IGNOU PGDSHST Handwritten Assignment: Six MTT Codes, Foolscap Only, and the Sibling Booklet That Reverses Your Deadline

Original price was: ₹500.00.Current price is: ₹320.00.

IGNOU’s Post Graduate Diploma in Sindhi-Hindi-Sindhi Translation runs on eight course codes, but only six of them carry a tutor marked assignment you can hand in: MTT-001, MTT-041, MTT-042, MTT-043, MTT-044 and MTT-045. Shri Chakradhar Publication writes those six out by hand on foolscap at ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, for the 2026 cycle or any behind it.

  • Thirty per cent of each course result is settled before you reach the examination hall. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent.
  • The rate covers the writing and the delivery together. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. The two translation projects, MTTP-004 and MTTP-005, are not assignments and sit outside it.
  • Foolscap, written by hand, and not typed. The 2026 MTT booklets ask for foolscap paper only, a four-centimetre left margin, and state plainly that answers must not be printed or typed.
  • Your handwriting is matched before any money moves. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge.
  • Two scripts, and a gap IGNOU leaves open. All Sindhi material in the 2026 papers is printed in Devanagari, yet no booklet states which script your answers must use. Say which you write in and the set follows it.
  • Old cycles and carried-over papers cost no more. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject.
  • A deadline copied from the wrong SOTST booklet can be six months out. The 2026 PGDSHST papers print 30-09-2026 for January entrants and 31-03-2027 for July entrants. The Malayalam-Hindi booklet for the same code prints them the other way round.

No soft copy or PDF is sold. Send your MTT code numbers and session on WhatsApp at +91 93546 37830 and a per-code quote comes back.

Description

In short. The Post Graduate Diploma in Sindhi-Hindi-Sindhi Translation is a 36-credit, Hindi-medium diploma from IGNOU’s School of Translation Studies and Training, made up of six theory and translation papers that carry a tutor marked assignment (MTT-001, MTT-041, MTT-042, MTT-043, MTT-044 and MTT-045) plus two translation projects, MTTP-004 and MTTP-005, that do not. Shri Chakradhar Publication prepares handwritten answer sets for the six assignment-bearing codes only. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. The 2026 PGDSHST booklets print 30-09-2026 as the last date for January 2026 entrants and 31-03-2027 for July 2026 entrants, they require foolscap paper written in your own hand, and they state that answers are not to be printed or typed. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject.

Foolscap Sheets, a Question Paper and a Cover Page, Per Code

A PGDSHST order does not arrive as one bound volume. It arrives as a set of separate answer books, one for each MTT code you ordered, because IGNOU’s own instruction on the 2026 booklets is that each assignment goes in its own answer book and is submitted separately. A learner ordering all six codes receives six stacks, not one.

Inside each stack are four things. The answers themselves, written out longhand on foolscap paper with a four-centimetre margin ruled down the left side and at least four clear lines between the end of one answer and the start of the next, exactly as the booklet instructs. A copy of the official IGNOU question paper for that code and that session, so you can see which questions the pages in front of you are answering before you sign anything. An IGNOU-format cover sheet, left blank where your enrolment number, name, regional centre and study centre code go, free with every order. And the pages written on one side only, which is what the booklet asks for and what evaluators expect.

What does not arrive is a file. No soft copy or PDF is sold. The entire product is the physical paper, and the reason is the submission itself: a study centre counter takes a written set and stamps a receipt, and it cannot take a download.

₹320 Per Code, and Why Two PGDSHST Courses Fall Outside It

The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. On this diploma that phrase needs one qualification, because PGDSHST has eight course codes and only six of them are things a written assignment set can exist for.

MTTP-004 and MTTP-005 are translation projects worth six credits each. Together they account for twelve of the diploma’s thirty-six credits, a third of the programme. They are not tutor marked assignments with a question paper you answer; they are extended pieces of translation work submitted under their own cover, on their own schedule, with a signed declaration that the work is your own. Nothing on this page covers them, and no price here applies to them. A learner who orders the six assignment codes has ordered six papers and still owes the university two projects.

