IGNOU PGDEMA Handwritten Assignment — Four MES Core Papers Plus Your One Chosen Elective, ₹320 Per Subject

Original price was: ₹500.00.Current price is: ₹320.00.

PGDEMA is a five-paper writing job, not an eight-paper one. Shri Chakradhar Publication prepares handwritten Tutor Marked Assignments for the four compulsory MES papers — MES-041, MES-042, MES-043 and MES-044 — plus whichever single elective you picked from MES-045, MES-046, MES-047 or MES-048. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge.

  • Five papers, not eight. IGNOU’s own Annexure asks a PGDEMA applicant to choose one elective, so only one of the four optional codes ever carries a paper for you.
  • Thirty per cent already sitting on the table. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. A paper never submitted is not a low mark, it is a locked exam hall.
  • Three answers per paper, roughly 500 words apiece. Every PGDEMA course paper follows that same shape, so five papers means fifteen long answers in one hand.
  • Check the hand before any money moves. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge.
  • The 6-credit papers are not treated as smaller work. MES-041 to MES-044 each carry 6 credits against the electives’ 4, and writing volume follows the paper, not the credit line.
  • Backlog MES codes are ordinary work here. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject.
  • One paper is as welcome as the full set. There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate.
  • Hard copy is the whole point. No soft copy or PDF is sold. What arrives is paper you can sign and hand in at the study centre.

Message your MES codes, cycle and study centre to the PGDEMA desk: order IGNOU PGDEMA handwritten papers at ₹320 per subject on WhatsApp. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.

Description

In short. A PGDEMA learner submits Tutor Marked Assignments for five written courses, not eight: the four compulsory papers MES-041, MES-042, MES-043 and MES-044, and the single elective chosen at admission from MES-045, MES-046, MES-047 and MES-048, with the sixth component MESP-049 being 6 credits of Project Work that is researched and bound rather than answered on assignment sheets. An IGNOU PGDEMA handwritten assignment order therefore covers those five papers: Shri Chakradhar Publication writes them out by hand in the learner’s own matched handwriting, on A4, with an IGNOU-format cover sheet and a copy of the official question paper in the same parcel. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge. Every PGDEMA course paper issued by the School of Education asks three questions of about 500 words each, so a full five-paper order is fifteen long answers, and the paper itself prints no due date, no maximum marks and no assignment code — which is exactly why the sections below spell out what to write on the cover sheet instead of guessing at it.

What Reaches You in the PGDEMA Parcel

An order is built around the codes on your admission record, so the parcel is assembled paper by paper rather than as a fixed bundle. For each MES code you name, the packet holds the answers to all three questions on the current PGDEMA question paper, written out in ink on A4 sheets in a hand matched to your own sample.

On top of the answer sheets sits the IGNOU-format cover sheet, filled in with the details a School of Education submission needs, and included free with every order. A printout of the official PGDEMA question paper for the code travels with the set as well, so the counter clerk at the study centre can see which paper the answers belong to without hunting for it. Nothing in the parcel is a download. No soft copy or PDF is sold.

Because the four compulsory MES papers each run to 6 credits, they are the bulkiest part of any PGDEMA order, and a learner submitting all five papers at once should expect a visibly thick parcel rather than a slim folder.

Where the ₹320 Per Paper Stops

The rate covers the writing, the paper, the ink, the cover sheet, the question-paper printout and the courier. It does not cover a project. MESP-049 is Project Work, and project work means a supervisor, a synopsis, a topic approval and a bound report, none of which is assignment writing and none of which is priced here.

The rate also does not buy an opinion from the university. No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU.

There is no minimum order: one subject or fourteen, same rate. A PGDEMA learner who cleared MES-041 and MES-042 last cycle and only needs MES-043, MES-044 and one elective written pays for three papers and nothing else.

Solved File or Written-Out Copy: Telling the Two Apart

These two products get confused constantly, and the confusion costs learners a submission window. A solved assignment is a soft-copy reference file of model answers for a course code and session, read on a phone or laptop and used as material to write from. A handwritten assignment is those answers written out by hand on A4 and submitted in hard copy at the study centre. One is reading material. The other is the thing the study centre receives.

IGNOU’s position on the second point is not ambiguous. The university’s assignment booklets state that only handwritten assignments will be accepted and that typed or printed copies of assignments will not be accepted, alongside the instruction to use only A-4 size paper. The PGDEMA booklet itself is unusually bare and carries no such instruction page, so that wording is quoted here from a current IGNOU booklet for another school where the full instruction sheet is printed — a caveat spelled out again further down this page. Either way, a downloaded PDF is not a submission and printing one out does not make it one.

