash than the plain hyphen on the other six 2026-27 papers read. Copy the code from the printed page rather than pasting it.

9. Colon or no colon. MPA 038 is “Pandemic: Preparedness and Response” in the prospectus and on the 2026-27 paper, and “Pandemic Preparedness and Response” without the colon on the live page.

10. New programme, older papers. The July 2026 prospectus introduces PGDDRRM as a new programme, while IGNOU’s assignment server holds PGDDRRM papers for the July 2024 and January 2025 intakes.

11. Two coordinator mailboxes. The PGDDRRM entry gives Prof. Durgesh Nandini at [email protected], phone 011-29572736. The Certificate in Disaster Management entry gives the same name and phone with [email protected]. The live PGDDRRM page shows a coordinator heading with no name under it.

12. Hindi on the prospectus, English in the files. The prospectus and the live page both give the medium as English and Hindi. Every PGDDRRM assignment file located for this page on 14 October 2026 was an English edition, and no Hindi PGDDRRM paper surfaced.

13. One prefix, three programmes. MPA is the programme code of the MA (Public Administration) and the prefix of its courses MPA 11 to MPA 18, the prefix of the older PGDDM codes MPA-001 to MPA-007, and the prefix of the PGDDRRM codes MPA 031 to MPA 040.

14. Same school, same prefix, two code formats. The 2026-27 MA (Public Administration) paper for MPA-016 prints MPA-016/Asst/TMA/July-2026 & January-2027, naming the course. The PGDDRRM papers of the same school, same prefix and same last dates print Asst/TMA/2026-27 and name no course.

15. The handwriting line that disappeared. The PGDDM 2025 booklet makes handwriting in your own hand mandatory and forbids typing, sets 50-mark papers and asks for five of ten questions. The PGDDRRM papers that replaced it print no handwriting or typing rule, set 100 marks and make all ten questions compulsory.

16. A shared course, a single-programme cover. The prospectus offers MPA 033 as a multidisciplinary option in the MA Anthropology, but every MPA-033 cover read names PGDDRRM alone.

17. A missing b and c. The 2026-27 MPA-031 paper labels the two parts of its tenth question a) and d).

18. The same topic asked twice. The 2026-27 MPA-040 paper asks about community participation in rehabilitation, reconstruction and recovery as question 4 and again, framed by approaches, as question 6.

19. 400 words or 200. The 2026-27 MPA-038 paper tells you to answer in about 400 words each while its fifth and tenth questions each ask for two short notes of about 200 words. The same file spells both Study Centre and Study Center.

20. Three file-naming habits in three cycles. The 2024-25 papers sit on IGNOU’s webservices server under names such as “MPA 034 Eng 2024-25 (1)”. The 2025-26 papers use both an Eng and an English suffix in the same cycle. The 2026-27 papers use a July2026-Jan2027 suffix. Searching for one naming pattern misses the others.

21. On this store: a stray digit in a shelf name. The PGDDRRM guess-paper shelf is titled “4Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (PGDDRRM)”, and the stray 4 is in its web address as well. It is a data-entry slip and has been reported for correction.

22. On this store: a third code form. The PGDDRRM solved assignment and guess-paper products are titled MPA 31 to MPA 40, dropping the leading zero, while the store’s MPA-033 study guide uses MPA-033. Neither matches IGNOU’s own spaced three-digit form, so a search for one form can miss the others.

31 March 2027 or 30 September 2027: Which One Your Admission Month Gives You

PGDDRRM deadlines are set by the School of Social Sciences and keyed to the month you were admitted, not to the examination you plan to sit. Each yearly paper covers two intakes and prints one last date for each. These dates are not the School of Management Studies dates of 31 October and 30 April that circulate for MBA and M.Com papers, and they should not be carried over from another programme.

January 20252024-25, Asst/TMA/2024-2530 September 2025

On a phone, swipe sideways to see the printed date.