What ₹320 per code does absorb is the writing, the foolscap, the cover sheet, the question-paper copy and the courier to your address. What it does not absorb is your IGNOU programme fee, your examination fee, your re-registration, anything to do with the two projects, and any outcome at the counter or in the evaluation. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. If you owe only MTT-043 from an earlier cycle, that is a one-paper order at ₹320 and not a package you have to pad out.

Six codes carry an assignment. ₹320 each, written on foolscap, courier included.

Send the MTT numbers you still owe and your admission session, and a per-code quote comes back before anything is written.

A Reference Translation to Study From, or Foolscap You Can Submit

These two things are sold separately across this store and they are not substitutes, so it is worth defining both before the comparison.

A solved assignment is a soft-copy reference file of model answers for a course code and a session. You read it, you learn from how a competent answer is structured, and you write your own submission from it. A handwritten assignment is the answers written out by hand on paper and submitted in hard copy at the study centre. The first is study material. The second is the physical object that crosses the counter.

The decisive line is not a sales point, it is printed on the booklet itself. The 2026 MTT papers instruct that answers are to be written in your own hand and add, in plain Hindi, that they are not to be printed or typed. A downloaded PDF of model answers, however good, is on the wrong side of that instruction the moment it is printed and taken to a counter. It is a thing to write from, never a thing to submit.

If what you actually want is the reference file rather than the written pages, this is not the page for it. The nearest soft-copy catalogue on this store is the PG Diploma in Translation assignment listing, which covers the MTT codes shared across the School of Translation Studies and Training, and the wider course-wise solved assignment catalogue sits above it. Buying a reference file and ordering a written set are two different decisions and it is reasonable to make only one of them.

The Six MTT Codes That Actually Carry a Sindhi Assignment

These six are the orderable part of the diploma. The titles below are as the Common Prospectus July 2026 prints them, and the credit column is the prospectus figure.

The six PGDSHST course codes that carry a tutor marked assignment, with official titles and credits
CodeTitle as printed in the prospectusCreditsWhat the 2026 paper sets
MTT-001Bhartiya Bhashaon Mein Anuvaad4Essay paper, ten questions, 100 marks
MTT-041Sindhi-Hindi Anuvaad: Tulna Aur Punah Srijan4Seven translation exercises, 100 marks
MTT-042Sindhi-Hindi Ke Vividh Kshetron Mein Anuvaad4Five exercises, weighted to passage work
MTT-043Anuvaad Siddhant Aur Sindhi-Hindi-Sindhi Anuvaad Parampara4Essay paper, ten questions, 100 marks
MTT-044Anuvaad Prakriya Aur Prividhi: Sindhi-Hindi-Sindhi ka Sandarbh4Essay paper, ten questions, 100 marks
MTT-045Hindi-Sindhi Ke Vividh Kshetron Mein Anuvaad4Five exercises, mirroring MTT-042 in reverse

Scroll the table sideways on a narrow screen.

Two different kinds of paper sit inside one diploma, and that matters more here than on most programmes. MTT-001, MTT-043 and MTT-044 are conventional essay papers: nine questions at ten marks each with an expected length of roughly five hundred words, then a tenth question of two short notes at five marks apiece. That is a long afternoon of continuous Hindi prose per paper.

MTT-041, MTT-042 and MTT-045 are not essay papers at all. They set translation exercises. MTT-041 runs to seven questions: two comparative answers of around three hundred words, then twenty Sindhi words to render into Hindi, twenty Hindi words to render into Sindhi, twenty sentences, two further passage pairs, and one Hindi passage to carry into Sindhi. MTT-042 puts seventy of its hundred marks into seven passages alone. MTT-045 is MTT-042 read backwards, with the passages travelling from Hindi into Sindhi instead.

The practical consequence is that the six papers are not interchangeable units of work, even though they are priced identically. A translation-exercise paper is slower per mark than an essay paper, because every line has to be rendered rather than composed. The rate does not change for that: the rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge, whether the code is MTT-044 or MTT-045.