The Four Compulsory MES Papers Behind Every PGDEMA Order

Every PGDEMA learner, whatever cycle they joined in, writes these four. They are drawn from the Common Prospectus July 2026 table for section 8.17, and each is a 6-credit theory course, which is heavier than the 4-credit norm most IGNOU post-graduate diplomas run on.

PGDEMA compulsory course codes, official titles, credits and whether a written assignment is prepared
CodeOfficial titleCreditsWritten set prepared
MES-041Growth and Development of Educational Management6Yes
MES-042Dimensions of Educational Management6Yes
MES-043Organisational Behaviour (spelled two ways by IGNOU — see below)6Yes
MES-044Institutional Management6Yes
MESP-049Project Work6No — this is a project, not a TMA

Scroll the table sideways on a narrow screen.

The credit arithmetic is worth doing once, because it settles how many papers exist. Four compulsory theory courses at 6 credits give 24, the project adds 6, and one elective at 4 credits brings the total to 34 — which is the figure the prospectus itself prints as the programme total. Any list that shows a PGDEMA learner carrying two or more electives does not add up to 34 and should be checked against your own admission record before you pay anyone to write it.

If you also want the unit-wise reading behind these four codes rather than only the assignment answers, the store keeps a four-book guide set covering MES-041 through MES-044 as a separate item.

One Elective Only: MES-045, MES-046, MES-047 or MES-048

This is the single most expensive misunderstanding in PGDEMA ordering. Annexure I(e) of the Common Prospectus lists the programme’s elective courses under the instruction to choose one, and the choice is made on the admission form rather than later. Whichever one you ticked is the only optional code that will ever have a question paper waiting for you.

The four PGDEMA elective courses, of which exactly one is taken
CodeOfficial titleCreditsSubject ground the paper covers
MES-045School Education4Schools as learning organisations, local management bodies, school quality indicators
MES-046Higher Education4Staff development, diversity in higher education, performance appraisal of academic staff
MES-047Open and Distance Education4Managing academic programmes at a distance, factors affecting learning, need for distance provision
MES-048Alternative Education4Government initiatives, constitutional provisions for education, NGO-run school systems

Scroll the table sideways on a narrow screen.

The subject ground above is read off the questions actually printed on PGDEMA papers rather than from a syllabus summary, which matters because the questions move. The MES-046 paper circulating for the January and July 2026 cycles asks about staff development, diversity management and performance appraisal; the MES-046 paper from an earlier cycle asked about global goals, the university as a social system and diversity factors. Same code, same 4 credits, different paper. If you cannot remember which elective you took, your admission confirmation or ID card carries it, and it is faster to check that than to order two.

Three Places IGNOU Spells PGDEMA Differently

Reading the Common Prospectus, the university’s own programme page and the live assignment booklets side by side produces genuine disagreements. They are listed here rather than tidied away, because a learner filling in a cover sheet has to pick one spelling and should know that the choice is IGNOU’s inconsistency and not their mistake.

Scroll the table sideways on a narrow screen.

Every disagreement found while building this page, including the ones on this store.

1. MES-043 carries three spellings across IGNOU’s own material. The PGDEMA table in the Common Prospectus July 2026 prints Organisational Behaviour with an s, while the MA Education table in the very same prospectus prints Organizational Behaviour with a z, and both the university’s programme page and the live booklet use the z. Writing either on your cover sheet matches an official document.

2. MES-047 is not a spelling variant but two different titles. The prospectus calls it Open and Distance Education. The university’s PGDEMA programme page calls it Distance and Open Learning. The booklet sides with the prospectus.

3. The university’s own PGDEMA programme page prints the programme name as Educational Management and Administartion, with the last word misspelled, in its banner, its breadcrumb and its heading. The prospectus spells it correctly. Third-party listings have copied the misspelling.

4. The maximum period allowed to finish disagrees. The programme list in the Common Prospectus July 2026 shows a 1-year minimum against a 3-year maximum; the university’s programme page shows a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 24. This matters directly to anyone carrying MES backlogs, and only your Regional Centre can settle which applies to your enrolment.

5. Code rendering is inconsistent inside single documents. The prospectus PGDEMA table writes MES 41 and MESP 49 with a space and two digits, its own Annexure writes MES45 with no space at all, and one whole-programme booklet hyphenates MES-041 to MES-044 while leaving MES 045 and MES 048 unhyphenated a few lines later.