The pattern is stable across all three cycles read: a July intake has until 31 March of the following year, and a January intake has until 30 September of the following year. A learner admitted in July 2026 therefore works to 31 March 2027, and a learner admitted in January 2027 works to 30 September 2027. The dates are printed in the booklet’s own style as “31st March 2027” and “30th September 2027”.

As of 14 October 2026, the 30 September 2026 date for the January 2026 intake has passed. Papers are replaced every cycle: the 2026-27 file is a new set of questions, not the 2025-26 questions with a new date. Many IGNOU programme guides tell a learner who missed a cycle to answer the paper current at the time of resubmission, but the PGDDRRM papers read for this page do not address the point, so check with your Regional Centre which year’s questions to answer before you order a late paper. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject.

The booklets also make timely submission a condition of being allowed to sit the term-end examination. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. That 30 per cent cannot be earned in the examination hall, which is why the printed date, not the examination date sheet, is the one to plan around.

Asst/TMA/2026-27 Is Printed on All Ten Papers, So the Course Box Does the Work

Most IGNOU programmes build the course into the assignment code. The MA (Public Administration) paper for MPA-016 starts with MPA-016; an MBA paper starts with its MMPC number. PGDDRRM does not. Every PGDDRRM paper read for this page, from the 2024-25 cycle onwards, prints the same short string, and only the year changes: Asst/TMA/2024-25, then Asst/TMA/2025-26, then Asst/TMA/2026-27.

Read it in three parts. Asst is IGNOU’s abbreviation for assignment, TMA means tutor marked assignment, and 2026-27 is the cycle span covering the July 2026 and January 2027 intakes. There is no course number and no TMA number, because each PGDDRRM course has exactly one assignment.

That makes the front page the only place where the course is identified. If you hand in ten sets with the assignment code Asst/TMA/2026-27 on every cover, the coordinator can tell them apart only by the course code and title you write in the course box. Copy both from the TMA page of your paper. Use the course code exactly as printed there (MPA-033 rather than MPA 33), use the corrected spelling for MPA 039, and copy the dash in the year as it appears on the printed page. The free front page that comes with each code is filled in to match, so you only need to check it and add your own details.

A mismatch between cover and paper is the most common avoidable problem on a programme like this one, and it is easy to prevent. Before you hand anything in, lay each written set beside its question paper and confirm three things: the course code on the cover matches the code on the paper, the cycle span in the assignment code matches your admission cycle, and the number of answers is ten.

One Page of Your Own Writing Sets the Hand for Ten Disaster Papers

Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge. On a ten-paper programme this matters for a plain reason: all ten sets go to the same study centre under the same name, and a learner who submits ten papers in ten different hands invites a question nobody needs.

The sample is the first step, not the last. The writer prepares a short matched passage from your photo and sends it back on WhatsApp before any payment. If the slant, spacing or letter shapes are off, say so and they are adjusted. Only once you are satisfied with the match does the order go ahead, so the risk of a hand you do not recognise sits with the writer rather than with you.

Matching handwriting is not a substitute for knowing the content. You sign the declaration on the assignment cover page, so you should read and review the content before submitting it, and satisfy yourself that it represents your own understanding of the course. On PGDDRRM, where the papers ask for disaster cycles, vulnerability profiles and the structure of the national and state disaster management authorities, reading the set through is also useful preparation for the term-end examination on the same blocks.

A page with a labelled sketch or a flow of steps on it

If you can, photograph a page that includes a small diagram, a labelled sketch or a numbered sequence, not only running text. Several PGDDRRM papers, especially MPA-031 Physical Geography and MPA-036 Geoinformatics in Disaster Management, are naturally answered with a sketch of landforms, a flow of image-processing steps or a stage diagram of the disaster management cycle. A sample showing how you label and number things lets the writer match those parts as well as the prose. Use daylight or a bright room, keep the whole page in the frame, and avoid a page you wrote in a hurry.