MTTP-004 and MTTP-005: Twelve Credits No Written Set Can Cover

The prospectus lists two project courses at six credits each and gives them titles that are near mirror images: Sindhi-Hindi-Sindhi Anuvaad Pariyojana for MTTP-004 and Hindi-Sindhi-Hindi Anuvaad Pariyojana for MTTP-005. The direction of travel is the difference. One is anchored in Sindhi source material, the other in Hindi.

These sit outside this product for a reason that is worth being direct about. A project is submitted with a declaration that the translation is your own work, it is assessed as a sustained piece rather than as answers to set questions, and it is the part of a translation diploma where your own judgement as a translator is the thing being examined. No written-set service should present itself as covering that, and this one does not.

There is a practical point too. The current-session project booklets for MTTP-004 and MTTP-005 were not locatable during the research for this page, while all six 2026 theory booklets were. If you are at the project stage, the only sound move is to ask your Regional Centre directly for the live project guidelines rather than working from an older file you find circulating. Programme structures, course codes, submission dates and rules change, and only ignou.ac.in and your Regional Centre can confirm the current position for your enrolment.

Fifteen Contradictions, Starting With a Programme Code That Does Not Exist

This section exists because PGDSHST is a small programme and small programmes accumulate uncorrected errors. Every item below was found by reading IGNOU’s own documents against each other, and the last four are this publisher’s own.

Disagreements found across the Common Prospectus July 2026, the live IGNOU programme page, the 2026 MTT booklets and this store.

1. The 2026 MTT-041 booklet prints the programme code as PGDSHST on its cover and as PGCSHST in its instruction block. PGCSHST is not a programme IGNOU offers.

2. The same course code MTT-001 is issued under PGDSHST and under PGCMHT in the same 2026 session. The PGDSHST booklet gives 30-09-2026 for January entrants and 31-03-2027 for July entrants. The PGCMHT booklet gives 31.03.2026 and 30.09.2026. The two dates are transposed, six months apart for a January learner.

3. Those two booklets also punctuate dates differently, hyphens on the PGDSHST file and full stops on the PGCMHT one.

4. The live IGNOU programme page prints “Maximum Duration: 0 Months”. The prospectus gives the maximum duration as three years.

5. MTT-001 is titled Bhartiya Bhashaon Mein Anuvaad in the prospectus and Bharatiya Bhashaon Mein Anuvad on the programme page. Two spellings differ inside one course title.

6. Inside the prospectus alone, the same code MTT-001 is spelled Bhartiya in the PGDSHST table and Bharatiya in the PGCBHT and PGCMHT tables.

7. MTT-044 carries the word Prividhi in its PGDSHST title. The equivalent PGDT course, MTT-052, spells the same word Pravidhi in the same prospectus.

8. The programme page prints MTT-042 as “Sindhi- Hindi” with a stray space after the hyphen.

9. The prospectus gives the programme coordinator’s address as [email protected], a third spelling of the code alongside PGDSHST and PGCSHST.

10. The programme page places all eight courses in “Semester 1” although the prospectus records the programme as year-wise, not semester-wise.

11. The prospectus names an exit award, the P.G. Certificate in Sindhi-Hindi Translation, after 18 credits. The live programme page names no exit option at all.

12. That exit award drops the third element from the diploma’s own name, so the certificate is Sindhi-Hindi while the diploma is Sindhi-Hindi-Sindhi.

13. The PGDSHST assignment code is built as MTT-041/AST/(TMA)/2026, with an AST marker and a bracketed TMA. The sibling PGDT papers use the plainer MTT-051/TMA/2025 with no AST segment and no brackets.

14. In-house: the handwritten-assignment category page on this store still promises courier in 7 to 9 working days and writing in 5 to 7 working days. No delivery figure is promised, and those lines are being removed.

15. In-house: that same category page prints a ₹350 list price alongside the ₹320 rate, and two near-identical PGDT handwritten products are live on separate URLs. Both are queued for correction.

None of this prevents a PGDSHST learner from submitting correctly. It does mean that a figure copied from an adjacent SOTST programme, or from a site that scraped one, is not safe. The codes on your own admission record and the dates on your own booklet are the only ones that bind you.