6. The PGDEMA question paper prints no submission date, no maximum marks and no assignment code, where booklets from other IGNOU schools print all three on a formal cover. In the gap, aggregator sites circulate 31 March and 30 September for one cycle pair, 30 April and 31 October for another, and extended dates in May, without agreeing.

7. In-house, and being corrected. This store’s handwritten category page advertises ₹320 while legacy programme products still show ₹350 in their price metadata, and one marketplace listing for a PGDEMA handwritten set names a third figure again. The same legacy pages carry a fixed courier window and a marks assurance that this page does not repeat, and the company’s founding year appears as both 2010 and 2012 across pages. Disclosing that is a better position than leaving a learner to find it.

Why Your PGDEMA Paper Prints No Cut-Off Date at All

Most IGNOU assignment booklets open with a cover page, an instruction sheet and two printed dates. A current School of Sciences booklet, for instance, states plainly that assignments go to the study centre by 31 March 2026 for the January 2026 cycle if the learner wants the June 2026 term-end examination, and by 30 September 2026 for the July 2026 cycle if they want the December 2026 examination, and then adds that the university may change the last date.

The PGDEMA papers do not do that. The MES-046 file published for the January and July 2026 cycles opens with the line naming the PGDEMA programme and the course, and goes straight into three questions. There is no cover, no instruction list, no marks and no date. The whole-programme PGDEMA booklet for an earlier cycle pair behaves the same way across all eight courses.

The practical consequence is that a PGDEMA learner cannot read their deadline off their own paper and has to take it from the university’s assignment notification for the cycle instead. Programme structures, course codes, submission dates and rules change, and only ignou.ac.in and your Regional Centre can confirm the current position for your enrolment. Treat any date quoted by a coaching site, this page included, as a prompt to go and check rather than as the answer.

What is not in doubt is why the date matters. Assignments carry 30 per cent of the final course result and the term-end examination carries the remaining 70 per cent. Miss the window on MES-042 and the 30 per cent does not become a poor mark, it becomes an examination you are not permitted to sit for that course.

Building an Assignment Code the Booklet Never Gives You

On a School of Management Studies paper the assignment code is printed for you and copying it onto the cover sheet is mechanical. On a School of Sciences paper it appears as the course code followed by TMA and the year. On your PGDEMA paper it appears nowhere, and the cover sheet still has a line for it.

The workable approach is to write the course code exactly as the booklet you downloaded prints it, then the cycle you are submitting against, and to keep the two consistent across all five papers in the parcel. If the booklet header says January and July 2026, that is the cycle pair your set belongs to. Where the cover sheet asks for something the paper does not supply, a note in the same hand is better than a blank, and your study centre coordinator will tell you their preferred wording in one message.

Two other lines on the cover sheet are worth care because they are what the evaluator matches on: the course title, which is exactly where the spelling disagreement above bites, and the cycle of admission, which for a PGDEMA learner is the January or July intake printed on the admission record rather than the year the paper was downloaded.

Your Own Handwriting, Copied From a Photo

An evaluator seeing five PGDEMA papers in one hand and a term-end script in a visibly different one is being handed an easy question to ask. Matching removes the question before it is asked. Send a photo of a page you have written yourself and the handwritten set is matched to your handwriting at no extra charge.

What the Sample Photo Needs to Show

Half a page of ordinary continuous writing is enough — a paragraph copied out of the MES-041 study material works well, because it puts educational-management vocabulary in front of the writer. Daylight, the page flat, the whole sheet in frame, no filter. Capital letters and a couple of numerals somewhere in the sample help, since cover sheets carry enrolment numbers and course codes. The sample is checked and confirmed with you before anything is paid.

English Medium, Old Cycles and Carried-Over Papers

PGDEMA is listed by IGNOU with English as the medium of instruction, and the assignment papers published for the programme are in English. That narrows the question of medium for most PGDEMA learners rather than opening it, but the commitment behind it does not narrow. The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price. If your Regional Centre has issued you a PGDEMA paper in another medium, send it and it is written in that medium.

Old cycles are ordinary work here rather than an exception. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. A learner who joined PGDEMA three cycles ago, cleared three papers, and is now returning to MES-044 and a single elective is a completely standard order.

One PGDEMA-specific wrinkle is worth knowing before you download anything. MES-041 to MES-044 are also carried by the MA Education programme’s educational-management stream, so the same four codes appear in more than one place on the university’s assignment portal, and the current MES-041 paper circulates under an MA Education second-year booklet heading while the MES-046 paper for the same cycles carries a PGDEMA heading. The questions are the questions; the programme name on the header is not a reason to think you have the wrong file. If you are on the MA Education side rather than the diploma, the store lists those codes separately under MA Education assignment files by MES code.