English Files Online, Hindi on the Prospectus, and Cycles That Have Closed

The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price. For PGDDRRM that sentence needs a footnote. The prospectus and IGNOU’s live page both list the medium of instruction as English and Hindi, and the store itself carries Hindi-medium PGDDRRM guess papers for nine of the ten codes. Every PGDDRRM assignment file located for this page on 14 October 2026, however, was an English edition. If you study in Hindi, send the medium with your codes; the desk checks whether a Hindi paper for that code and cycle exists before quoting, and writes in Hindi where IGNOU has issued the paper in Hindi.

Older cycles are handled the same way as the current one. A learner from the July 2024 intake writing a backlog MPA-034, or a January 2026 learner who missed the 30 September 2026 date, orders at the same rate as someone starting fresh in July 2026. The question that needs answering first is which year’s paper the Regional Centre expects, not whether the order is accepted.

Learners from the older PGDDM are a separate case. Their codes, MPA-001 to MPA-007, set 50-mark papers with five questions to answer, and the 2025 PGDDM booklet still exists. Those papers can be written, but they are not PGDDRRM papers, and an order should name them as PGDDM codes so the right question paper is used.

What the First WhatsApp Message Needs: Codes, Admission Cycle, Medium, Pin Code

A PGDDRRM quote needs four facts, and a fifth item, the sample photo, follows once the quote is agreed. Sending these together saves a round of messages.

  1. Your MPA codes. List the codes you owe, for example MPA-031, MPA-033 and MPA-035, or simply write all ten. Read them from your admission record or fee receipt rather than from memory.
  2. Your admission cycle. July 2026, January 2027 or an older intake. This decides which year’s paper is used and which last date applies.
  3. Your medium. English or Hindi. The desk confirms whether that medium’s paper exists for each code.
  4. Your pin code. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.
  5. The sample photo. One clear page of your own writing, sent after the quote, so the matched passage can come back before payment.

You do not need to send your enrolment number, your password for the student portal, a copy of your identity card or the downloaded question paper. The cover details you add yourself, and the desk works from IGNOU’s published paper for the cycle you name.

Not sure which MPA codes are still open on your record? Send the codes as they appear on your fee receipt with your admission month, and the desk confirms which cycle’s paper applies before quoting.

From the Counter Receipt to the Assignment Status Entry

When the parcel arrives, open each set beside its question paper. Check that the course code and title on the front page match the TMA page of your paper, that the cycle in the assignment code matches your intake, and that ten answers are present in two sections. Read the answers through. Add your enrolment number, name, address, study centre and signature to each cover.

The PGDDRRM papers ask you to submit to the coordinator of your study centre and to obtain a receipt. Keep that receipt with your records, together with a photocopy of each set if you can make one, as the booklet suggests. The study centre evaluates the assignments and sends the marks to IGNOU’s Student Evaluation Division, and marks then appear against your enrolment in the university’s records.

If the status of a submission does not update when you expect it to, the receipt is your evidence of submission, and the study centre or Regional Centre is the place to raise it. Nothing about the parcel itself changes how the assignment is recorded or marked. No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU.

Other Disaster Management Shelves on This Store, and Who Each One Serves

A written set is one part of preparing for a PGDDRRM year. The other shelves are useful at different points, and only some exist for this programme yet.

For the term-end examination, the eighteen PGDDRRM guess-paper files in English and Hindi cover the ten codes in revision form. The English set currently lacks MPA 35 and the Hindi set lacks MPA 38, so check your code is there before relying on it. A search of this store on 14 October 2026 found a study guide for one PGDDRRM course so far: the MPA-033 study guide in English, with a Hindi edition listed alongside it. There is no PGDDRRM books shelf for the other nine codes yet.

Learners who began on the older diploma have a fuller shelf. Older PGDDM solved files for MPA-001 to MPA-007 and the PGDDM study guides on their own shelf serve that code set. The Certificate in Disaster Management, run by the same coordinator, has its own books for the CDM 1 and CDM 2 certificate courses.