30 September 2026 or 31 March 2027, and the Sibling Paper That Says Otherwise

Every one of the six 2026 PGDSHST booklets carries the same two-column date table listing all six courses, so whichever code you download, you are looking at the whole programme schedule. The dates printed are 30-09-2026 against the January 2026 admission and 31-03-2027 against the July 2026 admission.

Two things follow from that, and both catch people out.

The first is that the School of Translation Studies and Training does not run on the calendar most IGNOU learners have heard quoted. The 31 October and 30 April pairing that circulates widely belongs to the School of Management Studies. Applying it to an MTT paper puts you a month late on one cycle and five months early on the other.

The second is the MTT-001 problem described above. Because MTT-001 is shared with the Malayalam-Hindi and Bangla-Hindi certificates, there are several 2026 booklets for that one code, and they do not agree. A PGDSHST January 2026 entrant who downloads the PGCMHT version of MTT-001 reads 31.03.2026 and concludes the deadline has already gone. It has not. The PGDSHST file is the one that governs a PGDSHST enrolment. The practical rule is to take the date from a booklet whose cover names your own programme, and to confirm it against your Regional Centre if anything looks odd.

Papers also expire. Each cycle IGNOU replaces the MTT booklets, and an answer set written against the 2023 questions does not satisfy a 2026 submission. That is why orders here are placed against a session rather than against a code alone, and why the question-paper copy travels with the set so you can see which cycle you are holding.

Copying MTT-041/AST/(TMA)/2026 Exactly, Brackets Included

The assignment code is the string you write at the top of the cover sheet, and on this programme it has an unusual shape. Read off the 2026 MTT-041 booklet it runs MTT-041/AST/(TMA)/2026: the course code, then AST, then TMA inside round brackets, then a single four-digit year.

Three details are worth noticing. The AST segment is not something most IGNOU programmes print, and it is not an error to copy it. The TMA sits inside brackets rather than standing alone, which is specific to these SOTST papers. And the year is single, not a two-year span, so there is no 2026-27 form to write here even though many IGNOU programmes use one.

Swap the course number for your own and the pattern holds across the six: MTT-001, MTT-042, MTT-043, MTT-044 and MTT-045 each take the same frame. Because the booklets are typeset in a legacy Devanagari font, a code copied out of a PDF by machine often comes through mangled, so the safest method is to read it off the printed page and write it by hand rather than paste it.

₹320 per subject covers the writing, the cover sheet, the question-paper copy and the courier.

Tell the desk which of the six MTT codes you need and which session you were admitted in, and the quote is itemised per code.

Ask for a per-code price

Two Scripts in One Set, and Why the Sample Photo Comes First

Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge. On this diploma that step carries more weight than usual, because of something the booklets leave unsaid.

Sindhi in India is written in two living scripts, Devanagari and a Perso-Arabic script. The 2026 PGDSHST booklets print all their Sindhi source material in Devanagari. What none of the six booklets states anywhere is which script your Sindhi answers have to be written in. The printed material implies Devanagari strongly, but the instruction is simply absent from the page, and for a translation diploma whose target language has two scripts that is a real gap rather than an oversight you can safely ignore.

The practical handling is straightforward. Say, when you order, which script you write Sindhi in, and send a sample that shows it. If you are unsure which your study centre expects, ask the centre before the set is written rather than after, because rewriting a seventy-mark passage paper in a second script is not a small correction. Where an order is written in Devanagari throughout, that is the script the sample is matched against.

Matching matters for the ordinary reason too. You sign the declaration on the assignment cover page, so you should read and review the content before submitting it, and satisfy yourself that it represents your own understanding of the course. A set that does not look like your writing is a set you cannot comfortably put your name to, which is why the sample comes first and payment comes after.

Photographing a page that shows both scripts

One page is enough, in daylight, flat on a table, shot straight down rather than at an angle. Half a page of continuous Hindi in Devanagari and a few lines of Sindhi in whichever script you use gives enough to work from. Use the pen you normally use. A page written unusually carefully produces a match to handwriting you do not actually have, which defeats the point.