The Six Things to Type Into WhatsApp

Short messages get confirmed quickly. Long ones get clarified for a day. What the PGDEMA desk needs is:

  • Your MES course codes, including which one of MES-045, MES-046, MES-047 and MES-048 you took.
  • The cycle you are submitting against, as printed on the booklet header.
  • Your programme code, PGDEMA, and your enrolment number.
  • Your study centre and Regional Centre, for the cover sheet.
  • The photo of your own handwriting.
  • The delivery pin code.

Nothing else is needed and nothing else is asked for. Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page.

Send the codes and the handwriting photo in one go.

₹320 per subject. One paper or the whole five-paper set, same rate.

Start a PGDEMA handwritten order at ₹320 a paper

Once the Parcel Is in Your Hands

Open it and read it before it goes anywhere. You sign the declaration on the assignment cover page, so you should read and review the content before submitting it, and satisfy yourself that it represents your own understanding of the course. On a PGDEMA paper that is a real task rather than a formality, because the questions are discursive and the answers run long.

Then check the mechanics: five sets if you ordered five, each stapled or tied separately, each with its own cover sheet naming its own MES code. Papers submitted as one merged bundle are the classic way a set gets partly logged. Photograph every cover sheet before you hand the parcel over, and keep the submission receipt from the counter, because that receipt is the only thing that settles a dispute if a code shows as unreceived weeks later.

After that the wait is IGNOU’s. Marks appear against each MES code on the grade card in the university’s own time, and no claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU.

What Else PGDEMA Learners Add to the Same Order

Most PGDEMA orders are not only assignments, because the same cycle usually carries an examination and, sooner or later, MESP-049. Learners preparing for the term-end paper alongside their submission tend to pick up the PGDEMA guess paper sets built from previous years’ question patterns, and those reading for the first time work from the PGDEMA help books arranged code by code.

The project is its own track. MESP-049 needs a topic, a synopsis and a guide, and it exists both as a reference report and as a bound submission: there is a listing for the MESP-049 project report in soft copy and a separate one for the bound PGDEMA project delivered as a hard copy. If you would rather understand the project process before buying anything, the editorial side of the business explains the MESP-049 topic selection and submission route at length.

Learners who came to PGDEMA from another School of Education programme, or who are stacking a second diploma, often browse the neighbouring catalogues too — the PGDET educational-technology assignment listings and the school leadership and management reading for PGDSLM sit closest to this syllabus. For programmes with no dedicated page yet there is a general written-to-order handwritten listing covering any code and cycle, and the full range across every programme sits on the handwritten assignment section of the store.

And if you have decided to write the five papers yourself after all, that is a good decision when the time exists. The companion site walks through it in its step-by-step guide to writing an IGNOU handwritten assignment, and the official papers are downloaded from the university’s own assignment download service.

Answers PGDEMA Learners Look For Before Paying

How many papers does a PGDEMA handwritten assignment order cover?

Five written papers at most: MES-041, MES-042, MES-043, MES-044 and the one elective you chose from MES-045, MES-046, MES-047 or MES-048. MESP-049 is Project Work and is not submitted as an assignment. If you are repeating only some codes, you submit only those.

Can I order all four PGDEMA electives to be safe?

You can, but it is money spent for nothing. IGNOU’s Annexure I(e) puts the four optional courses behind a choose-one instruction made at admission, and the credit total of 34 only works out with a single 4-credit elective in it. Check your admission confirmation, then order the one code.

Why does my MES-041 paper say MA Education on the top when I am doing PGDEMA?

Because MES-041 to MES-044 are shared with the MA Education educational-management stream, so the same paper is published under more than one programme heading. The MES-046 paper for the same cycles carries a PGDEMA heading instead. Match on the course code and the cycle, not on the programme name in the header.

Is MES-043 called Organisational Behaviour or Organizational Behaviour?

Both, unfortunately. The PGDEMA table in the Common Prospectus July 2026 uses the s spelling; the MA Education table in the same document, the university’s programme page and the live booklet all use the z. Either matches an official IGNOU source, so use whichever your booklet prints and stay consistent across the set.

What is the last date to submit PGDEMA assignments?