One other written set carries a disaster code from a neighbouring programme. The MAENOH written set, which carries MPA-006 Disaster Medicine, uses one of the old PGDDM codes inside an environmental health degree. For a code that fits none of these listings, the open handwritten listing that accepts any code and any session takes the order at the same rate, and the store’s full range of programme-wise handwritten sets lists every programme with its own product.

If you would rather write the ten papers yourself, ignouproject.com carries a step-by-step guide to preparing and submitting an IGNOU handwritten assignment, which covers planning answers, front pages and submission in general terms. The official papers are on IGNOU’s assignment download service.

Questions Disaster Risk Learners Send Before Ordering

Is PGDDRRM’s MPA-033 the same course as MPA-18 Disaster Management in the MA Public Administration?

No. They share a prefix and a subject area but are different courses in different programmes. MPA 033 Introduction to Disaster Management is a four-credit compulsory course in PGDDRRM, answered on the Asst/TMA/2026-27 paper. MPA 18 Disaster Management is a four-credit optional course in the second year of the MA (Public Administration), answered on that programme’s own paper, and the MA (Public Administration) papers read for this page put the course code into the assignment code. Order against the code printed on your own record.

My PGDDRRM assignment code says only Asst/TMA/2026-27. Is the course number missing?

Nothing is missing. PGDDRRM papers use one assignment code for every course in a cycle, so Asst/TMA/2026-27 appears on all ten papers. The course is identified by the course code and title you write on the front page, copied from the TMA page of the paper, for example MPA-036 Geoinformatics in Disaster Management.

I took admission in July 2026. Is my PGDDRRM last date 31 March 2027 or 30 September 2027?

For a July 2026 admission the 2026-27 papers print 31 March 2027. The 30 September 2027 date is for learners admitted in January 2027. The pattern repeats every cycle: July intakes have until 31 March of the following year, January intakes until 30 September of the following year.

My January 2026 PGDDRRM papers were due on 30 September 2026 and I missed it. What now?

You can still order the papers at ₹320 a code. The question to settle first is which year’s questions your Regional Centre expects from a learner who missed a cycle, because the 2026-27 paper has different questions from the 2025-26 one. The PGDDRRM papers do not address resubmission, so confirm it with the Regional Centre and name the cycle when you order.

MPA-035 is only two credits. Is its assignment shorter, and does it cost less?

Neither. The 2026-27 MPA-035 Research Methodology and Ethics paper sets 100 marks, ten compulsory questions and about 400 words per answer, the same as the four-credit papers. The written set is the same length, so it is the same ₹320.

The 2025-26 MPA-036 file calls the course four credits and two credits in one letter. Which is right?

Four. The prospectus prints MPA 036 Geoinformatics in Disaster Management at four credits, and the 2026-27 paper says four credits in both places where the 2025-26 letter disagreed with itself. The error does not change the paper you answer, only the line in the letter.

Does MPAP 031 have an assignment, and can the project be prepared through this order?

MPAP 031 Project Report or Internship carries two credits and has no TMA in any PGDDRRM booklet read. It is not part of this written set and is not priced as a ₹320 paper. A separate walk-through of the PGDDRRM project is available on ignouproject.com.

PGDDRRM ka solved assignment aur handwritten set alag alag kyon bikta hai?

Kyunki dono ka kaam alag hai. Solved assignment ek soft-copy reference file hai, jisse padh kar aap apne answers khud likhte hain. Handwritten set wahi answers haath se likhe hue hard copy mein aata hai, front page aur question paper ke saath, jise padh kar, sign karke study centre par jama kiya jata hai. Soft copy is page par nahi bikti; woh solved assignment shelf par code-wise milti hai.

Kya printed ya typed PGDDRRM assignment study centre par jama ho sakta hai?