Hindi Medium on Paper, Sindhi in the Questions, Any Cycle Accepted

The prospectus records PGDSHST as a Hindi-medium programme, and that is accurate as far as it goes: the instructions, the question wording and the theory papers are in Hindi. But describing the diploma as Hindi-medium undersells what is actually on the paper, because half the exercise questions ask you to produce Sindhi. The medium of instruction and the languages of the work are not the same thing here.

The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price. For PGDSHST that resolves simply, because IGNOU issues these papers in one medium rather than parallel English and Hindi editions. There is no cheaper English version to ask for and no surcharge for the Hindi one.

On older cycles: any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. PGDSHST learners carry backlogs more often than most, partly because the diploma’s three-year maximum duration gives room to and partly because the programme ran as a single combined booklet in earlier years and as six separate per-course files from 2026. If you still owe MTT-042 from a 2023 or 2024 cycle, that older paper is written against the questions of its own session, and it costs what a current one costs.

What a PGDSHST Quote Needs From You, and What It Does Not

A quote needs five things and nothing beyond them.

  1. The MTT code numbers you want written, from the six that carry an assignment.
  2. The session you were admitted in, January or July, and the year.
  3. Which script you write Sindhi in, so the sample is matched to the right one.
  4. One photograph of a page in your own handwriting.
  5. The delivery address with its pin code.

What is not needed: your enrolment number, your password, your date of birth, your IGNOU portal login, any document carrying your identity, or any payment before the handwriting match has been shown to you. Nobody preparing a written set needs access to your university account, and a request for one should be refused.

Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.

Checking the Set Over Before It Goes to the Centre

When the parcel opens, the useful half hour is the one spent before the set leaves your house again.

Count the answer books against the codes you ordered. Check that the assignment code written at the top of each cover matches the code and the session on your own booklet, brackets and AST segment included. Read the answers. This is not a formality: you are about to sign a declaration about them, and reading them is how you find out whether the set represents what you understand of the course. Fill in your enrolment number, name, programme code, course code, study centre and regional centre on the cover sheet in your own hand, since those are yours to write and are deliberately left blank.

Then submit at your study centre and take a receipt. The receipt, not the parcel, is your evidence that the set was handed in. Keep it until the assignment marks appear against the course on your grade card, which generally lags submission by some weeks. If a code is still showing as not received well after that, the receipt is what resolves it.

Where a Translation Learner Goes Next on This Store

PGDSHST is thinly served everywhere, including here, and it is more honest to say so than to invent links. This store currently carries no Sindhi-language catalogue of any kind, so the nearest useful shelves are the wider translation ones.

For reading material around translation theory, which is what MTT-043 and MTT-044 draw on, the translation study books shelf is the general starting point, and the deeper PGDT diploma book listing covers the same theoretical ground in Hindi because the two diplomas share their foundations. Learners heading towards a master’s afterwards often pick up the MA Translation Studies book set early.

For examination preparation, the PGDT guess paper sets are the closest match at diploma level, and the MATS guess paper listing goes further for anyone continuing. Learners on the other bilingual translation certificates will find their own shelves under Bangla-Hindi translation and Malayalam-Hindi translation, which share MTT-001 with this diploma.

For written sets on other programmes, the handwritten assignment catalogue lists what is covered, and the PGDT written-set page is the closest sibling to this one if you are enrolled on both.

Questions a Sindhi-Hindi Learner Sends Before Paying

How many PGDSHST papers can actually be ordered as a written set?

Six. MTT-001, MTT-041, MTT-042, MTT-043, MTT-044 and MTT-045 each carry a tutor marked assignment. MTTP-004 and MTTP-005 are translation projects worth six credits each and are not assignments, so nothing on this page covers them.

My MTT-001 booklet says the last date is 31.03.2026 and I was admitted in January 2026. Have I missed it?