The PGDEMA paper does not print one, which is unusual and is the honest answer. Other IGNOU schools print two dates on the booklet cover for the January and July cycle pair; PGDEMA papers carry only the programme name, the course and the questions. Take your date from the university’s assignment notification for your cycle and confirm it with your Regional Centre.

What assignment code do I write on the PGDEMA cover sheet?

The paper gives you none, so write the course code exactly as your downloaded booklet prints it followed by the cycle you are submitting against, and keep that identical across every paper in the parcel. Your study centre coordinator will confirm the wording they log against in a single message.

How long are PGDEMA assignment answers supposed to be?

Each PGDEMA paper asks three questions and asks for about 500 words each, uniformly across all eight courses, with no short-answer and long-answer split and no per-question marks printed. A five-paper set is therefore fifteen answers of roughly that length.

Are the 6-credit MES papers charged more than the 4-credit elective?

No. MES-041 to MES-044 carry 6 credits and the electives carry 4, but the rate does not move with the credit line. The rate is ₹320 per subject, hard copy only, with courier included in that price and no separate shipping charge.

Can I submit a printed copy of a PGDEMA solved assignment PDF instead?

No. IGNOU’s assignment booklets state that only handwritten assignments will be accepted and that typed or printed copies will not be, on A-4 size paper. A solved file is reference material to write from. It is not a submission, and printing it does not convert it into one.

Do you sell a PDF of the written PGDEMA answers as well?

No soft copy or PDF is sold. What ships is the physical set: answer sheets, cover sheet and a printout of the official question paper for each code you ordered.

Is MESP-049 included if I order all the PGDEMA papers?

No. MESP-049 Project Work is 6 credits of supervised research with a synopsis, a guide and a bound report, and it is handled as a project rather than as assignment writing. It is listed and priced separately from this product.

I have PGDEMA backlogs from an older cycle. Is the rate different?

It is not. Any session is accepted, current cycle or older, including backlog courses, at the same ₹320 per subject. Send the codes and the cycle you are submitting against and the correct paper for that cycle is used.

Is PGDEMA available in Hindi, and can you write it in Hindi?

IGNOU lists English as the medium of instruction for PGDEMA and the published papers are in English. The service covers all mediums IGNOU issues the TMA paper in, at the same price. If your Regional Centre has issued you a paper in another medium, send that paper and it is written in that medium.

Will my PGDEMA set be accepted and what marks will it get?

No claim is made about the marks any assignment will receive, about how an evaluator will assess it, or about whether it will be accepted. Assignment evaluation is entirely a matter for IGNOU. What is offered is the writing, in your matched hand, delivered as paper you can review and sign.

How soon will the PGDEMA parcel reach me?

Delivery depends on your pin code and is confirmed for your order before you pay. No figure is promised on this page. The confirmation you get on WhatsApp before payment is specific to your address and your number of papers.

Which Document Each Fact on This Page Came From

From the IGNOU Common Prospectus July 2026. Section 8.17 supplied the PGDEMA course codes, the official titles, the credit weights of 6 for MES-041 to MES-044 and MESP-049 and 4 for the electives, the 34-credit total, the School of Education attribution, the graduate-in-any-discipline eligibility and English as the medium of instruction. Annexure I(e) supplied the choose-one elective rule. The programme list supplied the 1-year minimum and 3-year maximum duration and the programme fee. The credits were added independently and the total was confirmed against the printed figure of 34 before the tables above were trusted.

From live IGNOU assignment booklets. The MES-046 file published for the January and July 2026 cycles supplied the current elective questions and the finding that the PGDEMA paper prints no date, no marks and no assignment code. A whole-programme PGDEMA booklet for an earlier cycle pair supplied the question pattern across all eight courses, the three-questions-of-about-500-words shape and the hyphenation inconsistency. A current School of Sciences booklet supplied the contrast: a full cover page, the 31 March and 30 September dates for the two 2026 cycles, the A-4-paper and handwritten-only instruction and a printed assignment code. The university’s own PGDEMA programme page supplied the misspelled programme name, the alternative MES-047 title and the 24-month maximum duration, and can be read at the official IGNOU PGDEMA programme listing, with the elective paper itself at the MES-046 assignment file for the 2026 cycles.

From the publisher’s own commercial terms. The ₹320 rate, hard-copy-only format, included courier, free cover sheet, included question-paper printout, handwriting matching from a sample photo, absence of any minimum order and acceptance of older cycles are Shri Chakradhar Publication’s own trading terms and are not IGNOU rules. Where this page states an IGNOU position it names the document; where it states a commercial term it is the publisher speaking.