PGDDRRM ke 2026-27 papers mein typing ya handwriting ka koi alag niyam chhapa nahi hai. Purane PGDDM booklet mein apni handwriting mein likhna zaroori bataya gaya tha aur typing mana thi. Naye paper mein bhi saaf-suthra final answer coordinator ko receipt ke saath dene ki baat hai, isliye printed ya typed copy jama karne se pehle apne study centre se pooch lena behtar hai.

Does the PGDDRRM paper itself say the answers must be handwritten?

Not in so many words. The 2026-27 papers ask for answers in your own words, within the word limit, written neatly with key points underlined, and handed to the study centre coordinator against a receipt. The handwriting and no-typing lines that appeared in the older PGDDM booklet are not printed on the PGDDRRM papers.

Hindi medium mein PGDDRRM assignment likhwaya ja sakta hai?

Prospectus PGDDRRM ka medium English aur Hindi batata hai. 14 October 2026 ko jitni PGDDRRM assignment files mili, sab English edition thi. Order karte waqt medium likhiye; desk pehle check karta hai ki aapke code aur cycle ka Hindi paper IGNOU ne jaari kiya hai ya nahi, aur jahan hai wahan Hindi mein, usi ₹320 par, likha jata hai.

My record shows MPA-001 to MPA-007 from PGDDM. Is this the right product?

Not quite. Those are the older Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster Management codes, answered on 50-mark papers where you choose five of ten questions. They can still be written at ₹320 a code, but the order should name them as PGDDM codes so that the PGDDM paper is used rather than a PGDDRRM one.

MPA 033 is my multidisciplinary course in MA Anthropology. Which paper do I answer?

The prospectus lists MPA 033 as an option in the MA Anthropology third semester, but every MPA-033 cover read for this page names only PGDDRRM. Ask your Regional Centre whether anthropology learners answer the PGDDRRM paper or a separate one, and name your programme when you order.

How long is each PGDDRRM answer, and how much writing does one code come to?

Each paper sets ten questions at about 400 words, so one code comes to roughly 4,000 words of answers, and all ten codes to around forty thousand. The number of sheets depends on the size and spacing of the handwriting being matched, which is why the sample comes first.

Will the study centre accept a PGDDRRM set ordered here, and what marks will it get?

No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU. You sign the declaration on the assignment cover page, so you should read and review the content before submitting it, and satisfy yourself that it represents your own understanding of the course.

When will the parcel reach my pin code?

Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page. With the 31 March 2027 date for July 2026 admissions, the earlier you send your codes, the more room there is to review the set before submitting it.

Fifteen IGNOU Files and One Price List: Where Each Statement Came From

This page keeps three kinds of source apart, because they carry different authority and change on different schedules.

From the Common Prospectus July 2026. The programme name, school, eligibility, medium, the eleven course codes with their official titles and credits, the Semester-I and Semester-II split, the 40-credit total, the annexure fee of Rs. 7,700 and the year-wise examination label, the one-to-three-year duration, the coordinator details, the MA (Public Administration) MPA course table, the MA Anthropology listing of MPA 033 and the Certificate in Disaster Management entry. The prospectus is the authority for structure and credits, and its spelling of MPA 039 is noted as an error.

From IGNOU’s live papers and pages, read on 14 October 2026. The 2026-27 PGDDRRM papers for MPA-031, MPA-032, MPA-033, MPA-035, MPA-036, MPA-038, MPA-039 and MPA-040; the 2025-26 papers for MPA-032, MPA-033 and MPA-036; the 2024-25 paper for MPA-034; the PGDDM booklets for 2023 and 2025; the 2026-27 MA (Public Administration) paper for MPA-016; and IGNOU’s live programme pages for PGDDRRM and PGDDM. These supplied the assignment code, the last dates, the question pattern, the cover-page programme names, the credit statements and the submission instructions. The 2026-27 papers for MPA-034 and MPA-037 were listed on IGNOU’s server but not opened for this page, and their pattern is inferred from the other eight 2026-27 papers and, for MPA-034, from its 2024-25 edition. You can open the current papers yourself through IGNOU’s PGDDRRM programme page and the assignment download service.