Check which programme is named on that booklet’s cover. MTT-001 is shared with the Malayalam-Hindi and Bangla-Hindi certificates, and their 2026 booklets print the two dates the other way round from the PGDSHST one. The PGDSHST file gives 30-09-2026 for January 2026 entrants. Take the date from a booklet whose cover names PGDSHST, and confirm with your Regional Centre if it still looks wrong.

Are PGDSHST assignments written on A4 or foolscap?

Foolscap. The 2026 MTT booklets say so explicitly and do not mention A4 anywhere. They also ask for a four-centimetre left margin, at least four blank lines between answers, writing on one side only, and paper that is not too thin.

Kya PGDSHST ka typed ya printed assignment jama ho sakta hai?

Booklet mein saaf likha hai ki uttar apne haath se likhne hain aur mudrit ya type nahin karne hain. Isliye ek downloaded PDF ka printout counter par le jaana us nirdesh ke khilaf hai. Yeh page jo taiyaar karta hai woh haath se likhe hue foolscap panne hain.

Solved assignment aur handwritten assignment mein kya farak hai?

Solved assignment ek soft copy reference file hai, jisse padhkar aap apna set khud likhte hain. Handwritten assignment woh likhe hue panne hain jo aap study centre par jama karte hain. Pehla padhne ke liye hai, doosra jama karne ke liye.

Which script do I have to write the Sindhi answers in?

No PGDSHST booklet states this. All the Sindhi material printed in the 2026 papers is in Devanagari, which implies the expectation, but the instruction itself is absent. Tell your study centre which script you use and ask them to confirm before a set is written, because rewriting a passage paper in a second script is substantial work.

Why does my booklet say PGCSHST when I am enrolled on PGDSHST?

Because the booklet contradicts itself. The MTT-041 cover prints PGDSHST and the instruction block inside the same file prints PGCSHST. PGCSHST is not a programme IGNOU runs. Your enrolment is PGDSHST and the stray code changes nothing about your submission.

Is MTT-001 the same paper for me as for a Malayalam-Hindi learner?

It is the same course code and the same four credits, but it is issued as a separate booklet per programme and the dates differ between them. Order and submit against the PGDSHST issue of the paper.

Can I order just one MTT code instead of all six?

Yes. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. A single carried-over code is an ordinary order at ₹320.

Are the translation-exercise papers charged more than the essay papers?

No. MTT-042 and MTT-045 put most of their marks into passage translation and take longer to write than an essay paper, but the rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge, across all six codes.

Main 2023 cycle ka MTT-043 abhi tak baaki hoon. Kya purana paper mehnga padta hai?

Nahin. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. Purana paper us hi session ke prashnon ke against likha jaata hai.

What exactly do I write in the assignment code box on the cover?

For MTT-041 in the 2026 cycle it reads MTT-041/AST/(TMA)/2026, with the AST segment and the brackets around TMA. Substitute your own course number. Copy it off the printed booklet rather than pasting it out of the PDF, because these files use a legacy font that garbles when extracted.

How many credits is PGDSHST and how much of it can a written set cover?

Thirty-six credits in total. The six assignment-bearing codes account for twenty-four of those at four credits each. The two projects account for the remaining twelve, so two thirds of the diploma’s credits sit behind the six papers this page covers.

Is there a certificate if I leave the diploma part way through?

The prospectus names a P.G. Certificate in Sindhi-Hindi Translation after eighteen credits. The live IGNOU programme page does not mention any exit option, so confirm it with your Regional Centre before planning around it rather than relying on either document alone.

Will the set be accepted, and what marks will it get?

No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU.

What happens if the handwriting sample does not produce a usable match?

You are told before anything is written and before you pay. The match is shown to you first precisely so that this is a decision you make rather than a disappointment you receive.

This is not the official website of Indira Gandhi National Open University, is not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by the university, and no page on this site should be treated as an official IGNOU communication.

Programme structures, course codes, submission dates and rules change, and only ignou.ac.in and your Regional Centre can confirm the current position for your enrolment.

You sign the declaration on the assignment cover page, so you should read and review the content before submitting it, and satisfy yourself that it represents your own understanding of the course.

No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU.
